I have purchased several vehicles from Townsend. I have worked with Angela Atterberry each time. She is always cordial and goes above and beyond to make sure I get a great deal. Thanks very much, Angela for helping with my most recent purchase!! I love it!

I recently purchased a vehicle last month with Angela Atterberry. Definitely a 10/10!!! Very responsive and she answered all the questions and concerns I had. She also stood on you re going off this lot with a car and I did JUST THAT!!! LEFT THE LOT WITH A NEW CAR!!! With all of that being said she s a great person to make your purchase with and she even keeps in touch with you after you ve purchased the car.

Great Customer Service!! Angela, Louise and Nick was super nice during our visiti to the dealership. They did not pressure us to buy. We love our new purchase!! Keep up the good work Townsend Automotive Demopolis.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst I've ever been treated at a car dealership. The sales womam, Angela, that we dealt with was rude,condescending and just flat out unhelpful whatsoever. We were going to try and shop local and my wife stopped in a saw a GMC Acadia that she liked and Angela flagged her down and they talked. Angela didn't even know the full price of the car my wife looked at and told her she could work with us. I called the Angela and talked to her and the brief few moments that I did, I was shocked at the lack of uncaring and attitude coming through the phone. Angela told us that we needed to lower our standards and go for a cheaper vehicle due to our credit situation and basically said my wife was wanting too much with a $39k vehicle. Angela acted like she didn't want our business and was trying to put us in a Ford Escape they just got in on trade. I told her no and to stop trying to get us in a car we don't want and to stop helping us out. Angela then started back tracking and trying to keep me on the phone and I told her no thanks and that we'd take out business elsewhere. Needless to say we went to Tuscaloosai Hyundai and was in a vehicle by lunch time on Saturday. I will never ever, ever give my business to Townseend of Demopolis and if you're reading this review I would highly recommend doing likewise, unless you like being treated like your business and money isn't important to them and like being treated with absolute disrespect.

For weeks I had kept watch on Townsend Automotive's inventory through it's super user friendly website. I researched the cars I was interested in, and when the time came I sought out Jonathan Hill at the dealership. I have called on Jonathan many times in the past to help with several community projects and he never, not once, hesitated to donate his time and expertise. The dealership itself, has donated time, cars and drivers to help with COTR. So, I knew I was going to buy my car from Townsend Automotive Demopolis, and I knew I wanted Jonathan to help me navigate the experience. You just cant' go wrong with community minded folks! Many thanks to Jonathan, Cody, and Nate for making this such an easy experience!

I just wanted to rent a car for a couple days in town, and Cody treated me as pleasantly as if I were buying a new BMW. Great place to rent a car, especially since Enterprise has totally skipped town.

Awesome people to work with! They do there best to make there customers happy! I highly recommend Townsend Auto in Demopolis Nate and Cody are The Best . So far a very happy customer!
