Gale and Joey are fantastic! Another collision center told me they could not get replacement parts for my 20 year-old car which had been hit by another vehicle. Greers transported my car to their shop, acquired and installed all the parts, made all necessary repairs and repainting. And they coordinated everything regarding my claim with the other party's insurance company. My car looks amazing...as good as new! And they accomplished all this despite supply chain challenges! Having someone hit your vehicle is bad enough but knowing that the vehicle will be fixed with quality and professionalism helps the hurt They did great work on my vehicle and treated me with kindness as they worked their way through supply chain issues as my vehicle needed a lot of parts. I want to let everyone I know about the amazing service we received from Greers. They handled every aspect of repairing my son's car. They dealt directly with the insurance company so I didnt have to.It truly was a relief to not deal with the insurance company. Greers actually maximized the benefit from the insurance company because they know what the vehicle needed. The quality of the repairs were obviously done by professionals!You guys were great!!! Greer s has an Amazing group of people working there. They do extremely high quality work and back it with a warranty. They have worked on my SUV twice now and each time it looked as if it rolled off of the showroom floor. They deal directly with the insurance company. They make sure all repairs are done and if more come up they find along the way. They will fix them all to make sure your vehicle is back on the road and safe.

Zac is awesome! My vehicle looks so good now, I don't want to add my previous accessories back on it.Time is valuable, and my repairs were complete in the time that Joey quoted. Great place, great family and my family has taken their cars here my entire life. Joey and Gale genuinely car about people in their time of worry after their vehicle has been wrecked. If I wrecked my truck in Alaska I would have it shipped to them they are that good.

This is hands down the body shop you want to take your vehicle! They were awesome to help me through the insurance portion, explaining the process, which was needed, as the insurance companies are "too busy" these days :( They were so helpful and patient, even when I had to run by there numerous times. I will never call anyone else for my towing needs or auto body repair. The entire family/ staff were excellent and to me above and beyond exceptional for customer service. Zac towed my daughters car and gave a quote via email for my Camry's bumper. He worked with my hours. Everyone was so pleasant. Made my whole experience so much less stressful. Thanks GREERS!!!

Greers did an outstanding job on my vehicle. Back in September a gentleman rear ended me and unfortunately caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. I used Greer's for a bumper accident. I must say they went above and beyond the call of duty. I'm Lamontphaatkey on FacebookMr Joey was very polite and treated me like he had known me for years, I have had a previous vehicle repaired by this establishment and I was very happy with the work then as I am with the work they did this time. If your in the Decatur, Huntsville, well Morgan, Limestone or Lawrence counties you need to have your vehicle body damaged repaired by these folks, they are good people and take good care of you and your vehicle. If it were more than a five star I would give it to them. Thanks Greer Frame & Body repair for excellent work.

My mother's door got smashed in and the replaced the door and painted it. Looks great, like new and got it done in record timeing. When we called they're were always polite and friendly and kept us posted. I would definitely recommend them.

Greer's Frame & Body Repair is the place to go. They pay great attention to detail and do fantastic work. They are honest and upfront with everything. They always greet you with a smile and provide excellent service. I've been using them for years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

When it comes to honesty, professionalism, kindness, fairness, and getting your automobile done in a timely manner, I have to rate these guys with at least a ten. And just speaking from personal experience dealing with Zac and his father. I can honestly say that Greer's Frame & Body Repair, is definitely the business where they take pride and respect in what they do. Especially when it comes down to you and your vehicle.

Look, if you want quality work done, by people who actually care about you and will listen to what you say about your vehicle, don't waste your time going anywhere else. Literally this is like working with family who loves you! They care and they won't stop till it's right. Never annoyed by questions, very informative, just the best by far! They don't have the awards they have for no reason!

Greers did an amazing on my wife's I would recommend them to anyone. Zac picked her car up from a tow yard and carried right to the shop and in just a couple fast days the car was ready and good as new!

I would highly recommend using Greers Frame & Body Repair! I had a head light replaced on my 2013 Hyundai Veloster. Unlike the dealership, GREERS' staff made it all an incredibly fast, efficient process and everyone was very nice!

When one of our company trucks was involved in an accident I had no clue where to go as I am new to the Decatur area. When I called to see about getting our truck in they were very helpful and courteous. And the best part was our truck looked like new when we got it back.
