I'm at C & G right now. The employee will not allow me to speak to the owner/manager. I came back after they plugged my tire because now I can't drive over 50 miles an hour or my tire vibrates. He finally did take the tire and look at it. It's worn on the inside where you can't see it. I'm looking for a tire now because you're out of stock for my tire. Please explain to your employees they shouldn't get upset and rude when a customer asks a question about their vehicle. I've always had a good experience here but not this time.

I always go here for my tires! I love these guys the best tire station in Decatur! They are quick and Good! That s what MATTERS- not to mention they are about the cheapest I ve found also- no lie! GREAT WAY TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS GUYS!!!

Both employees were honest and helpful, tire was 45$+tax the entire interaction was not more than 12-15 minutes. Absolutely satisfied. Got me back on the road immediately. Shout out to HAUL IT ALL TOWING Gavin,for the heads up.

Excellent quick service. They were the only shop that had what I needed. After looking in 3 different counties to no avail. Got above average good used tires mount and balance for a great price. You guys are awesome. Thank you.

Been doing business with these guys for 4 consecutive years! Friendly! Fast! If there's a problem they are quick to fix! In 4 years only received two slow leak tires that they replaced with no questions asked!

Patched my tire that had a nail in it less than 5 minutes for 10 bucks. Quick and cheap. Minor tire down the road was an hour wait.

I have always gotten great service from them and good used tires. Today had to get 2 used tires for my stepson and only took about 20 minutes and tires almost look. I truly recommend C&G Tires to anyone specially someone on a tight budget.

C&G was great! I ran in on my lunch break, needed to, drop my tire rim off and buy a used tire. They had a used tire that i needed at a very reasonable price. I was able to pay for the tire., return to work, picking up the tire after i got off work. They stay open till 6. Another great reason I chose C&G. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! They also have a mechanic to work on vehicles! New tires! And a great location! Thanks C&G tires! Job well done!

Pulled in to qoute putting on 4 news tires I order online and was blown away when they told me it was only going to cost me $65 which is way cheaper then any of the other shops in decatur so I agree to let them mount and balance my 4 tires. Not only did they get me in a bay in under 5 mins but there was 4 guys with 4 Jack's ready to lift my car and change all four tires in just 20 mins. I was just a walk up with no appointment definitely recommend this place! I never seen a shop take action like this place before. felt like a nascar in the pit - in and out.

I would recommend c&g used tires for anyone who is looking for good tires, cheap prices, fast and courteous service. Also very flexible with working with you. My husband had to work late and I called them and he had no problem staying there a little later just to be helpful.

Had a tire about to blow and NO ONE in town had the tire except here. Jose was awesome to deal with, very respectful and professional, and stopped what he was working on to help us. I highly recommend Jose and his crew. I will be back.

I had a blown tire the guys checked the tire out and replaced immediately!! Their service is fast and super friendly!!! I highly recommend!! I was back on the road literally in 10 minutes!!

If there was any way to put ZERO stars I would. I took my challenger to these idiots to have a tire replaced. They failed to put my hub cap back on, so i returned with my receipt the following day. I was told by the manager that he didn't have my cap, and he was not responsible for any of my property. He also said he has no idea who the owner is, or who is boss is. DO NOT do business with these people. This is the second BAD experience I've had with these people.
