Was in there during the week of thanksgiving due to needing a battery installed on my journey. Not only was it the cheapest quote but they got me in and out same day and in less than an hour. Awesome staff, awesome atmosphere, wish I owned a ford and wasn t 700 miles away so I could keep coming back.

We have gotten our vehicle serviced here everytime. Very friendly staff and will shoot you straight and not just try to sell you parts.

I had to wait approx 1.5 hours for an oil change but that was to be expected at 9 a.m. on a Sat. I was comfortable waiting and the service advisor and my tech were extremely courteous.

Fantastic service i highly recommend this place to fix a flat tire. Help me and my girlfriend get back on the road and plugged my tire with amazing customer service! Definitely give them your service if you find yourself with a flat tire in Decatur area!

The entire staff at the Decatur location are awesome, But Brad who works the desk is always very helpful an ensures you fast service.

Called ahead about a repair and came in early the next morning. Staff was friendly and efficient. The manager went the extra mile to get the require part that was not available from his usual sources. I will definitely use this business again.

These guys are great. They are very honest & will help as much as they can. I take my parts in & they put them on for $75! That's a beautiful deal for me!

Poor service. Have young kids working for them and not knowing what their doing. Always saying short handed, who isn't short handed, get out there and help them out. Only thing good going for them is Brad but still not enough to get me to go back to them.

I used this place of business on several vehicles I ve had and 2 weeks ago I took my truck there to get my tires balanced and get an alignment paid around $80 and no receipt. So fast forward to this morning I took my truck to Tire Discounter and they were doing an inspection on my truck come to find out Quick Lane never did the complete alignment and now that s causing inner wear on my tires that I ve barely had a year which I purchased from Quick Lane last February. So I call to speak to the manager got no answer so I left a message. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS if you want you re vehicle well taken care of. I m starting to this these guys aren t true professionals they get your vehicle in and out just so they can get your money.

Walked in asked how long to get oil change, didn t seem very busy and a bay was open. 30 to get you in maybe 1:15 or 1:30 . Okay I said. I moved my other appointment by 1 hour and sat here watching slow workers. 1:30 and truck is t back yet. Got keys. Left. Won t be back. I had a tire that was leaking down and didn't know what was the cause of it but Quick Lane checked the tire and repaired the issue in good time and the fee was nominal. Great customer service and and an awesome staff. I have been a customer in the past and because of their great service and staff I will become a regular customer in the future!!!!

Had a radiator hose replaced here most recently. Have had oil changes, only had one bad experience of a misdiagnosed issue. But this is usually my first stop when I need work on my Ford, and don't have time to wait for an appointment.

This place is the best! Since it has opened I have come here. Fast and easy and the people working always go out of their way for my kids. If my kids (ages 3 & 5) have any questions about cars they answer them and sometimes show them. And they always make sure that cartoons are on. Love this place!

Quick Lane won my business while I was shopping around for a minor repair for my car. They were almost $200 cheaper than minor tire and did an excellent job. I don't go anywhere else now.

This place is amazing, I've been coming here for years and they've only made a mistake once and it was only a wrong part. They often try to work with you in the price and will work with efficiency and speed.

I take my 2017 F-150 in for service every 5000 and its always fast and affordable. I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else.....except maybe "Madison" Quick Lane.

Seemed "slow" for a quick oil change. A customer who came in after us got out ahead of us. People were friendly and such.

Traveling, car broke down. They worked extra hard and fast to get us back on the road. Wonderful, friendly, hard working staff! Car feels like new.
