I needed a temperature sensor and also bought some head lamp bulbs. The manager was super friendly and gave me some complimentary bulb grease.

Scott H...is a fantastic employee. I stopped by the night before to pick up some tail light bulbs close to closing. He asked if I needed help putting them in. I said," No, I should be alright putting them in". Well, I put them in the morning. One of the bulbs had an issue so I came back. When I came back I popped the trunk, attempted to get the bulb out and it busted with barely any pressure. I cut myself and he quickly got me first aid supplies and continued to find the right bulb then put them in for me. He deserves a raise, his attitude is superb and a pleasure to be around. I will be coming back to this location for sure.

This autozone is such a disappointment. Mr David the manager couldn t care less about his clients and their concerns. Need more training. Love autozone you guys always have everything we need , except this guy s attitude

Went 8:30pm to get oil and funnel. Had trouble locating the specific items while 4 men hung around talking. Got to register only to wait while guy finished his personal call another 3-4 mins. During this time, two men went outside to hang & smoke. Soon as they saw me raise my hood to add oil, they dropped their ciggs & quickly entered the store.Although female, I'm thoroughly able to add motor oil & a variety of other things but MOST Auto parts places ALWAYS offer to assist you. I usually go to a different store & last night reminded me why..Also- prices were slightly higher than at Advanced. JS.

I've been here several times - it's a busy location so sometimes there's a little bit of a line but it moves pretty quickly - the location is well-staffed and the staff is helpful.

I would like to thank everyone in this store for all the help you gave me last night. I was traveling through town last night and someone flagged me down and said my brake lights weren t working. I pulled over and called my son, he said Mom, calm down and go to Auto Zone. I did and they were so kind and helpful. The staff was amazing and Mike S. Got my lights working. Thanks so much for going overboard and helping me.

The guy at the register, who checked me out was an amazing customer service associate! No joke. Friendly, helpful, eager to help you in anyway he can. Very good at making customers feel welcome and comfortable.

Even though I was put on hold for over 10 minutes when I called to ask if they had any transmission fluid. They ended up having some and I drove there to purchase. Got in and out fairly quickly, which is good because I was already aggravated about being put on hold for that long.

Kevontraye was very courteous and professional. I needed a new battery, the manager was very helpful and responsive. He tested my battery, showed me the test results and took out my old battery and installed a new one. I have been in a lot of auto zones, but never experienced the high degree of customer service as I did today. Both the manager and Kevontraye are to be commended.

Mykeal was extremely helpful and was probably the kindest autozone associate I've ever dealt with. It was really early in the morning when I came in and we had been waiting in the parking lot but the guy was still nice even though it was early.. that doesn't always happen when the employee unlocks the door and the customer is standing waiting but he had a solid good attitude and genuine helpfulness about him

Saved my bacon on a road trip I have been a loyal patron every since. My Lynn haven store has as compatent staff but now days most a just clerk's but they have some real knowledgeable staff. I do the rewards program it saves me couple hundred bucks a yr. Well worth it. Variety of range in quality of parts you get what you pay for.

Found what we wanted without help from the cashier and still had to go back to exchange the part because it wasn't right. If they'd go back to the excellent service we used to get, it'd be fine, but this time the cashier couldn't be bothered to answer more than one question despite our being two of the three customers in the store, the third being helped by someone else.

Poor sales staff. Guy who was ringing up my purchase was called to the back. Rather than finish ringing me up, he went to the back! The young lady who came out said I'll watch the front, then proceeded to check out the guy behind me. All I needed to do was give them my cash! How flipping hard is that? I will never ever go back there again.
