Good people and helpful staff, Drove to there from Atlanta and picked my car, when I got there my sales representative Rusty ,prepared everything and answered all questions. The Finance person was extremely friendly and patient with me. I found few things once i left dealership but they weren t that important to let them know. Honest Ford people on sell department. Thank you

*Update* 4 Mar 2024The team at Lynn Layton Ford and I were able to come to an agreement that worked best for both parties. I thank them for their cooperation and willingness to do right by their customers.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Purchased a used Subaru WRX and negotiating was a little difficult to get my point across from salesperson to sales-manager. Its like playing telephone where the message sometimes gets muddy along the way. In the end we agreed on a price but the vehicle provided was unsafe with poor alignment, busted hub assemblies, and needed newer tires. The negotiated savings, were a wash and more. I took them for their word that the vehicle was decent, test drive didn't scream out any issues until after taking receipt of the car.Disappointed because I purchased a 2023 Explorer ST the month prior and it was a wonderful experience. I get it its an AS-IS used vehicle. But cant wrap my head around how that a vehicle with those issues can be sold in good consciousness, especially at near new pricing.

My experience with this dealership is by the best I have ever had. I dealt with salesman Mr Ryan Elliot and he went above and beyond taking care of me and getting me into my truck. I highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Daniel was an amazing sales associate! We got there around 3:30 and looked at 4 different cars, and he ended up having to stay late for us with no complaints. Daniel was personable, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us at all. He gave us room and space to discuss alone and make decisions. And he performed magic while we waited for documents to be printed & signed, so we were not bored while waiting! it was a seamless process and we were very well taken care of.

This is the second truck I have purchased from Lynn Layton and as always the experience has been great. I would suggest anyone looking for a truck to give Daniel Tousey a call. He continues to make the process so easy and that is the reason I continue to go back.

I purchased a car recently from Rusty. They gave me a pretty good deal considering the current market value on used cars. However, less than 24 hours of having the car, the fuse box on the battery went out and I was stranded at work. Weird coincidence I suppose, but very stressful nonetheless. I called Rusty in a panic, and he and Lynn Layton were very quick to take care of me. They had a tow truck bring me a loaner vehicle, and had my car taken to the Lynn Layton Nissan dealership. They had to order the part and I was without my new car through the weekend, but i will say they were quick to diagnose and repair the problem at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend Lynn Layton. No matter how much you look at a car before purchasing, there s no way to predict something like that. I might say the cars should be serviced more fully before sale to be extra cautious. Besides the hiccup, the car is in excellent shape! Rusty was great at highlighting the features during the test drive, and worked with me on price to earn my business! Go see him! Thank y all!

Kerri was absolutely great. He was knowledgeable, patient and provided the facts that helped me make a decision.The gentleman that help me with my financing was also knowledgeable and friendly. He made the experience a very positive one.I really appreciated being treated well. Lynn Layton was my 5th dealership to visit. Being an older female, 4 of the five I was treated like I was stupid and I would believe whatever I was told. Lynn Layton Ford was the only dealership where I had a positive experience, and I very much appreciate it. In return you have gained my loyalty.I will be a returning customer.

I highly recommend Lynn Layton Ford for your next vehicle purchase. They are sincere and extremely considerate. My salesman was Lou and he shot it straight from the get go. I didn't see a lot of hope with how my year has been but to be able to know I have a new and dependable vehicle, I can relax just a smidge more. Thank you for all you guys did.

Do not take your vehicle here for service. Brought Expedition Max in for A/C issue. Had it 6 business days and hadn t even looked at it. Service Manager did not return any calls. Went to pick it up and three guys standing around service desk talking. Not one returning calls. No excuse.

Terrible customer service in the service department. Scheduled for my brand new Ford to be serviced and wished to use my Ford reward points. When my husband told the attendant I wanted to use my rewards he told my husband that he wasn't going to honor them. So I took my vehicle back to the Ford location where I purchased and they honored my rewards with no problem.

In their body shop three times. Really, is that the best you can do????*Update*: Lynn Layton owner replied to my posting a second time (See below) inviting me to contact the Lynn Layton to seek a solution. I called two times, left messages, and no one returned my call. I guess it looked good on this posting.Original Posting:Three attempts to get the paint right and with each attempt, the color match and texture was worse than each of the previous attempts. Click on the photo for a better view. Lynn Layton calls this an acceptable paint match on a new vehicle.

Absolutely a five star experience. Our associate, Trenton, was the pinnacle of what you hope to find and experience during a new car purchase. He was attentive, caring, patient, and absolutely not pushy. He only wanted whatever I wanted, and was a total customer advocate through the entire process. Absolutely fantastic! Ryan helped us find the right pick up for us. Went just to look and ended up driving off with a wonderful used Ford F150. Jack in finance goes above and beyond. Got me a good rate and financing. Called me next morning and said he found a better deal. Helped me secure that. Never in all my purchases of vehicles has this been done for me, (and I'm in my 60s). Also treated me so well.Usually, being a woman, I am barely spoken to, they talk to my hubby. Here everyone kept making sure my questions were answered. When I or anyone in my family needs a vehicle, this is where we are going. Their website wasn't user friendly for me. Glad I decided to go to the dealership. If you are shopping for a vehicle, this is the place to go.

I ordered my 2019 Mustang Bullitt back in the spring. My salesman, Marty Steelman, was extremely friendly and low pressure. When the car arrived I went down to see it. The car was everything I had hoped it would be. I traded in my 2015 F150 and they gave me a great deal on my trade. Mr. Steelman took care of me during the entire process and was able to get my monthly payments to something I could afford. I HIGHLY recommend Marty Steelman and Lynn Layton Ford if you are interested in a new or used vehicle!

We ordered a Bronco and it took 65 days to arrive at the dealership. That s a pretty impressive time given the current conditions of the supply chain and economy. Lynn Layton Ford was very easy to work with and they honored the agreed upon price which ended up being less than the MSRP of the vehicle when delivered.

We had a good sales person. Slight mixup with an airfilter, which was fixed quickly (within a few hours), we flew in to buy a truck, it is just as promised (minus the backwards air filter now fixed)Owner below must not have realized I bought a F250 Superduty off the lot... Your mechanics that check over used vehicles need to do a better job. I am very pleased with my truck, and I had a great experience with your sales men and finance guy. IDK if we will be back for service, its a bit of a drive.. but we appreciate Lynn Layton for getting us our dream truck !!

Daniel met us at the door as he was expecting us. Mike C. at Lynn L Chevrolet had contacted Daniel letting him know we were coming to look at some new F150 s. I have bought from Mike in the past and I have great respect for and trust him. So when I met Daniel, we knew the trust would be built with him also.Daniel made the buying process very smooth without a bunch of hassle. Got to know Daniel on a more personal basis as we were waiting our turn to sign all the paperwork. He took the time to get to know us and our wants and needs in a truck and that is very important for a salesperson. I will recommend him to others when in the market for a vehicle.
