Evan and the crew at Discount Tire in Dothan are the best in the business. I had an appointment to have wheels/tires installed on Saturday, but they accommodated me on Friday evening. This team is top notch, and even the facilities are well maintained. I highly recommend visiting Discount Tire in Dothan. I actually drive from Tallahassee, FL, because that is how much I trust Evan.Go see them for all your wheel and tire needs.

Bought my first set of tires today from Discount Tire. The whole experience from start to finish was great. I was out of there in less than an hour. Tyler took really good care of me from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

Logan provided the absolute best service! What a professional. I really appreciate when people do their jobs well, and he is a prime example of this. I had a tire that was punctured by a nail, Logan helped me over the phone look up replacements, as well as my warranty on file. When I arrived in person he quickly diagnosed the tire and repaired it. Whoever does the hiring at this Discount Tire knows how to choose the right people. 5 stars, will be coming back.

From the moment I called to inquire about tires until I walked out the door with them on my truck this was a 10/10 experience! They made the entire process a pleasant one. Evan was exceptionally knowledgeable about the type of tires best suited for me and the customer service from the entire team was on point every step of the way. Friendly staff, extremely efficient, no wait, impressively clean, professional attitudes by everyone I encountered. Five star treatment across the board. Highly recommend Dothan's Discount Tire and will certainly be a repeat customer.

I'm not easy to deal with. The took care of me and solved the problem. Very professional service. The availability of products is very difficult on a person traveling. They had it waiting in the next town at a discount tire.

My wife was recommended to this place from another automotive store. We ve never been to a Discount Tire before. They patched the tire, listened to my wife s plans for the day as she was traveling. Because they carefully listened and cared, they rotated the tires, replaced the wiper blades (they knew rain was coming) and had her out in under an hour. Going to an automotive store and repairing your car is never fun but they made sure she was taken care of and could travel safely.

I brought my car here for 4 tires, Logan was very helpful and ordered the tires I wanted, they arrived the next day. I showed up to get them installed and it only took around 45 minutes, I am amazed at how fast they work. They are extremely professional and do a very good job. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Manger Evan saw a problem with a tire that I had ordered to replace a bad tire from another discount tire. The tires were no longer authorized to be put on my size rim. He saw the issue before I arrived and ordered other options to correct the issue before I arrived. He replaced the tire that the other location did incorrectly and gave us a great deal to get all four tires replaced. Top notch customer service. I am not an easy customer to please. He was very respectful and patient with me to get a solution to my problem. I will continue to use this location for all my tire needs.

Seriously professional people working here. They tell you everything you'd like to know about tires you are interested in. They are seriously quick. I had 4 tires replaced, and I was in and out in less than 1 hour, and that includes me asking about several different tire brands before committing to it. The shop waiting area is very nice and clean. A public restroom is available too. I will be coming back to Discount Tire from here on out. Prices are on par with other shops, but you just can't beat their cleanliness and professionalism. I AM IMPRESSED FOR SURE.

So happy with my new tire purchase experience. Met at the curb by Dakota. Great service from him, Logan and the team. Very friendly folks to do business with. Prices great and service was very fast. I would highly recommend this Discount team next time you need new tires.

This place was great, right when we pulled up Julian walked right up to help us and look at our tires. We just needed a patch but all the guys were great working hard to get us fixed up quick and out the door. This place had great customer service, very friendly and did what needed done in a timely manner. Will come back!!

My family and I were passing through on our way to Panama when we had a minor hiccup with one of my tires, Logan and his team came to my rescue, Logan was such a blessing excellent customer service, he went above and beyond to help me. So glad to see that there is still good customer service in this world. Logan if you're reading this Thank you! And we made it safely back to KY.

This location is solely about pressure sales and upselling and will make up excuses as to why they can't do the lifetime rotate and balance.I've been a longtime Discount Tire customer and brought my vehicles to this new Dothan location a couple of times. Each time, they tried to convince me to replace my tires and pressure sensors when they did not need replacing yet.During this last visit, their sales rep, Alex Rivera, inspected my tires and said they were at 4/32, which still qualifies for rotation and balance. He proceeded to give me a long sales pitch on why I should go ahead and buy a new set of tires and pressure sensors. After I declined to purchase new tires, he re-inspected my tires and said he made a mistake when inspecting them the first time because two of the tires are actually at 3/32, so they cannot do the rotation and balance.None of the other Discount Tire locations ever treated me like this. Based on this experience, I will no longer do business with Discount Tire!

These workers are the best, Julien sold me the tires, Dakota and Logan came out to tell me my car was ready and everything that was done. All three were very professional, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I will definitely be coming back here for all my tires in the future. So glad Dothan is getting such high caliber businesses.

I bought tires here a few months ago. I already had researched the few tires I wanted. The rep helped a lot with making the decision on the best tire. They were up front about things that could need to be added once they got my old tires off. Fortunately, I didn't need the add ons as mine were fine. They were professional and fair with pricing. I do recommend them.

Excellent customer service from Logan and Alex. Everyone here made my experience outstanding. As always they were quick to get my tires serviced, and everything was done right. I have been bringing my vehicles to Discount Tire since 2007, and have never had a bad experience at any location. Cannot recommend them enough.

Can't say enough good things about this place. I have had 2 go in twice in the past week for flat repairs on 2 separate tires and both times it was fixed without a problem. I drive alot for work and end up in some rough places so I'm sure that's where I picked them up. Both times they where completely honest about the problem and repaired it without trying to upsale me on an unwanted or needed new tire like some other place have tried to. Love love love them

These folks are awesome. I m so glad they opened a location here finally. I was in and out in 30 mins. I have never had a bad experience at any discount tire location and this one is no exception. Thanks for what you guys and the service your provide.

This is the chick-fil-a of the tire world. The workers are incredibly welcoming and they offer the best prices too ($600 less than Toyota). I was greeted by name as soon as I arrived which made the experience feel genuine and personalized. Thank you to all the workers at this shop!

Came here to get a tire patched and walked away fully educated on tire care. The staff is helpful and attentive and the facility is hella clean. Come here for all tire needs!
