Quick painless service with a small town feel. My service advisor Mr. Doug was very kind and friendly and quick and knowledgeable to my service needs. The service staff was all very helpful and kind and extremely knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend to anyone with a ford this is the place to get the proper service for your ride.

My experience goes beyond 5 stars. The most important trait in a dealership is trust in my opinion. When you trust someone that is selling you something, and you feel that they have your best interest at heart takes things to a whole new level. So shout out to Lawrence Keener and Lincoln for the best vehicle buying experience I ve ever had. In fact, I bought my truck, left to buy another vehicle and came back and bought a second vehicle. 2 in one day, this is because of Lawrence and Lincoln. Really all a great group, but these two made the deals happen! These guys are too off the line and keep it real. Even if you are not in the market for a Ford, visit them, you never know and they will set the bar as what you should expect at a dealership.

Definitely recommend buying from BONDY S Ford! Great customer service, our sales rep John McCurly did a fantastic job helping us find what we wanted within our budget and was super patient! Financing was quick and easy-they even helped get us a better interest rate. Very happy with our experience and will use them again in the future!

The service here was beyond everything. I was not happy with FoMoCo that my local dealer would not do warranty and recall work on my small motorhome, but wow, Bondys was so On It handling my complex arrangements. They also got the work done in less than a day, when I had expected at least a week for parts and scheduling. Thank you all, I spoke to at least 5 people there from receptionists to service techs and everyone could not have been more pleasant or more efficient and helpful. Just wow, this says everything about the team and attention of the dealership.

I had an appointment at 8:00 . I arrived on time. My checking engine light was on. My car was checked and they got two codes. I was told it was gonna take a while to check the codes. So I still waited. About 12:00 noon went back to check on my car the technician had gone to lunch. Still waiting and decided to go back about 1:30 to get my charger out my car and was told they got busy. I ended up staying at the dealership until 4:30 . Then got a call to come back because the cashier had forgot to get the $100 deductible payment after being there all day and having not eaten all day. This was the worst experience I have had at the dealership getting my car service. .

I brought my car in believing it was on it s last leg and the service department confirmed my fear. I got with salesman, Mr. Tony Ross, & everything went smoothly after that. I brought my car in Tuesday & was leaving with a new ride on Thursday, PERIOD. So CHECK THAT! Mr. Tony Ross was so knowledgable & answered all questions I had about anything through out the new process for me. After making the decision on a car I was looking for AND within my budget, he directed me to Mr. Lincoln Shorter in the financial department. Mr. Lincoln Shorter was so patient, helpful & assuring during the foreign process for me can you tell this is my FIRST car on my own? Pretty long wait even though I had an appointment for an oil change. Did not get a vacuum because I was told they didn't have time. Tires were rotated, and I've had to put air in them constantly since that day. I did appreciate it ride to a very close (but terrible) restaurant while I waited for service to be finished, which they said would be at least 2 hours. Overall pretty disappointed.

Vicki provided excellent service by picking up my car at my workplace and taking it to be serviced. I was kept informed if when they were coming and when my car arrived. Lori was great in scheduling the maintenance and keeping us posted on the progress and what needed to be done before charging for something we didn t agree to have done. She went over all the details and then we agreed to proceed. She also told me how many Lincoln rewards points I had and asked it I wanted to use them. The service was great and my car was washed and vacuumed as well. Very pleased with the entire experience. Thank you Lori and Vicki and thanks to the person who performed the actual service as well.Services: Auto brake replacement, Battery, Oil change

BONDY S s and the staff that they hire, have always worked way above, and beyond all I could hope for. They have done everything they can, to make my experiences more than just pleasant. I eagerly recommend them to friends and relatives. If I ever get another car, It will be from them once again.

So I had an appointment with your business on Friday. I drove the car twice yesterday for short runs. This morning as I was getting in the car to go to church, there was nothing. I had gone to one of my Neighborhod car parts stores this past week to have my battery tested, and was told that the battery was good. Meanwhile the service person apparently did not check anything about my battery. So here I am on Sunday morning with no transportation. What Grade would YOU give your Service department? Oh yes, they told me that U needed to replace my Lugnuts. All of them. Was told to have my car at service department for an oil change by 8:30 for an oil change. Arrived a little early. Laurie, the service clerk, told them I needed it by lunch. At 11:30, I returned to pick up my Lincoln. They had not even started on it. Was finally called at 1:30 to pick up vehicle. Don t really find this acceptable. Able to schedule in a relatively short period of time. Bondys completed the oil change and washed our vehicle. Was not able to get our electronic issue resolved yet but they did determine the cause and ordered the back ordered part.
