We called ahead to get a quote on six new tires for a short bus and were pleased with the over all experience. Knowledgeable, Friendly and Affordable Service. Clean facility with comfortable seating area and restrooms. Appreciated The Service.

I recently purchased new tires and then had my car serviced for general maintenance. Ricky and Danielle ensured that I got in quickly for an oil change, all points check, but mostly ensured that I had the best customer experience! Not just that they do tires and oil they are kind and on the back! I was on the side of the road 2 tires and rims blown out broken Davis Tires stop to see if they could help! If I hadn t already called another towing company ( If I only knew then what I know now!) I would have them take care of it!Since that incidence I found out they offer company I work for discounts! I am extremely pleased with Davis Tires! Thank you for the great professional fast service!

We were traveling through Dothan got a flat tire went to Firestone and was told that we had to get a new tire and it was going to be 800.00. Went to Davis tire and were treated so nicely and they plugged our tire!!!

The personnel that work there are very helpful and understanding. The manager Ricky us very knowledgeable and will go out his way to make sure you are very satisfied. The tech James is very knowledgeable and will help out in anyway possible. I would recommend anyone to go visit this place. Take it from me, you will be very satisfied.

I came in today needing a new tire and make it to work. Jonathan was very nice and understanding. He answered all my questions and helped me to get in and out quickly!! Update: I came in with a flat tire. Danielle made sure I was completely taken care of in a very quick and efficient manner!! Thank y all for taking care of me every time I come in!! I ll be back!!!

Was traveling through the area and had an issue with my truck. They were able to make some adjustments to my brakes and diagnosis my issue enough to help me know what I needed me limp the truck back home. All done on emergency unscheduled visit. For sure would recommend.

Waited over 2 hours for a tire patch job. Ridiculous. If you can't make a deadline tell your customers so I am not waiting all day for a 20 minute patch job. Also, the tire wasn't even cleaned after the patch. Rubber cement was smeared all over the tire.

Went and had tires rotated and oil changed. This place was very clean and organized. The staff was very professional and courteous! They had the nicest waiting room with snacks on the coffee table. My only complaint is that my windshield wiper fluid was empty and I would have figured that filling it up would have been included with an oil change.

I went to Davis Tire for the first time today, and was completely surprised and satisfied at the service and customer satisfaction I received today, They started right away on my truck, I needed a wheel alignment and waited in their comfortable lounge, with tv, couch, chairs, and snacks available, the bathrooms were immaculately clean and organized. My vehicle was done in no time, and I'm so satisfied , my next tires or car repairs will be done here...! Great job guys..

This is one of the cleanest tire shops in Dothan! Free snacks, reclining leather sofa and coffee. Wow! Also great service.

Had them install new rims and tires on my truck. Not only did they get me right in but customer service was great, had issue wth tire sensors went back and again put me first on line to make sure I was good to go.

I had my first trip to Davis Tire in Dothan Alabama today and I can tell you it is by far one of the best experience I have had at a tire mechanic shop the young manager Tristan is absolutely professional courteous down-to-earth it is by far the best customer service I have had anywhere since covid we all know customer service has died since then but at this place you feel at home they make you feel welcome and the prices real reasonable I got a quote on getting some upper control arms replaced on my vehicle Jim Whaley wanted 1900 techway wanted 1400 Davis Tire 700 I think we finally got a honest business in Dothan I took the liberty to call the Auburn store and ask for the owner I spoke to mr. Brandon Davis very nice professional courteous as well I will go back to Davis Tire encourage you if you need any oil change mechanic work or tires to stop by and see Tristan at Davis Tire there on Highway 231 in the old Pep Boys building

Took my wife's suv here. I told them it would crank sometimes and sometimes not. And that I thought it was the wcm or ecm. Because the scan tool my friend had gave the code and the key was not getting signal. Long story shortened.. they kept my car for almost three weeks. After calling them every 5 days checking getting the run around. Came to pick up found my suv parked in the same spot. And they had burned out the starter. Didn't even tell me. Until I took it to another shop and they showed me what they did. Come to find out that same day that it is the wcm . And got it on order at a good shop.... if it's not tires or brakes ....don't take your vehicle here for auto mechanic work. ... they are horrible!!!
