They are centrally located on Hwy 24, you can't miss them. The staff was friendly and very helpful, they are a Christian base company that treats everyone fair and square. As far as I'm concerned they are the BEST place to go if you need any kind of front-end and brake etc. #1

As a repeated customer I can proudly say that these people do honest and great work! They are very personable and friendly and never make you feel like a number. No matter the issue, I can rely on quality work from Cagle. Scott is wonderful and is always sure to give you the best deal.

I am VERY Dissatisfied!I Honestly HATE that I hate to leave a 1 Star!!!Dear Business: Please, Do NOT say that you will do what you say, and then don't! Then when a customer comes back several times in one day, because the vehicle isn't Right... You decided to CHARGE an extra alignment, Plus some! Seriously!!! Then to top it off, you pretty much say that ALL BODY MEN, Don't know what they are doing!I hope and pray that most of Decatur finds somewhere else to go!

Used this place 20 years ago and as recently as today. I can say that not mich has changed in those 20 yrs. They're still hospitable/kind, knowledgeable, and definitely affordable. I'd recommend them to everyone. (*had to add that I was deceived about the price. It's $20 to get your vehicle looked at and that is supposed to apply to your bill if you decide to use them. THEY DID NOT APPLY IT. Instead I was given some yarn about getting the wotk done the same day it was inspected for that to apply. The previous employee said nofhing about a time constraint and i felt it should've been honored*)

Charged the body shop that repaired my car for a four wheel alignment and when I picked it up it was pulling to the left. Then they told me a tire was turned in at the top. I told them I wanted that fixed. After fixing it I was charged for that and another four wheel alignment. Straight up thieves!!

The customer service sucks. They called me at 1pm and said i could come get my tires put on i arrived 15 minutes later then they told me they can t do them today. 20 minutes later after i left there shop they called asking if i still wanted to get tires put on.

Dropped my car off to get some front end work done and they had it ready the very next day and saved me over $100 on parts and labor. Very professional and friendly. They will definitely get my business again if I ever have any more front end or tire needs!

Cagle's has always been honest and upfront with pricing on repairs for all of my vehicles. Once you give these guys a try, you will always come back for anything else you need. I am amazed at what all they can repair in short notice!

Don't go there paid for front end work and still didn't fix my problem. My car neededa lot more parts which they should have told me before doing an alignment.

I took my car to get a front in alignment at 7:30 opening time and my car is not ready today until 3 o clock if you want customer service do not go to Cagle s Alignment in Decatur,AL
