Best financing around! Very friendly and helpful staff. The establishment is clean. I ve purchased three vehicles from them and every time has been a seamless process. I ve never had a pushy sales person. They are quick to make any issues right.

I must say my experience was very pleasing. Tracy Jones was very professional, she took care of me like family. I lives out of city/state and she made sure I had everything I needed. My key fob was giving me problems and she corresponded with a dealership in my city to take care of the problem. A new key fob was purchased and programmed with no expenses for me, Tameron took care of the cost. Tracy is so professional and I thank her for her kindness.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this dealership. I was in communication about coming to buy a car on a Saturday. I was told to speak with Tommy when I arrived. I asked to speak with Tommy and was met with Jay instead. I was told the car I was coming to buy had been sold. I was never asked if I wanted to put down a deposit before I could get there. There was nothing they were willing to do to accommodate me. I was able to drive further down the road to purchase the same car and had a great experience at another dealership.

Got a call from this dealership from Ty marcil offering to buy my car from me. He told me the dealership was very interested in having my car and told me that Kelly blue book was offering was to little on the car and that they could do better. He then asked how much I wanted I told him I owed 8,000 on the car he said they could definitely do that and more. Set me up an appointment Tuesday. I go Tuesday and talk to the guy who walked out about the call. He acted like he didn t know who Ty was then proceeded to only offer me the Kelly blue book offer. Even though I told Ty on the phone I couldn t sell the car for that price. I told the guy who was making the offer about the call and told him I was confused because I came up here under a whole different impression and got told well I m sorry you got told that but I can t do that. Don t trust anyone on the phone from this dealership.

Dillon Spencer was absolutely amazing to work with! Extremely polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the car buying process much easier and was pleasant to be around! He listened to our requests, wasn t pushy and even stayed late to make sure we were taken care of! My Mother In Law is beyond thrilled with her purchase. Go to Honda and ask for him! A month after I pay cash and trade my vehicle at Tameron Honda Eastern Shore, Daphne I receive a credit reject letter dated 14 Feb! Weird! I never applied for credit! I PAID CASH!!It is really cruel and dishonest to report negative credit information to the 3 credit reporting agencies when I just paid cash for a vehicle from you!! What is up with that? I demand some answers and correction to all 3 credit reporting agencies! I never applied for credit! And you would be a fool not to give me credit. I have excellent credit!

Hunter was an excellent salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. He really worked with our budget needs. He introduced us to service and helped us connect our phone and spent 15 minutes with us after the deal was done to explain the vehicle settings and features. I will definitely ask for him when I purchase another vehicle. Best sales experience we've had.

I always get great service everytime I bring my car in for maintenance. Andrew made sure I was informed as to what was needed at this service appointment and what I wanted as well. He also informed me with future maintenance repairs.

I called and talked to the new car manager. I explained to him that I was active duty military, flying home to visit family, and planned to buy a vehicle while I am there so that I can drive back. I explained that with every vehicle I have purchased, I have filed a military affidavit with Florida that does not require taxes to be collected so long as the vehicle wont be kept in Florida for the first year. He insisted that there is no such thing. When I asked him what would happen with the taxes that shouldn't have been paid he replied with "that isn't my problem". He also said that I sounded crazy for wanting to buy a car while I am home vs buying at my current duty station where vehicle costs are higher. Every dealership here knows all about Florida's affidavit, but this guy didn't even offer to look at it on Florida's website. He also spoke for every dealership in Alabama saying every dealership would collect taxes even when Florida shows they shouldn't. After speaking with him, I called another dealership in Alabama and they knew exactly what I was talking about and said the sales manager must be new to military affidavits (that many states have). I'll be purchasing from them. He was incredibly rude and too lazy to do 5 minutes of research, which led to him losing the sale of a $50K SUV. Do better.

Good experience buying a vehicle here. Tanner was awesome, and so was the rest of the staff I spoke with. Told them I wasn't feeling too good, and wanted to be in and out quick and they didn't waste no time. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back one day for one of those Civics!

Everyone was great and easy to deal with. I hate they lowered what they were giving us on trade in after the first guy we were working with had to leave. Other than that it was a great 4 hour experience. Everyone was nice and we got a better deal by driving a little further.

My salesman, Jay Donkel, and Tameron Honda never fail to give me a good trade-in price for my old car and a great purchase price for my new car. The purchase experience is pleasant with no pressure, hard sell and very little haggling back and forth. Highly recommend this dealership!

My husband and I were told to be there by 6:30 last week during a weekend. We showed and had to wait for well over 40 minutes. We were assured everything would be taken care of. It wasn't. Candice is supposedly a manager and she spent most of her him in the finance managers office scrolling through TikTok and Vaping. She was also pushy and unprofessional. We will not return. I understand everyone had had a long day and was tired but this was the appointment time that was scheduled for us. Horrible experience.

I worked with Dillon, who did a great job communicating on my out of state purchase. Always professional, got back to me quickly, and problem solved some slight hiccups along the way that were not his fault (title did not come within 10 days as promised, but Dillon made sure it got handled quickly before it caused any problems on my end). Overall, a very positive experience and Dillon made it easy by having the paperwork ready in advance and even provided a ride from the airport hotel to the dealership. Would definitely purchase from here again and this was the smoothest and quickest car buying experience I ve had.

I recently came into Tameron as a 2nd time customer. We found a vehicle that we wanted and signed the contract and made the purchase. Unbeknownst to anyone at the time it had a recall on it and no part currently available to fix it. After this was discovered the following day by me as well as Tameron, they made things right by taking that vehicle back and allowing me to purchase another one that was just a bit out of my price range but made it work for me. They corrected the issue and I left with a very nice vehicle. I will continue to be a repeat customer of Tameron. DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR USED CARS! My wife and I bought a car from them in 2021. At first everything was fine; we even bought the extended warranty, and that process was seamless. We ended up contently having problems with the car, but most were covered under the warranty including a new transmission. That is now expired, and we still have issues with it. We decided we wanted to try to trade it in. When we did that the dealership ran a car fax on it and found out there were 2 major wrecks on the record that we were not made aware of!!! Now, the car is worth $12,000 less than what we still owe on it, and we are in the hole so far that we have to just keep pouring money into this car until we pay it off. We will never buy another car from them again.

Nancy always sees after my car as though it was hers. She works hard, gets the car into the Service technicians quickly. Car is always clean as a pin when I come back to retrieve it.
