We took our Honda Passport in for an oil change. Arrived and it was taken in at 10:08 for a 10:00 appointment. After receiving a text from service advisor Jonathan Cutler. Heard nothing for an hour and a half. We sent him a text. No reply. After two hours, I asked about the vehicle. It took a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change and they also rotated the tires which was never requested.Awful experience

Mark Gartman was extremely professional and knowledgeable!! Me being a 20yr Retired Navy Corpsman i have some issues with PTSD, he made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He took time to explain everything to me in detail! The customer service at this dealership is second to none. Thank you for supporting veterans and their families!

Service Dept - Please read before you spend money.Let me tell you about the two times I gave your department a chance. The first time I brought my 06 Ridgeline in because the battery light was on, they said it was the cables and replaced them. The next day the battery light was still on and the dashboard lights would go out but driving was ok. I went back and they said they "thought" it was the cable but must be the alternator, the print out said the alternator was good. The rep actually told me the print out was wrong...come on. I did not trust them and found out it was just a ground cable. Wasted $500 on battery cables. I wanted to give Honda another chance as I have always used them in the past when I lived in CO. I took my 2014 Acura RDX there a couple weeks ago because the emission light came on and car started slowing down. Honda said piston rings were bad and it would be 4k to fix, but they offered to buy it for 10k. I wanted a second opinion and the service rep got mad and stated i was wasting my money towing my car to a local shop. The local shop not only said the piston rings were fine, but the emission light was from a lack of oil. He changed the oil, spark plugs, and rear diff fluid and now car runs great. Now i know why Honda was quick to offer 10k for my 2014 Acura RDX with 79k miles.

Bought a used vehicle from there already had my own approval but they told me if I let them do the financing I would get a discount,Same bank same approval that what I was told,Went in to do my paperwork and was told that my first payment would be August which the credit union also told me that same exact thing,Well surprise to get a statement in the mail sayings first payment isthis month,Called and also went by to speak to the financial person which I was told he was busy if I wanted to wait that he had a customer, looking inside I notice no customer but an employee and mgr,So I waited 45 mins and noticed everyone had left the office with me just sitting there,Can someone explain to me what the hell is going on I have had multiple people hound me when I was trying to buy the vehicle now no one want to explain to me what the...... Is going on.

I arrived a little early and had another appointment scheduled after my oil change. There was a storm approaching and so Tommy put 2 people on it. They had me out 8 min after my appointment. That's a high level of customer service that creates loyalty. Thank you!!

With guidance from the Service Advisor Lesley and Blain the Tech, they made the 120,000 major repair on my 2014 Ridgeline a breeze !I would definitely recommend this dealership as both provided me with courteous, prompt and professional service.

My wife and I bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze from this dealership for our son. By the time we got it home, it had overheated and had no coolant. For the next few months, we had the vehicle towed back to the dealership a few times. Each time, we were told "It's all fixed". Each time the coolant still leaked out. We were told that they would not do anyting else to the vehicle. Shortly after, the car completely stopped working. We had it towed to a different mechanic and they found tht the car had a cracked head and the coolant was leaking into the engine, mixing with the oil. This of course caused other issues. So now we have a car sitting in our driveway that we paid $8000 for that we owe $6000 on and needs $4000+ in repairs. Never purchase a used vehicle from this dealership.
