This is the worse customer service experience I have every encountered. Come to find out GMC has been aware since 2015 that they had issues with their transmissions. With out me knowing of these issues or bulletins I carried my vehicle in their several times mentioning a shutter / slippage in my vehicle.At no time did they service department or service manager mention anything about these bulletins, GMC knew the inter time what was going on. They ( service department) waited until I had over 45K miles on my new truck and told me I needed a transmission flush. Service Manager told me that the flush would fix the transmission and make the codes clear. I then paid for the flush but was very disappointed that GMC wasn t making this write.After my experience I started doing some research on line and found out that GMC had know of these issues and put out that they were changing all the fluids in the transmissions.I am very disappointed in the dishonesty and customer service from this facility. I tried to speak with the GM today and he would not give me a minute to discuss my problem . Everyone knows culture starts from top management down to their employees!I will never buy or support GM products and encourage others to do research before the buy.

Scheduled oil/filter, Tameron on line est.cost $ 40.58 for 8:15am. Arrived 8:00am 2 customers ahead. At 9:20am I began to wonder. Finished at 9:30am cost $ 74.05. Said on line wrong. Got home noticed oil hand prints on corner pannel. Plastic engine cover had oil rag swirl in a circle were oil spilled and dirty rag cleaned. Cleaned myself w/soap water. Hack job at top price.Service: Oil change

Purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Suburban from Chris Myers with warranty. Now Chris Myers is Tameron Gulf Coast GMC. Unfortunate. Service department attempts to charge you 400.00 to 700.00 for each visit regardless of what you actually want done. I could include many horror stores about dealing with this department but today is my final straw as my wife took the vehicle for a 3rd visit - same issue and my wife was told the part needed was not covered under warranty. Believe me, they will make a way to charge you. They previously charged our warranty rendered work to vehicle and never corrected problem, now it just cost us 461.62 to fix something that should have been addressed the previous two visits. I find them to be very unethical in business practice and today they took advantage of my spouse as she was attempting to get the air fixed for the 3rd time so she and our 3 children can ride in 100 plus degree temps comfortably. Do not do business here, look at the reviews. Hopefully I will be able to get a return that s fair to me and what I have spent here over the last 1.5 years.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Charged me 216.00 to change my fuel filter witch takes about 5 mi minutes. talked to service manager about the charge an was told that they charged me for a hour labor to change the filter have purchased 2 Trucks from this dealership want return...

I bought Tamron Honda crv and yukon. I am not going back again also Don't go fix your car this place. They are trying to fix but they're going to make more worst. I am not kidding
