Got my vehicle in right away. Put on two tires I had. Only 40 bucks. Very nice and helpful owner and employees. Very thankful because the first two places wouldn t put on my tires that we got from buying our vehicle brand new from the Toyota dealership. We moved to Germany for fours years so we had to take off our tires and put on winter/all season type tires. I was so disappointed that the Toyota dealership wouldn t put them back on. Even with a vehicle we are buying from them waiting to be shipped. We will be going here from now on.

Brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to them to put some tires on. They did a amazing job! They could use some chairs outside, but they where awesome. All your mechanical car needs can be taken care of by them!

Sold me used tires that was not good rubber at all. When I bought from the Mexicans the tires were really good. At that time they didn't have the size I needed. They are a riff off.

This place I have driven by so many times I had to have two tries for two different vehicles, this place and the owner is very honest and will be straight with you . I will be back . I recommend C&H

This place was OK The reason I m saying that is because they were friendly and they were cheaper than anywhere else but the problems I had was 1. I waited since 10 o clock in the morning until 5 o clock at night for my car to be done 2 while they were fixing the wheel bearing, they broke an axle, and then, even after them, admitting to themselves that they broke it, they still charge me extra and now it s been about two months and the wheel bearing is sounding the same like it s going to break and the wheel bearing I bought from them was supposed to be brand new from AutoZone so I don t know a lot about cars but I don t think after putting a new part on a vehicle it s supposed to go bad after two months well that s my review. Very nice an friendly. Had the lowest price around for my 17 inch tires! Was very impressed with how quick they served me and was truly amazed with the 5 star service!!Pic was from inside the waiting room :-)

David Hall and PJ for the win! My boyfriend and I came to dothan all the way from the Great state of Texas. Our tire was in need of great help. David took his time and used his great expertise to show us the problem! These are your GO TO GUYS!

I got 2 vehicles I went and got tire from thm every morning since I got them I got to go put air in thm cause the air coming out ain't no nails or any puncher on thm please don't go to thm they sell bad tires and my neighbor went and got a tire he was coming down 231 s and recap came off and told him that wasn't there tire he told them I just came and got this tire yesterday

Heath and PJ are really nice guys ,they will get you back on the road quickly. Several times I was able to wait less than 30min and I was ready to go .I will continue to do all my business with them and would recommend them to anyone wanting a fair price and good service. David..

C & H Tires are the best of the best!!!! My mom and the owner with the other employees, have a true client relationship (she's hard to make smile). They are very thorough and time after time with different vehicles, they have proved themselves to be great!!! I recommend that you commit to one place, and that's C&H Tire & Services!!!! You'll be glad that you did!!!

These guys are really fast and friendly. They had our abnormal size used tires. The price of the tire includes balance and mounting. Even though they carry used tires, they were like new, and they come with a 30 day warranty. They werereally busy when we came, and still got done in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service.

This place the absolute best. They go above and beyond for their customers and their real good down to earth people. I love dealing w them. They don't try and take all your money w inflated prices and they laugh w the customers. I for one really appreciate them not just because they fix my car but get a good laugh.

I had to stop in for a bad tire and dreaded it because I thought I'd be sitting and waiting a while but they were so quick and so very polite! Was in and out, everything was taken care of quickly and they were just great talking to! They will be my go to from now on! Thanks so much C&H for your help and services!

Customer service A1! First car service place I ve been to where they re very straight forward at telling you everything that s going on with your vehicle. Will return in the future if problems arise they seem to get pretty good business with means a lot! That s let you know they re good and get the job done.

They quote great prices but you will pay a lot more in the end to have your car fixed correctly. My 2016 car's check engine light came on and the car was not getting gas. Not a month after having them fix it, the car was worse than ever. Ended up going to the dealer to have it fixed right. Turns out C+H miss diagnosed the issue. When I spoke to the owner his response "it's poor quality but I can't be held responsible in a court of law for miss something" he than says "I wish I could do more" after refunding just the parts that were under warranty. Really????? You're the owner! Stand behind the work of your employees!!!

Very affordable and friendly staff!! They were extremely busy but took the time to look for the tire I needed and got to my truck quickly WITH A SMILE!! I was back on the road in no time!! Thanks guys!! Hope y'all had a great Christmas and Happy New Year's!!

Great guys. We made a mistake about which tire was bad and Ryan took the time to examine all the tires and explain to us what the problem was with the tire we had just purchased a couple of days ago. He was fast friendly and knowledgeable.

The place was busy but not overrun everyone was courteous and I was apologized to more than once for how long it took them but I didn't feel like I very long at all. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to my family and friends

Reasonable prices for used tires friendly people but every time I come here I spend about an hour for ONE TIRE. Currently waiting to get one of my tires replaced have been here for almost 30 minutes they haven't even touched my car and there are two guys sitting behind the desk leaned back in a chair like there ksnt a car in the garage. I came one time for 2 tires and sat almost three hours and watched two other people who came behind me leave before me.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when I took my vehicle. They drove my car and was able to tell me exactly what the problem was. They fixed it at a reasonable price and had my car riding like new again. I would definitely recommend them.

I was glad to find a local tire and really almost a one stop shop to take care of my vehicle needs!The service and customer service was spot on..., these guys don t play they work and get your vehicle back to you faster and more efficient. And don t price gouging.

I have been going to C&H for over 2 years now and they have always been very kind. They run as quick as they can and sometimes are very busy. Still their prices have always been fair and their assessments honest. I have a low tire once I took to another shop they insisted I needed to change the whole tire and if so I might as well buy a whole new set. It felt like a scam to me so I aired up the tire myself enough to get me to C&H. There they found the leak and repaired the tire in 15 minuets. They have worked with me on a payment plan when I have been down on my luck and even waived some fees once when they saw it was my birthday. They have always spoken kindly to me and my little daughter as well. As long as I am living in Dothan I will be using C&H for my repair and service needs.

They don't keep receipts and don't want to acknowledge that they put not one but 2 tires on causing me to wreck when you call to get them to pay for damages apparently I was never there

Just discovered when I went to get an oil change (not here) that the last place I got my oil changed which was c&h apparently messed something up and taped my oil line and DIDNT TELL ME OR FIX IT. DO NOT GO HERE.

I will never take my car here ever again. Just went in for I thought was a simple repair. I was told to bring my car in at 7am. Did that 12pm still not started on my car 3pm comes still not started on my car. My husband and I went to see what the hold up was and was told that they had other cars already ahead of mine. Mind you when I dropped my car off that moring I wasn't told any of this. The owner was very nasty, rude, disrespectful, and not understanding that I have been without my car all day. We I finally did receive my car it was around 8:30pm that night. Til this day my car still acts and sounds the same. RUSH JOB!!!!! I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!! If you want to watch your hard earn money get flushed down the toilet then this is the place for you.
