Went here last Saturday for an oil change. First time in this car not using the dealership. It was quick and easy. And Victor was very kind.

Service was quick. They rolled me in as soon as I drove up. Tech was polite and helpful. Price was a bit higher than expected but isn't everything nowadays. Nothing but satisfied with the service!Update: Still same great service and more affordable than other places! Glad I was able to get a quick oil change do e before leaving for NC.

Loved Keelan. Very professional and courteous. There are actually two express shops in my area and we had used the other one before express took over and we will go there no more. The manager is rude and frankly they don t do a good job. But THIS express in Dolomite is wonderful. Go see Keelan!!

Went in Friday 1/26/24 around 2pm. Martez was an absolute delight. He cracked me up the whole time. Ive learned to love this location best because im always in and out in under 30 minutes. I hope Martez stayes at this location!

I went to the Hoover location but they were to busy to help so I decided to go to the Hueytown location where I was helped by the manager Vic or Victor but he got me and my wife in and out so quickly. I had a bad day and went in with a car that was sounding pretty rough. When i got there Victor pulled me up and told me it sound like i was low on oil. Just to find out my car needed an oil change. After i left i hit the interstate and my car ran like a brand new car. He was so nice and helpful and even offered my kids popsicles. On Friday (October 2, 2020) I brought my vehicle to get my tires balanced and rotated, since it was 5:15 the mechanic refused to do the B&R due to closing in 45 mins and asked me to come back the next day which I agreed to. As I pulled up the next day and was greeted by a very nice gentleman who was fairly new I m assuming but was extremely helpful and started on my tires. After about an hour or so, he was done and I tried to pay, well apparently the card machine didn't like my card so that took about 10-15 mins to do, and took about 4 people to finally get it to go through. Once I left, my car was still driving rough, but I shrugged it off and figured it was just the road (hopefully) Fast forward to this morning... I got in my car to drive to the store and it was driving even worse! (I haven't driven my car that much since Saturday) when I got where I was going I took a look at my tires and the weights looked different than usual on top of looking like they are almost falling off , they aren t even clamped on all the way! And one tire has no weights whatsoever! I called up there and Chip answered the phone and I continued to ask him the questions I had about the weights and the tires. He was a very snappy with me as he answered the questions very short and rude. He informed me that my tires had different weights because I had been running too much air in my tires (he didn't do the work on my car he wasn't even there so how would he know)?!?!?!? when I asked how much air should be in tires ( a general question, not even one specific to my tires) he snapped at me to look inside my door! So I asked him if he checked the tire pressure while doing the B&R, where he informed me that he had no clue, he wasn't the one who did the work. Now I'm sorry, how are you going to be snappy and rude with someone who is calling with legitimate questions about a service that was provided that you specialize in and had paid good money for services rendered. I'm no genius, and correct me if I'm wrong, but if I knew the answers would I be calling with questions? I mean YOU are the specialist in this category, not me! So here we are now, my truck is still driving bad, I still have questions and NO answers and honestly am VERY disappointed with my experience at this location AND how I was treated by Chip! I regret ever even thinking I would get the professionalism that someone would want or expect from this location! I honestly would have NEVER have spent my hard earned money at this location had I known the quality of services rendered, or the completely unprofessionalism that was displayed when I contacted the store with my questions. I will also be informing everyone I know to not visit this location as well.Service: Tires

Went into dollar tree the lady was super rude asked for rest room Said we don't got one! Then turned around my daughter said she glared at me looking up and down... very sorry excuse for an employee I can't believe she is a worker here!

The crew at the Dolomite location are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Customer service seems to come naturally there. They even treated my little one to a popsicle on a very hot summer day.

My Experience With Express Has Been Amazing. The Techs Are Nice And Love to Interact with the Customers. Very friendly, quick, got the Job done right the first time, and at a decent price. I normally don't like bringing my car places to get work done when I can do it myself but in some cases I just don't have the time. Took it here after reading all the positive reviews and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their vehicle!

My Mom s car was showing a charging system error so I stopped by this express and received excellent service. From being greeted on the parking lot to great service from Chip. He advised we needed a new battery and had a new one in no time at all. He also noticed one of her low beam lights wasn t working. He replaced the bulb and we were back on the road. Thank you Express!

I ve always used express oil change but today this one literally turned my day completely around! James a mechanic at this shop didn t hesitate to help me when I literally broke down on the side of the road in front of this shop and he was an honest mechanic and he fixed my car (which would only drive in reverse) on the spot! He didn t overcharge me and I m so grateful that When I had car troubles I was right beside this specific express oil change. 10/10 recommend! They earned my business forever today!

The people have changed their not as honest and trustworthy like the older crew that was there...I recently took my vehicle to have the oil changed and they are supposed to check all fluids, not to mention I asked them twice, they didn't do nor did they rest their change warning inside the car...When I paid them I mistaken and given the (2) $100 dollar bills immediately went back to get my money they all hide and sent the manager out whom was not at the store at the time it happened. I spoke with Jeff the manager explained to him what happened, he then reassured that he would count the money down after they closed to see. Do you really think he called me back no way did he....the manager Jeff... Chris...and the one who took the $100 dollars and lied show be removed from their position because of dishonesty

I have all of the tools and ramps that I need to change my oil at my house, but it would tie up half of my day. St EOC I pull in and we're done in 30/ 50 minutes. They also grease my front end, look at my brake pads, check all of my lights, transmission fluid and top off my fluids and clean my windshield. All with a pleasant attitude band smile.I'm a returning customer and will return in five thousand miles.Thanks EOC!!!
