Eric, Trayshon, and Devon (I apologize to any misspelled names) handled servicing my vehicle today. It was cold and wet and nearing closing time. These three gentlemen were great to deal with. Customer service was top tier, they were as courteous and nice as anyone, and I am satisfied with the service. Highly recommend!

I ve been coming to this shop for over 10 years, one day I was running errands and they were super busy but I should ve waited the few minutes because they move quick but I didn t and I sure paid for it. I went to another shop (express oil change) and they caused over $850 worth of damage and almost cost me my motor. Luckily Justin, Bruce and Franklin at American lube fast are extremely educated and helpful because they caught every issue quickly and rushed to help me save my Tahoe. If it wasn t for them I d be replacing a motor. Thank y all for being knowledgeable and helpful. I m beyond grateful!!

Mr. Justin and his son and crew saved the day. They fixed my car and even did some extra things that I had been putting off doing free of charge. I couldn t believe how fast they did everything. Very friendly and made me feel like family. Highly recommend

Worst experience I've ever had. I sat there an hour and fifteen minutes and still didn't receive a basic oil change. I was the only one in line and the guy from under the bay goes on lunch break leaving one bolt to be tightened and it didn't get done until he returned 45 min later. There was at least four other employees walking around not doing much of anything. When I asked what the hold up was I was told they were waiting on the guy to tighten up a bolt on the skid plate. The guy returns with a sack of drinks from the store and starts talking junk with his buddies before being told to go under and finish. He goes under and I hear one bolt get tightened by the air gun and he comes right back up. He was finished. Needless to say I left and went to express oil change. Hopefully things will go better here!

They are under new supervision, or they were. We had to go back a while back because we noticed oil leaking from our SUV now granted we were getting close to our oil change, and the leak wasn't horrible. But the oil filter had been put on to tight, and the seal wasn't setting right, so when the motor was running, it was dripping oil. The new manager did a complete look over of the vehicle and replaced the filter, and checked all the fluid 4. He did it all for free. We were very pleased and impressed. DEAR OWNER/ My wife and I were in a while back and we got our oil changed and we were told that the oil pan gasket was leaking so we went and got the gasket and came back the next day to get it replaced. When we got a gentleman, he went down there to, I guess, do the job,and when he came back up, he had to refill our oil, which I thought was weird. Then they came back to tell us that there was another leak on the side of the oil pan and the gasket was hard to get and the manager said he had the seal/gasket maker at home and they would call us once they had there stuff together weeks went by and we stopped by to see them and the guy that supposedly put on our oil pan gasket that we bought. Was saying he thought we were supposed to just come back when the manager said they would call us. So, to say the least, Mr. OWNER WE STILL HAVE THE LEAK ON THE SIDE OF OUR OIL PAN, AND WE BOUGHT THE GASKET FOR THAT AS WELL NO ONE HAS CALLED US NORDID THE GUY WE SPOKE TO IN FRONT OF YOUR STORE OFFER TO FIX IT EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD HAD THE GASKET VERY UNHAPPY.

Basic oil change and they locktite on the oil pan drain plug. I'm guessing it was probably leaking. I tried to call and they said they had no recent records of my visit except the sticker after service sits on my windshield of last date of service. My husband attempted to change the oil himself due to cost of oil changes and it has become ridiculous and frustrating and if they want to right this wrong let me know because I drive my kids around in this car and we can't even change the oil. If this was a ploy to make us come back to them it was wasting a Saturday for us that could've taken 30 minutes.... I have proof of visit and here is the pic showing proof of locktite...

Was needing an oil change and filter, we had the maintenance needed light on . Found American Lube Fast was open on a Sunday. Arrived and received attention to our vehicles need without getting out of our vehicle. Very courteous, professional service from both gentlemen. Had us on our way in no time. We are amazed that there was a oil change facility was open on a Sunday. Thank you gentlemen for being there for us.
