I would give 0 star if I could. Came here to replace 2 front tires. It took almost two hours. Later I realize they assembled the hubcap on the wrong position, I had to go back to re-do it. Because I couldn't inflate the tire if needed. Than 3 days later, when I took the highway, the car started shaking, they performed the balance of the wheels wrongly... I could have done better work at my garage, and I have NO experience with that! 3 visits to have the easiest service done, and counting...

Can't complain... Walked in with my old battery as a core and walked out with new battery purchase in less than five minutes. Was not that busy on a Saturday afternoon.

The customer service at the counter was great but when it comes to professionalism in the garage, it's not there, they take their time and stand around even when your vehicle is done. I could have been paid and on my way almost an hour before they brought my keys in, the work ethic of the mechanics are McDonald's crew value at best and it would be the slowest McDonald's in town that serves cold food.Service: Tires

3 and a half hours for a oil change with 2 cars in front of me and one was getting a headlight bulb replaced. Nobody to work the automotive register. Customers just leaving because of nobody helping them. This is constantly how it is with this automotive center. It might be time to pay more money so you can properly staff the department or just close it down. I even called the store from my phone and asked if they would send someone to work the register. The lady said there is no one and hung up on me.Service: Oil change

After having a horrible experience with the Bay Minette Walmart Auto Center I called this location. The sweetest lady answered and assured me they could replace my tires once I arrived. I drove 40 minutes and was greeted by two very nice, professional men. They checked my tires and showed me the problems. They VERY quickly had my tires replaced and me ready to go. I am so beyond grateful for this location tonight. My tires were emergency level bad and they quickly fixed it and got me on my way safely. I definitely recommend visiting this location and will gladly drive there for all my tire needs.Service: Tires

Drove up at 6 pm and they close at 7 and I needed ONE tire put on my truck and they told me they aren t taking any more cars today because they had one car to put tires on. Told me to be safe driving and that s all they could do. Called them back to talk to a manager and they told me to come back that they would take care of it after I was already back at my house in Spanish fort. Ridiculous to close at 7 pm and be so understaffed you can t take a single tire change when I was the only car in the parking lot.

I went in for a flat repair. I had my spare on the car but they wouldn't even look at my tore unless I agreed to buy a tire IF they deemed it not repairable. I wouldn't agree do they put the flat tire back in my trunk. The next day I went to Matt Bowers Nissan. They repaired my tire AND washed my car.. no charge... maybe Walmart should call Matt Bowers Nissan for customer service instructions. Since this was my 2nd bad experience in less than a week I went home and CANCELED WALMART +. I wish 0 stars were an option

Competitive pricing, however, the wait time is above average. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and I was 2nd in line as soon as they opened. I also specifically asked for the chassis lubrication before anything was done. After I got my keys back I asked if it was done and the answer was no.I dont think I will be returning.

The employees are always courteous and helpful. But I don t appreciate some of the billing policies.Today when I received the bill for an oil change it seemed higher than usual. It showed a charge for the oil filter. I asked isn t the oil filter included in the $49 oil change charge? The answer was well we didn t have the store brand filter in stock so we had to use a higher priced filter . No one ever told me they didn t have the normally used filter even though I was sitting there waiting.I don t believe that a customer should be given an up charge without notification.Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice nope, I am not going back!!!

Got my car in really quickly and the prices for Oil changes were pretty reasonable with one special running $20.00 for the oil and filter change. The auto center is located on the back right side of the Walmart behind the garden center. I guess the real positive is that while you wait on your vehicle you can go in to the Walmart and get some of your shopping done so kill two birds with one stone. Other prices were 29.00 and 39.00 for Oil changes.

Came for an oil change and tire rotation. Came to check out 2 hours later just to find out they haven t even touched my car. I have my disabled mother and 4 year old who has a bowel problem. If they would ve told me it would be 2 hours until they touch it then another hour to work on it I d have NEVER checked it in!!!! AWFUL SERVICE!!Service: Oil change

When I call I hear "hold" and no one comes back. Waited 10 mins. Called again and was told the same thing. Now im on hold 20 mins and counting. Great service!

Had new tires put on and got an oil change while I was there. Driving home, car starts making strange sounds and I can smell what I thought was gas. Pull over to find the oil cap missing and the oil dipstick pulled out and oil sprayed all over everything under the hood. Car is now at a legitimate mechanic seeing just how much damage was done to the engine.

This auto service is currently understaffed. There is not enough supervision. It could take longer than usual to get your car fixed but The mechanics work hard and can get your car running well.

It was one of the worst experience I ever had they broke loves off of my tires which resulted in my car breaking down on side of the road it got towed impounded Loxley police had to pay for impound plus Towing I will never have my car worked on there again

Very slow service, never fix anything just wants to sale you something new. Plan to wait hours before they ever touch your car. Under staffed big time

Snobby! On a moving trip from Ohio and I'm exhausted. Car is still unpacked with a flat. Go to Walmart to get 2 new and get to hear the heavy set gentleman make rude comments.
