I just moved to the Foley area and had what I thought was a transmission-related issue with my BMW. I was worried a mechanic would take advantage of me (because I am not mechanically inclined) and recommend more work than was actually necessary to diagnose and then fix my issue. I found Ronnie Lee Automotive online and took my BMW in. I got a call from the mechanic, discussed my options, and proceeded in an agreed upon course of action to fix my BMW. Fortunately, the mechanic s recommended course of action immediately fixed my problem. What s more, rather than spend thousands to fix the issue, I spent hundreds. Honest mechanics are hard to find. Mechanics with good customer service are hard to find. Mechanics with good rates are hard to find. Ronnie Lee Automotive is an anomaly because it is an honest company with excellent customer service that provides professional services at good, reasonable, and fair rates. Also, when was the last time the very mechanic working on your car called you to discuss your car? For me, this was a first. It will not, however, be the last. Ronnie Lee Automotive not only knows how to fix cars, they know how to run a business!

The folks at Ronnie Lee Automotive are terrific! Great people, great workmanship and reasonable prices. Glenn, Clinton, and Andrew really know their craft. I highly recommend this repair shop. I give them a 100% rating. Excellent service, professional & courteous, well versed certified foreign car mechanics, and do what they say. I was travleing from out of state, got stuck on the highway and was recommended to them by the tow truck company. My Volvo XC90 required a new alternator, and they took great care in getting me on my way the same day. I could not be happier with this repair shop for saving the day. My thanks to the management team ( Mr. Clinton ) amd all those that helped.Service: Engine repair

Very reliable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Just had my 2005 BMW 325I power steering pump, and alternator belt replaced - on time, and for the quoted price. Very friendly team. I can't overstate what a positive experience Ronnie Lee's has been. By the way, I was visiting from Texas, and was treated like a well-known local customer.

Ronnie Lee s is the best mechanic shop we ve ever dealt with. They did a repair on our Mercedes E63 AMG perfectly!! So happy we found them, besides being friendly and honest, they were reasonably priced and even showed us the old parts they replaced after they were finished. We will continue to do business with them. Highly recommended for any foreign car repair!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Definitely see why there are so many 5 star reviews. Dropped my 7 series off for routine maintenance not expecting it back anytime soon and it was ready within a few hours. Definitely won my business and recommendations for the future. Highly recommended.

I have been having my BMW serviced at Ronnie Lee's for about 13 years now (this is my second BMW). First Ronnie and Glen, now Andrew and Glen, are the best diagnosticians and explain the issues comprehensively. They offer options for service and repair using their many years of experience to guide your decision. And most of all, they are completely honest and reasonably priced. I am so happy Andrew has followed in his father's footsteps as I would not have wanted to try to find another BMW mechanic that I trusted as much. I would never take my BMW anywhere else.

My X5 had a check engine light on. I called & was able to bring it in same day. They were busy with other vehicles but took the time to diagnose my vehicle. It was determined to be a minor issue & they cleared the light. They told me if the light reappeared bring it back & they'd investigate further. I was visiting from out of town & really appreciate them getting me in prior to my drive back home. It was very friendly service & everyone was knowledgeable. I'd have no problem bringing my vehicles back.

I ve maybe written one other google review in my life. But, I ve been meaning to take the time to do this for Ronnie Lee s Automotive, better late than never. I was in town visiting family during the holiday and my 2009 Tiguan puttered with the check engine light on just after the Alabama border. I love my Volkswagen, and I m always protective/weary of having it worked on. After a recommendation from my family s neighbor, I brought it in to Ronnie Lee s. I d done my research, I knew what was up with it after some digging around online; not an easy or cheap fix. Aside from how incredibly fast they were, and affordable (I got quotes at other places in town and Ronnie Lee s was far below anything else I d found), I was just blown away by their customer service and kindness. Before I left town, they did a once over as I was embarking on a long road trip, on the house.If you own a foreign car, you know what s up. This place is the real deal, and I m just grateful to have a place to go when I m in town, if needed. I wish I had a Ronnie Lee s with me everywhere I travel, and I ve lived.

Took my Volkswagen with a manual transmission to them due to a clicking noise. Told me my transmission was bad! Took it to another shop and it was the CV axle making the noise. FAIL. Ronnie Lees failed to recognize a bad CV axle with a torn boot and diagnosed as a bad transmission. The only place my BMW 128i goes. The best service my car has ever had. They really seem knowledgeable and nice. The service and price is far superior to BMW.

As a business owner myself, I highly recommend this place to anybody who has a Mercedes BMW cars in general. Very honest experienced and knows how to work on a vehicle. They are straightforward with you without all the nonsense

I'm so excited about Ronnie Lee's now certified to work on Volkswagen. I stopped by and Andrew took care of my car .No more being put on hold by the dealership. Oh yeah don't forget mention 4 hrs waiting for a oil change. I highly recommend the staff at Ronnie Lee's they go above and beyond....

Glenn is so personable and a great teacher too. So ask him anything about your BMW. Very reasonable prices and very reliable. He'll tell you straight up if your car needs work, or not, and gives lots of suggestions on what to do and not to do. Even refers you to somewhere else if you need a specialist. He told me my BMW "RUNS LIKE A SCALDED DOG!" LOL. So funny!

Relocated here from Bham and used Mercedes dealership there for all my needs. Used Mercedes dealership in Mobile 1 time and learned a very expensive lesson. So I searched for someone else and found Ronnie Lee s.... I will never take my ML 350 anywhere else. Andrew and Glen are the best !!! And I tell everyone that will listen that for Mercedes and BMW Service needs this is The Only Place they will ever need. Thanks guys.

Why pay dealer rates when you can have better service. Ronnie Lee's Auto is the only place I let work on my BMW's. Glen is fantastic and does a great job. If you have a BMW in Baldwin county, Ronnie Lee's should be taking care of it.

This place is the best!!! They make sure they answer any questions or concerns that you may have . The staff is very professional. Ms. Daphne and Andrew are sweet hearts!!! I m so happy I found them to keep my Mercedes Benz on point :)

Always easy to talk to. The staff keeps the shop very clean. You don t specialize in a particular vehicle for very long unless you know what your doing. This shop however has been doing it for years so that speaks volumes. Highly recommended!
