New guy had a good attitude. The older gentleman seemed apathetic and was very unhelpful. System was broke, had been for a while apparently, and wouldnt bring up my name to see if my battery was still under warrenty, so instead of calling another store to check their system he shrugged uncaringly and said I gotta talk to Buck the store manager on Monday. This is not the only problem Ive had with them. Unfriendly service aside, Ive had more broken parts out the box than fixed. Terrible store, terrible company. Go anywhere else.

It a good store to shop at, but their records are not linked to the original Advance Auto, because this store on S. Oats was formally Carquest. Still shop here, good selection of parts! Very helpful employees!

No greeting and very Rude cashier! Paint rung up higher than the price that was listed. Instead of the guy cashier checking the price, he stood at the register and a sweet young lady decided to take it in her hands to provide assistance. She matched up the item to the price tag and informed him he had to give it to us for that price. He then told her to go rip every price tag out back there under the paint. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude shouldn't reflect it.

Pulled up and everyone was outside smoking....when someone did come they looked up wrong part even after i told them couple times what part i wanted...i went down to oreillys and got part and out door in 5 min....done with this location

It's the typical Dothan auto parts store, if it wasn't for the computer they're sitting behind they wouldn't know anything. Common sense isn't a flower that grows in everybody's garden.
