My husband and I can not possibly say enough good things about this business and the staff working here. Rick and Ashlee went above and beyond in figuring out our axle problems on our trailer. They took all the photos and measurements necessary to send into the warranty company. Ashlee followed up on every detail all the while making sure we were doing ok. They allowed us to stay in our crippled RV on their lot while the repair arrangements were being made. Rick brought in an expert in framework to do the repairs and beef up the support. Thank you to Bob and his team at Wagon Works. All in all, wonderful, amazing, kind, hardworking people we will never forget.

Incredible people with impeccable customer service. I find that the majority of the time, small dealerships like this are few and far between. My family and I purchased our first RV back in November of 2021 here. They helped us to understand, the best they could, the ins and outs of owning an RV. They told me that anytime I had a question to not be afraid to call and ask. We took them up on this offer several times, because we were novices. They didn't criticize us for calling as often as we did and were always generous with answers and information. During the purchase Ashley, Rick took care of everything to help us get through the paperwork and sent us on our way even putting $100 worth of fuel in! We took it out on its maiden voyage for Christmas which was our first adventure to see family in Mississippi, then to Louisiana to see more family. On the way to Mississippi, one of the A/C units went out. We left for Louisiana and then decided to take the Natchez Trace parkway all the way to Nashville. On the way up, the second A/C went out, the refrigerator seemed to rock and the the microwave went out! We called Ashley and explained everything we experienced. She said, enjoy the rest of the trip as much as we could, and bring it in when we got back. We did so, and they did everything they could to fix the A/C's, replaced the microwave oven, and even cleaned the place up once done, filled the tires and sent us away with a smile and a new sense of what customer service is supposed to look like! Ashley and Rick as well as their staff, (Sorry, Can't remember everyone's names!) are unmatched in integrity and grit. I wish there were more words I could put into expressing the gratitude we feel, because they made us to feel like they cared for us like we were family! Much love and respect for this team!!!

I have now had my R.V. Trailor pushing two weeks. I brought it to the park. Set it up. And I had some repair issues. That I thought should have been repaired by Discount R.V. Well I was wrong. I bought it as is. I have never owned an R.V. I know nothing about them. So The repairs that I thought I needed. I didn't need at all. It took me some time. So I started playing with buttons an Switches. An Knobs. Then I figured it all out. My R.V. Is running great. Rick an Ashlee Were wonderful. They were very helpful. Made sure the R.V. Was ready for showing. I thank them so very much. That we can do business in the future. I just had to give Ashlee an Rick. The 5 Star Royal treatment. I will recommend Discount R.V. To anyone. Buyer Beware of this CompanyI signed a contract with Dean (owners brother). A month and a halfgo by and my building is ready to deliver. Rick and Ashlee tell me thatI cannot have the building without paying additional money. Dean left charges off the contract. They should have honored the contract. It was their employee that wrote it. Bad for business. This was my first and Lastpurchase from them.

Ashley did a great job helping with my Premier Portable Building. I have nothing but great things to say about the communication and willingness to help and answer all of my questions. If you are in the market for a portable building in the area, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience. We looked all over for the right 5th Wheel RV. Others gave up on us or treated us like the novice we were. Went to numerous places and fed the same line over and over again just to have them raise the prices until we found Discount General RV at Dothan Alabama. Treated professionally from the minute we walked in to customer service after we purchased and left the lot. The attention to detail and treating customers like family was evident throughout. We knew purchasing a used trailer would have issues and the staff took care of every issue found. They came to us where it was parked and fixed our problems immediately. When it is time to upgrade, no matter where we are in the US we will definitely come back here to buy from them again.

On my way to Panama City we had issues with 2 tires blowing out on our 5th wheel. Our 17 year old daughter who was driving about an hour behind us stopped at Discount General RV in Dolthan, AL. The man who operated the store and helped us on the phone said he had an extra tire, not new but in super shape. He said when we made sure that the tire is really in good shape that " He would not kick a man when he is down on his luck" . He asked for $ 105 cash and that it was a steal. The picture below is what he sold us. When confronted on the phone and that I would like a refund, he told me no refund and to stick the tire up my ass. Very disappointed! Would not recommend that dealer to anyone.

My advise to anyone who purchases from this company. Make Sure everything is working on your camper before you sign the papers and leave the lot with your camper. They told me it was a simple fix with a part that was on order. I was living in my camper and went 3 months without a fridge. No part, then the part didn't work, then another part that didn't work, on and on.Excuse after excuse.After begging and pleading they brought an old rusty beat up fridge that had no freezer and leaked and tore my frame putting it in, which they never fixed because after that they would not answer or return my calls. I ended up having to get a replacement fridge through the manufacturer myself. Horrible customer service!!

Bought a building over 4 months ago. Day after it was delivered a storm came thru with straight line winds and moved the building. I have been trying to get someone for 3 1/2 months to move it back. The movers stopped answering our calls or text. We even offered to pay them to move it. Then the owners said they would handle it and come move it. Even wrote it down on their calendar to show up. That was 3 weeks ago.

Excellent work on out RV including quite a bit of warranty work on an RV they didn't sell us. Fast, friendly and most importantly, very knowledgeable! Would recommend completely!

The salesman was great at helping us find what would be best for our family!!! Service department was great as well!!! Everyone that works here were just great people to work with. We will be back to buy another one in the future!!!!!

This one star is the lowest I can give. When the owner verbally said he can talk to his customers how ever he wants to after he sold a lemon to a couple of disabled people. Bad business, BAD customer service

DO NOT BUY A BUILDING FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY TOOK OUR DOWN DEPOSIT ON A BUILDING OVER 2 WEEKS AGO. WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR BUILDING AND THEIR DEADLINE WAS LAST WEEK. THEY ALSO STOLE MY DEPOSIT AND SAID WE CAN NOT HAVE IT BACK BECAUSE WE "GAVE" IT TO THEM. NO I PUT IT DOWN ON A BUILDING THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED!
