I have been going here for nearly 20 years. They are always very honest. I got new tires this time and will be going back for a tire rotation, the best service and honest people there.

I purchased full set of tires with vehicle alignment on 7/2021 and with Road Haz/ Flat Repair 3yr. insurance coverage. As of 2023 visit for routine maintenance with tire inspection service for my visit every 3000 miles. I was told by Michael/ Service Mgr. I now needed new tires. My question was what happen with rotation and balancing every 3000 miles services, this was never discussed concerns for prior alignment before now as my tire advisor. Your inspections was trusted to give me proper service on tires as needed. But, now Mike advised me, I needed to save to buy new tires. I consider my business with this company wasn't honored as a customer with routine visits. It's a red flag about selling tires and being advised about other tire maintenance issues wasn't the service advisor concern. Without tire knowledge about maintenance. This OK Tire business wouldn't be good place to spend your hard earned money with.

Would give zero stars if I could. They botched a simple alignment (I had to take it to the dealership to get it done right) and I had an item stolen out of my vehicle. And since this original review got a snarky response from the managerhere s the proof below that they botched the alignment.

I ran in to a tough issue with a cutom truck. The owner of the business Scott really helped me and my son out. Even went to extra step to help. A very good business ran by honest and dedicated owner.

Great store, nice employees, knowledgeable employees. Might take some time to get some things done but I guess when you re a good company you stay busy. Would recommend to anyone.

I am not leaving a one star for the single fact that the people on the desk are polite and friendly, but here are my issues with the place.One is that just 2 days ago I went in to get new tires and had the shop put them on yesterday. Now, when I went in to talk to the people at the desk and ask what they do when they put on the tires. I asked do they put on the tires, do a balance and a alignment and I was told yes. I discussed with the man a few other things and came in to have them put on as I mentioned earlier. Had the new tires put on and balanced but were not aligned. I asked and was told they do not do alignments when you purchase tires. So obviously I was upset. The man who verified that they do the alignment was not working that day and was told that they would get in contact with me tomorrow. They didn't call so I did. He was in and told me that he never did. I'm not going to argue on the phone so I hung up.Now, the second problem I had with this place was a few years ago. Probably with 4 years. What happened was when they reinstalled my tires they almost completely neglected my front passenger tire by not screwing in and tightening my lugs properly and I nearly ended in a wreck after only driving down to 14th street from the shop. All of my lugs came out except one and it was nearly falling off as well.I'd like to believe that the owner is the one looking at these but there really is not a way to know from my side but if you do read this thank you.There isn't really much you can do for my first problem due to it simply being if your workers do not listen more clearly to what I'm saying instead of just going with what I say. The second problem should never happen to anyone and I hope your business never makes that mistake again.

Called day before and was advised by friendly person to be there early! There early, every service person was friendly and personable! Service was quick & clean. Only reason I m giving this review a 2 star is because the upfront manager has the most non friendliest attitude I understand that it is essentially a sales position, but he is the first point of contact and my interaction was not good..don t know if it was because I was a woman or my skin tone when you only have to interface for a few minutes, no reason to not offer exceptional service.

I use these guys when ever I'm in Decatur. They did a great job. Well last time I went just needed air. Well he put 38lbs in my tires. Which was way too much. It caused my tires to wear in the middle. And now I'm out $700 on new tires. My tires weren't even that old. This is what these guys do to single Moms who are already struggling. I will never use this place again. No I did not need new tires. I kept the tires that came off of my car for this reason. I see you haven't taken responsibility for one mistake you have been accused of. I assume y'all are perfect! I will not be removing this review either. And Sir I have used your service twice. Have the day you deserve!

During an ice storm I had to get something done with my car this was the only place open in Decatur Alabama. Very consistent in working in cold I appreciate it

The only place we trust to take care of our vehicles. Oil change, tires, & any other issues, OK Tire is trustworthy & they perform quality work. We followed Steve to OK Tire because he is an excellent mechanic & found that the other mechanics are also exceptional. John & Michael are my favorites in the office!OK Tire is more than OK! I trust OK Tire more than any other car repair service. I would not go anywhere else. Steve did an amazing job of replacing g a heater core. He also kept me informed thru the whole process.

Purchased a new tire. My wife brought wheel and tire but after I put it on the car it was not balanced. Brought the car in, the guys balanced both fronts and didn't charge a dime. Michael was very polite and provided great customer service....Mater from Thompson

I feel like OK Tire is honest with us when we take our cars to them for service. I don't feel like we are being sold services and/or parts or tires that we do not need (which is what how we felt at other auto service/repair locations). They are efficient and friendly and I trust them and the work they perform.

Took my car for an alignment and dropped it off because they said it would take a couple hours. I had someone come get me and less than 30 minutes after they called to tell me it was ready I went to pick my car up. Once I had a chance to look at my car there was a big dent above my back driver side tire that WAS NOT there before it was dropped off. I called them to tell them what I noticed and they told me to bring it back so they could take a look. After he took some pictures he said he would get with the owner and see what they could do. I took it BACK up there and dropped it off like they asked with the hopes of something being resolved just for them to tell me it was not their responsibility. They investigated which means they went by the mechanics word over mine because they don t have cameras which blows my mind as many cars come and go throughout the day. Don t take your car here unless you re prepared to pay for service and body work. They weren t helpful in any way and made me waste two trips up there. Let me add I live over 35 minutes away. More of an inconvenience than helpful

Called yesterday and had to order 2 tires for my sons vehicle. Tires arrived today as was told. Brought in with ease. Upfront pricing, no hassle. Michael was great and made my experience very easy. Definitely would recommend. Thank everyone especially Michael again.

Great service helped my wife out with out taking advantage of her. She got a great deal for our Audi A4. Now it s safe and back to driving like the sport Sedan car it is. Great Job Ok Tires

I had to drop my truck off the have the air conditioner fixed the other day took them about two hours to fix it. It was not simply a charging issue as well, it was a electronics issue it control module. I had already bought the parts for them to install and replace for them on my own. But the over all work they did looks great I can't tell they removed or taken apart anything during the work.

Wow. Truly a great place to take your vehicle. I needed an inspection on a car I wanted to buy. I watched the inspection, it was thorough. They showed me on the car everything they found. They didn't try to pressure any sales or repairs, just helped me with honest information. Completely with the price for the peace of mind I left with. Highly recommend.

Amazed by their service and honesty. Driving down from Iowa to Florida to see some family and suddenly my dashboard lights up like a Christmas tree. Pulled into Autozone to get a code read, and they recommended getting a thorough reading down the street at OK Tire & Service and I am so grateful we did. Even though they were busy, they worked us in right away. Steve (mechanic) went above and beyond our expectations to diagnose and correct our problem, and quickly got us back on the road, AND it was less expensive than what we were quoted. On the wall in the waiting area it says that they won t do work without your permission, and they won t tell you that you need some repair when you don t, and it is absolutely true. We were so happy to find ethical, honest, hardworking mechanics.

I am truly grateful of their service and ability to fit me in when I need help with my vehicle. I always try to call and ask ahead of time for availability and they rarely tell me no. They've been professional and helpful with the AC Recharge service that I've had to use twice due to errors we had done to the car.COVID-19 Review: Most of the employees do NOT wear masks, either inside or in the bays. Chairs in the waiting room are spread out (only 6 chairs surrounding the TV) but there are 2 benches outside facing opposite each other. Hand sanitizer is usually there, but I failed to see it today except for a spray bottle.

This is the best place I have ever went to for car service. I am female a lot of time people abuse the fact that I am not knowledgeable about cars. This place is fast, nice and helpful and cheaper than most. I would recommend them all day and night. thanks OK tire for being so wonderful. I would give 10 stars if I could.

They actually called me after seeing my email concerning the days and times I could come to set up appointment,which ended up being on a Saturday. Originally went for alignment but ended up having more work done. Left my car but they called to keep me informed. Attempted to work with me despite my limited budget I had to spend.

My recent business at OK Tire reminded me again why I keep coming back. Michael got me the right tire (I love the Michelins) at the right price and had me in and out in almost under an hour. If you are looking for tires, or need any type of service, look no further.Randy Corn

Have had brakes put on here in past and was happy with the Saturday service. However, just had new struts with a level kit wanting to have them install. Technician said it would not work. Come to find out he was just being lazy and did not want to put in the work towards the end of the day to ensure I was taken care of. I took the truck home and spoke to the manufacturer of the leveling/lift kit. Low and behold after a few hours I was able to install all of this myself with my son. This guy was either too lazy to do it or had no idea what he was doing. Watch out if you are there towards end of the day, may not do good quality work.
