Totally got Hosed,Check Engine light is on, After two days there, All they did was Delete the Code, and charged me $600 said it was fixed.Get 50 miles down the road and Guess What Light back onPeople are IDIOTS

Repairs took 2 weeks and lasted 90 miles. They apparently didn't test to see if they actually fixed the problem. The truck completely shut down with the first regen after leaving the shop. Of course it wasn't their fault and we had to pay to tow it back to them. They will not get a second time to rip me off. And their other reviews look like I'm not alone! 2018O'look they've changed their name!!!!!! Update 2021

Friendly customer service and great driver's lounge BUT very incompetent analysis from the service tech!!!! They said the clutch had oil leaking on it is the reason it was slipping. Told me I had an oil leak on my real main seal and broken motor support was trying to estimate repairs at $4600 before taxes charge me to correct their clutch adjustment that was not. Performed correctly on their part the first time. Had to pay $170.00 for that and it still wasn't right. Went the following day to get a second opinion Here is what I had performedClutch inspection still newClutch adjustment re adjusted corrected now it's rightMotor support inspection not broken all are functional.Paying for second opinion and services saved me $4500.00 before taxes

Shout out to these guys. I was on my way from work, it had already been a bad day. I had a flat and pulled over in there drive. when one guy came out and had me pull around to the shop. They changed my flat and had me in assad out in no time. Yes there are still good people in the world. These guys are awesome. Highly recommended..

This place is amazing! The facility is massive, and they have a perfect lounge and shuttle service to the nearest hotel. Great staff and awesome service! Don t get me started on how fair the prices are! I highly recommend to all my friends in the trucking business.

They had to tow my tractor in because of shutting down issues. They got me on the property around 0900. All I heard where I was broke down at that I might as well get ready to be down for at least a couple of days. I sat in the driver's lounge pretty much all day watching Matlock marathon on TV. They finally brought my truck inside to look at it. It took them 4 hours to complete the repairs (some of it was it took my company a minute to authorize the repairs). They had me up and running around 2100. Thank you, I was only down for that one day. Kudos to the gentleman that did the work.

The body shop manager Jordan came right out and wrote everything up quick. And made sure I had a way to the hotel. I was expecting a least a week being down but truck was fixed the very next day. Geat Customer serviceIf I had to grade it would be an A+.Neely Coble Company you to keep Jordan.

Got towed in at lunchtime, was fixed and out by EOB. Found another problem as I was leaving and they hopped right on it and finished it in 5min. Friendly, knowledge folks. It's obvious that it's a very busy place but they do it right. Great place.

They was good at getting parts when I had my freightliner. The body shop does OK work but they take a long time to finish a job. They had my truck 2 1/2 months before it was finished

Without appointment they got me in the shop within an hour and took care of me!!! Back on the road and so happy! Very professional, will recommend.

Everytime I've taken my truck there for repair, it sits atleast a week before anyone even looks at it. We have had trucks there for several weeks for simple repairs.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I arrived after 1800 so they work too busy except for the mechanics in the shop

They lied to you when your truck is going to be done I feel like they overcharge you for work they don't do it took them 6 days to put a seal in the rear end fix to Airlines and put one wire harness on

Long waits, no communication, repairs last till you leave the shop then be ready to go right back for the same thing...

Bring some vaseline if you are getting service done on your semi. They will screw you good.
