Who I trust with my cars & truck needs. Solid friendly staff who I highly recommend! 5 's waiting areas nice, spacious. Everytime I get tires rotated, balanced, etc - great experience.

had six tires put on my Dooley and I ask for tire balance and paid for that service but they did not get it thought these folks is more professional than that

I went here on the recommendation of another and was satisfied with the service and the price. Nice area to wait and a couple restaurants withing walking distance. They were full up on the lifts but My wait wasn't long at all. Went to the BBQ restaurant for about 30 min and My car was almost done when I came back. Big thumbs up. I will continue to go there in the future.

I had to replace a tire very suddenly. They were able to get it ordered and delivered the next day. The price was great and the employees were very down to earth and friendly. I ll be back to replace the other tires!

Katherine is phenomenal. I barely made it in before closing, and she made it work. They have always had great service, excellent prices, and continue to earn my repeat business. Highly reccomend!!

Yall just dont understand how great of a business this is. My mom had called to speak with the owner about her account..nothing major..she noticed my mom didnt sound normal and rushed over to h�r. Mom had suddenly gotten sick. Katherine called the ambulance for her and then called me. This has been some years ago but ill always remember that. It has been 20 plus years dealing with them. They are a great place. Low priced tires and great service

We had a trailer loaded with furniture and were just on the bridge to go over the river when one of the tires on the trailer shredded. We called McClary and they recommended a towing company (Branum) and got us back on the road fast, friendly service and a fair price. Thank you!

Terrible Customer ServiceI brought my truck here to for an alignment, balance, and to have a tire plugged. After leaving, the alignment was worse than before I brought the truck in. I returned several days later to have them redo the alignment to which they had no problem doing but still didn't completely fix. A few days later, I found a balance weight that had fallen off one of my wheels. I went back again for them to redo the balance on all four tires. A couple weeks later, I attempted to remove one of my wheels and found that several of the lug nuts were cross threaded and had not been prior to taking my truck to McClary. When the technician tried to remove the wheel, two studs broke off and another had to be cut off. I was respectful to both the technician and the salesman and just asked that they correct their mistakes. However, the salesman falsely accused me of yelling at him and being a "dick" to him previously and became extremely agitated when I asked him for a receipt documenting all work performed on my truck. The mechanics here are sloppy and rush through jobs for no apparent reason and the salesman at the front desk is completely irrational and obscene. I came here to support local business but often get better quality and service from corporate service centers.

Chad and the team members at McClary Tire in Decatur take great care of me and my vehicles! I use them for all of my automotive needs including tires, oil changes, brakes etc...and they are very professional, prompt and affordably priced!

Got an alignment here on October 31 2020. Fast forward to November 27 2020 i had the alignment checked at Minor Tire while I was getting an oil change and their report says that the car is still not in alignment. Took the car back to Mcclary and the service manager says"They're just trying to sell you an alignment" and refused to do anything to correct the problem Won't be back to this business and i would advise others seeking an alignment to avoid this place

Had to get a tire fixed the other day, and decided to go with McClary based on the Google reviews. They recommended a tow company, got it down there, didn't have the right tire size, but brought it from their Athens store, put it on, and rotated my other two tires as well. Took about 3 hours out of the day, but probably as good as can be expected. All in all, good service. They also have a nice waiting area, desk for working, outlets to plug into, Wi-Fi connection, TV area with magazines, and lots of toys for the kids too.

Quick service. Called ahead and asked about tow truck dropping off me and my vehicle. Had a bay open for my truck when I got there and changed out my 2 tires in no time.

The service is great. Customer service seems to a service that is a thing of the past. But at McClary tire the personal cares and service is fast and dependable.

Guys are a rip off. Quoted me a price of 130.00 per tire. After they installed them the price doubled. 470.00 for two tires. Go somewhere else....
