After having a new battery installed in March 2024, it died a month later in the carport of my house. I called Bondy s Ford and talked to my service consultant Matt and he said would take care of it. Matt dispatched Bondy s mobile unit and a super mechanic Matt Cintron diagnosed the problem as the battery and not something else. Kacee Elliott coordinated the replacement battery to be delivered to my home where Matt could install. Thanks to Bondy s excellent service personnel I m back on the road.

Get your vehicle serviced literally anywhere else. After waiting two weeks for my service appointment they kept my vehicle for over a month, offered no courtesy vehicle, and were almost impossible to get updates from. The service manager is rude and will lie to you at every opportunity. After a month they returned my vehicle filthy. It was covered with grease, oil, and dirt inside and out. Their only solution for this was a guy with glass cleaner and paper towels. Incompetent, sloppy, and lazy.Update:I had my car back for 8 days before I was stranded by a completely dead vehicle in the middle of the road, at night, in the rain, with my wife and an infant. After paying for a tow and an Uber to make sure my family got home safe I was able to get my vehicle back to Bondy s. During their initial service they failed to reassemble my vehicle properly. The transmission tech didn t torque the cables on my starter. Again, stay away.

My appointment was at 11:00am for the (works service). I didn t leave until after 2:00pm. Normally they have me in and out for a routine oil change pretty quick. This particular day I m not sure what happened.. I asked why the wait was so long? The response was there were just other cars ahead of me I mean that was common sense but if the wait was going to be that long. What s the point of scheduling an appointment?

Took my truck I just bought from them a week ago in for an oil change and because a check engine light came on. They told me there was a transmission leak and but could not have it checked by their transmission tech for at least a couple days.Gave me a rental car with only a quarter of a tank which was supposedly to last me who knows how long.A few hours later they called back and said another technician looked at it and could not figure out why the check engine light was on. He recommended flashing the pcm for $220 to see if it would go away. I asked why they would flash it if no problem had been fixed because it would just come right back on. I was told the tech said that would be cheaper than replacing an oxygen sensor which would be the next recommendation. I asked if it was throwing an exhaust leak code and I was told they did not know. I asked exactly which code was being thrown and I was told they did not know. I told them do not do any flashing of the computer until the transmission leak was resolved.Six days and $800.00 later I got my truck back. I was charged $150.00 for the tech to plug in the diagnostic tool and say they weren't sure which code was being thrown. I will be buying my own diagnostic tool before bringing a vehicle back here.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

No sense of urgency to wait on a customer or to timely finish a repair.... I had an 8:45 a.m. appointment to get a radiator flush and replace a passenger side door handle and it took 2 hours and 47 minutes to complete with an appointment.... by Ford's own labor rate calculation this is almost twice as long as it should have takenService: General repairs & maintenance

The service department was very helpful. I made a trip back home from Texas for a funeral and my Bronco needed service. I got me in within a day and very timely. Thank you Bondy s service team.

We hit a flying metal object with our RV while driving in Florida and wanted a Ford dealer to work on it. We towed it to Bondy In Alabama and expected major damage to our drive shaft and a week in a hotel. Our the service rep, Doug, handled everything with ease, kept in contact with updates. It turned out to be a ~$500 bracket that was bent AND they had the part in stock AND we were on the road the next day!

I had a 11:30 am appointment for service and it was 4:30 before I got out. For the second time in less that 12 months within an hour or less after leaving the dealership the low brake fluid level light has came on and I have had to add brake fluid.

Dropped off at 7:00 am after scheduling an appointment a week in advance for an oil change service and to repair a cup holder. I called and left a message for Laura at 12:00 and never got a return call. Called again at 1:30 and was told service was done and cup holder would be repaired by end of day. Got a call at 5:30, which is closing time, and told cup holder repair was not done and it would be $500+ to repair it. I ended up leaving the car over night and the next morning found another ford dealership to do it for $200 less. The point of the story is, with an appointment made a week in advance and notification of what service was needed it was not done in a timely manner on top of zero communication from the dealership. One informative and truthful phone call would have made all the difference in the world.

Took truck in to have a couple recalls completed and have them check out one issue I was concerned with. From calling to make the appointment to troubleshooting and fixing all my concerns, Katlee was very good to work with. She stayed in contact regarding the status of the truck and notified me of any issues that arose. Definitely recommend Bondy s for your service needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I love Bondy s Ford Service Department. They do great work, every time. And I usually am surprised at how quickly they get the work done. The waiting area is nice, and I always meet people who are repeat customers. All their employees are courteous and helpful. It is never fun to have car problems. But I know when Bondy s fixes my car, it is truly fixed.

People are very nice when interacting with them. Wait times we're a little longer than I think neccessary and the lounge chairs aren't as comfortable as other dealerships I've been to. Lori was a super star. She went above and beyond to take care of me. She saved me $2300 by identifying I had an extended warranty I was unaware of. She worked directly with them and got me the best deal possible by not settling for what they were going to originally pay out. Truly blessed. Thank you Bondy s Ford and Lori deserves a raise! We bought a 2020 Ford fusion from bondys dothan 4 months ago and have had nothing but problems out of the car since day 1. They didn't want to fix anything until our extended warranty kicked in. Transmission, suspension, check engine lights that weren't on when we got the car. Tried to take it back 2 days after we got it and was told "it was our car now"!Was told on the phone 250 for the deductible to fix the bad control arm. I get to bondys to pick up the car and the price has went to 375 for 125 diagnostic fee. To say the least I showed my butt!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BONDYS.

Everyone around my area was about 3 weeks behind until i got with Bondy's. Im from panama city area. They took me in immediately for a check engine on my F150. They kept the vehicle and provided a loaner during service. Great service and completed work in a reasonable time. We will do business again when need it. Checking in is always confusing, there s no front desk there s just a driveway with people at their desks. You stand there until someone speaks to you or you have to interrupt what they re doing. Then they tell you you have to speak to someone specifically, when all you did in the first place was call up and asked for an appointment. Once they have the vehicle, they re speedy and efficient. They actually mechs. Are awesome, but the checking in could use some work.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I was completely dissatisfied with my experience. I had my car serviced for 1) a factory recall 2) abfault with auto stop/start feature. Should haven taken very little time. I waited all day long after being from out of town. No communication from service group during the day. Finally after inquiring i was told their system was down and it wouldnt be completed tgat day. Next day i was charged over 250.00 to reprogram battery monitoring system. I got 5 miles from dealership and stopped at a traffic light. Car malfunctioned just as it had been. I broke down on Ross Clark Circle. I called Bondy s. They were helpful and had my car towed to the dealership. They diagnosed the issue and called me before beginning work on my vehicle. Lori was great explaining it all to me and the total before work was started on my vehicle. I appreciate them so much! I had repairs the previous weeks and I was quite pleased with my service. This time was a little frustrating. They said 1 1/2 hrs...at 3 hrs....I just wanted to go home. They did offer to to take me somewhere or home. So I had my husband come get me and they brought the car to me at my house. No problems with the man who took my info when I checked in. He was nice and then understanding. When the service man came out he said something about calibrations and the guy was having trouble seeing. Seems to me when it was past my time to be done, someone should have taken over. Other than that I'm pleased with my service.Service: Auto brake repair
