To be clear, the website for payment is very tricky on purpose. I made sure to log in from my computer, took a screenshot that show me removing my credit card off the account and opted out of reoccurring payments. Again, magically my credit card was used again without my consent. Not sure if anyone else experienced this, however I will forward to BBB and attorney general office as well.

I loved Storage Sense in Huntsville Al but the unit we have in Millbrook, Alabama is not as good simply because there is not a trash bin for tenants to use to clean out their units. If they had a trash bin it would be great. Other than that they are good.

It was easy to find. But make sure to bring your own padlock. They gave a gate password and there is no gate. The place was clean and ready.
