Took my Toyota here for an oil change for the first time, I normally only go to the dealer. The Take 5 Oil tech at the Daphne location left the drain plug loose, all the oil leaked out. It could have burned up my engine. The regional manager has been very responsive and they did file a claim on my behalf with their Fleet Response. They paid for clean up and reimbursed me for the oil change. Toyota did an inspection for free. This could have turned out worse if I had been on the road.

I drove in to Take 5 without appointment and was serviced by Manager Brandon. He was kind and interactive, explaining all of my options. Only one other employee was available and they both were thorough. My oil change was quick but handled professionally. All other fluids were topped off and tires checked. They guys had each other's back and it was nice to see this level of professionalism. Thank you again for helping this mom out!

Always great service. The guy who did my ticket was great and funny. He has great energy. He is the manager. Will come back again. Also I was in and out very quickly. Those guys are fast. Everyone was working and assisting drivers. Great work ethic.

The prices listed are not accurate. I requested conventional oil but was only informed that they do not have conventional oil after my oil had been drained. This would not have been a big deal if I was informed before when I had a choice. I felt this was misleading due to having signs with the price of a conventional oil listed.

Great service, practically no wait time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was having some problems with my vehicle, I followed their recommendations and haven t had any trouble after 2,000 miles of additional driving. If you are a veteran this is the place to go as they offer a substantial discount for vets.

Friendly. But ultimately what you'd expect from a quick service place. Let them talk me into $35 for a new air filter (something I usually take care of myself). Got home and checked it, the filter was the wrong size, and some no name brand only stamped Made in China. On top of that, they didn't even bother to clean the rat feces and acorns out of the housing before installing the new filter. (They should have notified me of the presence of this as well).Just my advice, take your business elsewhere.

Stephon Is a great guy he gave me and my daughter a bottle water. He also check all my filters and tires which that s so important also . Thank you so much for taking care of my car. I will recommend this is best place to come .

Nice staff but way under staffed at 3pm on a Tuesday. The lead apologized but I weighted 10-15 minutes in the bay before being approached. No air tire check, light or break check. Not the crews fault but the person handling the schedule.Rick Miller

I have used them several times lately (instead of the usual place I used) because they have earned more of my business.Take 5 staff are exceptionally friendly and take their service seriously. This is a novel concept in todays business world. They explain the levels of service they offer plainly and don t make you feel dumb for asking. They also remind me that there may be coupons in my email to save me money.Most importantly, the wait times are short (if any) and they are fast to complete the oil changes.I don t often do reviews but I feel compelled to share my positive experience with them. I will continue to use them and feel confident in suggesting them to others.

The assistant manager, Brandon is very attentive, polite, and helpful, he was very professional, and we were offered water while we were waiting. I highly recommend take 5 as the best place for oil changes Baldwin county.

The staff was extremely professional and courteous. Unfortunately I sat in my car and waited 40 minutes in the work bay to find out my oil filter wasn t in stock. Not their fault but they possibly could have a prelim check.

Reached out a few days ago to let them know that after having to have a tire replaced I was asked if I had an oil change in the last few months then was informed that the valance on the bottom of my car wasn't reattached properly which caused it to partially drop off the bottom of my car and throw a screw into my tire, hence me having to get a new tire. I was told that the store manager would be in touch the next morning after they opened, but still haven't heard from anyone 3 days later. So wouldn't recommend due to overall poor customer service and potential harm to your vehicle which will cost more than their already expensive oil changes.

Waited 10 mins to even be greeted. The manger Brandon is all show. Singing loudly to the Holiday music while not paying attention to his team nor helping them. The lot was now full with all the bays loaded & people waiting & the manager announces he s going inside the office to do office work while it s this busy. I waited over 45 mins to even begin having a conversation about when my oil change would start only to be told they didn t have the correct oil for my requested oil change. This could have been the discussion at the moment they had me pull into the bay. I wasted my entire time here and it s not the first time I ve experienced poor customer service here. Jamar was great though and appreciated him doing the air in my tires. Please get this manager to do better.

Great and friendly service. My vehicle has roughly 285 000 miles. They recommend oil based on that and let you decide whether or not filters/wipers should be replaced.

The mechanics were very thorough in explaining the process from pulling on the rack to displaying what my air filter looked like. I appreciated the professionalism and detail that was given! I will definitely be back!

I have been here a few times. I like getting my oil changed at this location, but they are terribly understaffed and it s never 5 minutes or even close. I was one of 3 cars IN the bay yesterday and was there for at least 45 minutes. Maybe longer. I m giving 4 stars because it is not the employees fault they are understaffed, but they aren t truthful about the wait either.

I had to put a spare tire on my car today, which I haven't done in over 20 years! Then I realized it needed some air as it has never been used before (had it since 2013), but after stopping at 3 places, I realized no body has air anymore ... so I took a chance and pulled into Take 5 Oil Change by Publix in Daphne, and they filled it free of charge! He said it had 8 PSI, and he got it up to 40 for me!My daughter told them they were so sweet, she was going to go on line and give them a 10 out of 10 which made their day, so I'm making sure I give them the props they so richly deserve for helping me out!

Really nice guys. Even went as far as telling me about the corrosion on my battery after doing the oil change and saved me few hundred bucks. Really amazing people all in general.

First visit to a TAKE 5, Stopped in for oil change and air filter. DALE and KEITH did a great job! I was very impressed by Dale who was the service writer. Polite, friendly, and professional! The location was clean, staff worked well together and their system was very organized. Thank you Dale for doing a fantastic job and for being so thorough!

These folks always take good care of our vehicles and family. They bring my kids drinks- not just me!, they often ask if I have a coupon and will apply one to some part of the service even if I do not have one, and they are very polite and respectable employees.Thanks for a job well done!

When I got to the store it was a quiet night and just before closing time , but the staff greeted me warmly and was very professional and helpful through the whole service. I would definitely recommend this store and would go there again.

3 employees with one car when I arrived, sat for 30 minutes before anyone started on my vehicle. The young man servicing my car was very customer service oriented and was told by the man under my vehicle I had an oil leak. There was no oil leak. I have been to a lot of Take 5 but I wouldn t go back to this one.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
