Went to get a bulb for my headlight and some windshield wipers. The employee was very helpful she put my windshield wipers on but she said that they couldn't put the bulb in . They really was busy. And I really appreciate her for doing that for me.

I ve stopped in this store several times during a two month period. I ve always noticed this young lady taking care of her customers from upon entering the store until leaving. She s very friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling while working. I didn t get her name while inside shopping , so I decided to call back to get her name. Her name is Damitra! Autozone you have a very knowledgeable hard working lady. I ll forever stop at this AUTOZONE while traveling through Dothan Al.

One of the friendliest AutoZone stores. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you have the exact item you're looking for and if they don't have it they are quick to order it from another store and have there at a reasonable time.

I'll definitely be doing more business at the one on the circle on the Eastside of Dothan. I had to get a new battery and the sweetest guy ( Terry) helped me with everything. He made sure everything was running good before I left. Very respectful and very kind. All the employees were very friendly!!

Very helpful. I needed a new battery before I headed back to Texas and they fixed everything for me. The battery was kinda high but they helped me out with that too! Thank y'all

Chris was awesome. My wife's car had a battery light come on and they were able to tell her it was most likely a bad alternator. This Autozone didn't have the alternator in stock but our local Autozone did. Chris at this Autozone was great. He held our keys until the tow truck arrived to pick up the car. Thanks again. Great service!!

Have to say, the staff here is always very helpful. Just wish AZ didn't ignore your spending towards rewards if you buy less than $20. Would also be nice if the prices were a little better.

This AutoZone is the BEST!!!!! The employees at this location go out of their way to help me every single time. I needed a quart of oil and I bought a few other things and had a few questions. The staff member suggested that he come out to my car to help me put the oil in my truck. He also examined the few other issues I had and gave me suggestions to solve my problems. I recommend using this AutoZone for sure!!

Excellent service!! I won't go anywhere else from now on. At least 4 different team members asked if I needed help and Victor J went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, quick, friendly and polite. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Stood in the store with four employees in the store whom never offered to ask if I had been helped, needed anything, or anything else for approximately 15 minutes, before finally an employee speaks and tells another employee to, " wait on her", he says. Felt like I was a bother to them. I will choose another store next time.

We received better service and there were more employees here than Walmart! Every single person asked if we needed anything or if they could help. Some items we grabbed rang up the wrong price and they verified and made the corrections quickly and without issues. We definitely recommend this AutoZone! They were super friendly and helpful!

Extremely helpful. They made sure I had the right tool and bulbs to change my tag lights. Kane even told me the easiest way to install them before I left.

Order spark plug wires which were not in stock,but the hub had them, ordered them ay 11:30 am, was told they would be there at 4pm called and was told 6pm before I get them,I know they have drivers to make deliveries and it's only 4 or so miles away. Not happy.

If this is the auto zone near southeast medical center, this specific auto zone is amazing! Amazing in chanter service and they go the extra mile. Very helpful and no complaints when doing so. Every penny was worth spending in there every time. I can t remember all their names, but I do remember a Sam. The other Autozone is never a help at all, the one right next to the mall. Never help and very unprofessional. Go to the auto zone near the medical center!!!!

I walked I there were 3 ppl at the registers w/ one customer. I wasn't acknowledged too quickly is an understatement. I walked out .drove to napa walked in and they were having a surprise party just for me

If I could give you no stars I would. Rude associates and a manager in the store at the time who doesn t take care of problems when they arise in his store. To have a rude associate who throws money at a customer deserves to be fired and the manager who allows it to happen in front of him deserves to get fired as well.

Auto Zone is well stocked with just everything that you need for a car, truck, and some other things to. They have tool's you can borrow but not leave the premises with them. You can get your car diagnostic tested to find the right thing that is wrong with your car. I like shopping at Auto Zone

I entered the store and ask the lady for some brake stop rubber buttons for the brake light switch she said she didn't have it right from the start didn't even look so I went to the back and found it myself. Very unprofessional but,this was my first visit in a while maybe I'll give them a second chance.
