This place is incredible!! I found it the day before my son's 4th birthday. He wanted a new rc truck - we'd had half a dozen of the Target/Walmart toys but they all are cheaply made and break super quick. I found Allen and Cycle Service RC Hobbies on Saturday about 30min before they closed. I was so impressed just walking in with their inventory - had no idea we had that type of shop in Dothan - it was amazing!!! They have all kinds of cars, trucks, boats, airplanes...there were demo models he even let me try out on the showroom floor!! This place has crazy cool stuff but that's just the beginning. The service and knowledge of the staff blew me away! He took the time to educate me and show me what the many differences between the vehicles were so that I could make a well-informed decision - and all at closing time on a Saturday!! Needless to say, my son's birthday was two days ago and he hasn't put that controller down - he LOVES his new Traxxas Bronco TRX 4M!!! And so do i...lol...I'm gonna have to go back!!I don't usually write long reviews of places, but this place deserves the best attention it could possibly recieve - thank you so much Alan!!

I purchased brand new tires for my bike from RevZilla. This is the only shop in town that would mount the tires. Dropped the bike and tires off early in the morning then took my wife to breakfast. They called with the bike ready to go before we had finished our meal. Friendly staff, good service! I will use them again!

Awesome new RC store in Dothan. They have plenty of vehicles and replacement/upgrade parts to choose from. Mini-Z track and soon an upstairs track for larger scales. The staff was very helpful and prices are great! If you need parts or are looking for a new RC check out this place first!

They are family owned. They always have a good attitude when I go. They will come and pickup your motorcycle. They work on all motorcycles as far as I know. I have never had an issue with them.

Took my brute force 750 here and they did great work. Had it in several other shops but no one could figure out the problem. These guys figured it out and got me on the trails again. Took a little longer than expected but they did a great job.

These guys are not here to sell you any B.S. These guys very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Service is great, it's fast and it is quality work. You go in to have a part replaced, they replace the part. They do not try to sell you a whole bunch of nonsense you don't need. I have had great experiences every time I have went.

They chose my tires without consulting me. They then overcharged me for the tires. To top it off, I had to bleed my back brakes countless times to undo yet another mistake. My review can't be posted without me praying to GOD for forgiveness before and after. 0 stars

He didn't have the tire I wanted, but was very helpful - even recommended another dealer, who had what I needed.Good guys, very knowledgeable!I'll be back.

Very down to earth people, went above and beyond to help us. One employee GAVE my husband a motorcycle helmet that he no longer used and the lady behind the counter was very helpful and got all the paperwork filled out quickly and gave us all the info we needed to get the bike legal and ready to ride!

Allen/wife and the guys are top notch.Actually got prices for my car tires and rims not motorcycle parts.They beat all prices i received from other auto stores in town.They are my go to shop now for auto rims.Services: Tires, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

We were able to get a tire for our Dyna Harley and get back on the road. The staff was friendly and the mechanic was very quick and very good at his work

Robert and the guys and gals are a great bunch of folks.they know their stuff and will always steer you in the right direction.if your a rider, this place is defiantly worth checking out

I travel around as a contractor with my bike and when something goes wrong, it always seems to be in dothan. I was quoted a certain price but paid almost 2x as much in the end. So when I paid my bill, the mechanic was more than happy to show me all the little things he replaced that I've neglected over the past couple years. Also, what other mechanics claimed they did but did not do. How do I know this? When I pulled out onto the highway, I was so excited I didn't stop till I got to Panama city beach! I can personally attest to the fact that this bike has been living a lie all its life and the guys here gave this bike her freedom. I'm forever indebted to you all. Not to mention the awesome customer service behind the counter...

I have purchased at least 16 tires, plus 2 armored motorcycle jackets, 4 helmets, oil and filters, gloves, chaps, and had several services done on 3 cruisers. This over the course of 15 years. These guys and girl are straight up, know what they are doing, and honest. For real.

Fast service and turn around got a back tire and had it put on while I waited mechanic was on point and let me know about other things to look out for I'll surely be back great job

Nice people but overcharge for tire change in my opinion. $60 for each wheel carried in. FYI.

Food place for motorcycle service, they changed my tires when no one else would. I bought brand new tires and none if the other shops would put them on.
