I had an issue with an order that somehow, whether through human error or technical, ended up at another store farther away than I'd ever wanna drive for a couple parts, but everything turned out okay thanks to the Assistant Manager Bre! She did everything in her ability to make sure I walked out happy and didn't even make me feel like I had caused her any trouble. Saved my day and time!

Great service! Jamar helped with checking the battery and a light on the dash board! He was of great help. I was going to buy a new battery and he indicated that it was Good. It only needed some cleaning. He helped me cleaning! Great service!

Mr. J.R.S. is amazing. He took the time to help me, answer all my questions, and made sure he explained everything to me in a way I could understand it. He didn t make me feel dumb for not knowing cars like many workers have before. I would gladly go in and request him for my future questions/parts.

Tahlia was amazing! She helped us after breaking down in the middle of the road and got us situated with a new battery. She really went out of her way which was a huge blessing for us!

The younger was extra helpful can't think of his name but he was so kind and even went as far as to change my break light and reverse light at no charge.I really thank him,I was having such a a bad day and he made my day all better just by being so kind to me.I highly recommend this place to get your car needs.

My Honda did not start- this was the negative part of my day. The positive part was that it all happened by Auto Zone and Shawn, who worked there, was ready to help. I purchased one of their batteries, and Shawn installed it. He also gave me some info on my car that acted weird at first, since the computer sensed a sudden change in the system. He offered to take care of the computerized system should the car does not do it on its own within 24 hours, but eventually I did not need the extra service. Shawn was prompt and polite and the battery is efficient and hopefully will live a long and secure life. Very happy with the service!

In and out visit. The store is always neat and tidy. No one was in line I received fast service and I can appreciate that. I also appreciate that AutoZone provides business quotes over the phone and any employee that answers the phone can provide this information. Not a regular quote but a business quote other competitions doesn't allow all employees to give out business quotes so you have to hold the line or receive a call back from a manager which is annoying because a manager is one person and all employees should provide business quotes. Which is why I choose Auto Zone.

Went up there for wipers I am 18 years old got them under my papa's shop credit and asked the sells manager if he would put them on for me due to mine being extremely broken and messed up and it has been off and on raining..... he made me feel as if he didn't want to help me and even thrown the wipers on the side walk.

Mickey helped install my dim lights in seconds. He is the best. I am a single woman and needed help so I stopped by the store after purchasing my lights at AutoZone in Eufaula. Other team members were helping me but couldn't dislocate the bulbs but Mickey popped outside to say what y'all tearing up and they stepped back and he fixed my lights in seconds. Lol. Thank you so much. #1 Location for assistance..Connie R. Kinsey thank you!!!

Been here many times. They are usually quick about the parts or can get it in a day. Prices are ok except on oil. Oil is 30% higher than other places. Friendly...not so much but thats ok

They were really nice, I asked him to come connect their computer to see if they could tell me what was going on with my truck and he didn't hesitate went right out connected it ran several test on it and then carried their computer back inside hooked up to the inside computer and told me that I needed some things in a professional way along with being nice and courteous .

These guys are for real I was looking for a little peace and went to my car had no idea what it was called but just described it to them and they came up with it right on the spot. Does a very good with the customers explain everything to you and their prices are very competitive

Stopped here to have a diagnostic testing done and the man that helped us was very nice and very educational! He gave us a lot of his time, allowed us to use his tools, and just had amazing customer service!

On Oct 18 I visited store #294 in Dothan. Mr Chauncey asked me if he could assist me. I told him that my car charger for phones no longer worked. He went to my vehicle & looked at some fuses. He took the time to replace the fuse. He went above normal customer care to help this 65yo lady. I hope he is working the next time I go there.

Yuck! Not only was the associate rude and sarcastic (too lazy to even open her mouth and say hello), but she couldn't even find my 1-yr. old d van in the computer system... I go to Auto Zones all over the country and never have that problem. Rather than teach her how to search for my vehicle I just left and went to the next nearest store becausI did want to deal with this lady's attitude. I should also mention that I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone bothered to come and help, because everyone was in the back. Epic fail...

I went in to ask about my dashboard lights, the man completely blew me off, said that policy was the couldnt help with stuff like that. which was weird because ive been going to autozone for years, but i was going to the one on the southside of dothan. i recently moved to the northside and had to go to this one. southside autozone would never !!!!!

Traveling through Dothan on our way home (Missouri) from Florida - my truck broke down and although there was no way for this Autozone to make repairs and get us back on the road the Employees were an absolute breath of fresh air, very compassionate to my situation and did all they could to help.I didn t catch the name of the Lady at the counter - but she especially was/is super sweet, followed me outside offering prayers.Thank you!

I normally wouldn't review an auto parts store on Google, but the service and helpfulness of the employees at this particular location deserve some praise. We purchased some new windshield wipers for our car while on a trip and decided to stop here. When I walked in, every employee was assisting a customer with a smile on their faces, checkout was quick, and the cashier was friendly. Two employees even helped us when we couldn't get one of our old windshield wipers removed. I would recommend visiting this location for your auto parts needs!

My husband worked here for over a year so, of course, I have nothing bad to say! :) Everyone is friendly and provides the help needed. He never had any complaints about working there, either, so that's a good thing. It's on the smaller side as far as the size of the store, but good selection and always pretty neat inside.
