I had just bought my first vehicle from Eastern Shore Toyota but noted haphazardly applied touch-up paint on the side/front of my new car right before the final purchase. We had to change the 'We Owe,' so that I could get my vehicle worked on as part of the deal. Toyota recommended Rettigs. Everybody at Rettigs was incredibly kind and professional on all levels of customer-worker interaction: from the lady who answered my original phone call, to the individual vehicle specialists we met and developed a rapport with. They were originally going to paint my vehicle to cover the scratches + bad touch-up paint but James 'Jimmy' Matthews with Detailing Service buffed and waxed my car, revealing that the scratches weren't nearly as bad as they had appeared originally. (So, no repainting needed!) He buffed/waxed that touch-up paint until you could use the side of my car as a mirror if you wanted to. This is considerable because I had about 19 different scratches marking up the front passenger door and other areas. I am beyond satisfied with the job they did! Next, I had an issue with a discolored/busted tire which was separate from my 'We Owe' document but it turned out one of the shop specialists, John Busuttil, is incredibly skilled at restoring tires to their original glory. My tire/rim looks brand new! He also constantly kept me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle and was overall a delight to work with. My vehicle has never looked better thanks to talents of Jimmy, John, and the rest of the Rettigs team. Thank you guys so much!

For Daphne location. Minor issue with front end of our Cayman. Rubber panel on bottom of front end for keep nose from scraping had come adrift. John looked at it and came up with an easy fix. Wonderful service and very appreciated. This is the place to have your car fixed as they have done so for us over 30 years.

Absolute nightmare. Had my car after it was rear ended for 7 weeks. Insurance cut off rental. Picked up car with scratches, tailgate not aligned, flat spare tire (they replaced with a flat), piece zip tied to bumper and bumper not connected properly. After 13 weeks and 6 trips, tailgate still leaked like a sieve. Thought the Mobile location was going to make it right but after 2 trips there I was told they can put the damaged exhaust components back on and the muffler doesn t fit or live with the noise of the aftermarket part they used because their team didn t find all the damage in the first place. Mobile location admitted they don t have correct tools in Daphne to measure gaps. How can a body shop not have tools to measure gaps to make sure seals are correct? NEVER again. Now a trim piece is falling off the bumper from not being put on correctly to begin with. Now I sound like a kid riding the strip on a friday night lookin for race buddies.I have reported to BBB and still nothing. IF Esurance will actually send my diminished value $ I can at least pay the deductible somewhere else to have my whole car back intact..ABSOLUTELY NO Professional customer service or workmanshipServices: Exhaust, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle there after the last hurricane last year. They made my vehicle look like new. Everything was great. They did such a great job that I brought my car back to them today. I was hit by another vehicle. My insurance asked where I wanted to go and I said Rettig Auto Body in Daphne. I know they will make my car look like nothing ever happened to it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car in to have some scratches buffed out. On top of doing an excellent job on removing the scratches, car looks GREAT, as good as the day I brought it! The price was better then I had hope for, over $300 less then other quotes I had been given. The car was delivered on time and looks great! On top of the great buff out job they also did a great job detailing my car. I did not expect, or ask for, the detailing was provided at no extra charge! Now the inside and outside of the look brand new!Jared was awesome to work with very professional and helpfull! If I ever need auto body work again I am definitely going back to Rettig's in Daphne.

Everyone here is great. They took care of not only my car but me after an accident. They made sure I filled out all the correct insurance papers, made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen next, and that I was ok.. They fixed my car perfectly! Through bad luck I have received damage to my vehicle two more times since my original five star review, so it was due for an update. Rettigs continues to impress and I trust them 100% to fix my car, and I am a picky person when it comes to cars. Hopefully I ve had my last insurance claim and I don t have to use their services again, but if I do, I would not take it anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I chose Rettig's Daphne location for auto body repairs recently because I was familiar from a previous experience with their excellent work. Once again, Jared and his Daphne team were very professional and pleasant and demonstrated their solid commitment to exceptional work and customer service. They not only did superb work on my vehicle but also were extremely conscientious about addressing and solving some unforeseen additional repairs which arose along the way. While I hope I won't need their services again, Rettig's Daphne shop will be my choice if I do. A++!Service: Body & Trim

Great service ! every one there so friendly and helpful and really good prices on repairs! no problems ! We had our car repaired in two weeks there , when everyone from Daphne to mobile all over told us it would be up to two months to fix bc of delays , but Rettig they had it done in less than two weeks from estimate to finish ! Great work !

I have used this body shop twice now and have referred my step daughter as well. If you want professional work performed on your vehicle, this is the place to go! Everyone I spoke with was very respectful, helpful and answered all my questions. I never felt like they were in a hurry to finish with me. Big thanks to Jared! Rettig s did what it took to get my car repaired as fast as possible. I ve had nothing but great experiences. Excellent work & customer service. They stayed late so I could pick my car up after work! Great people! Will only let them do repairs on my cars!

My car was taken there by Eastern Shore Toyota for paint recall by Toyota. My two front windows are set and there is a space between the tint and the window frame. Eastern Shore Toyota nor Rettig Bodyshop will take responsibility and fix this problem they caused on my car..I was told to take the car there myself and when I walked in no one spoke or tried to help me! I had to wait about 10mins and then someone finally came out the back and talked to me. The man and woman behind the front desk never acknowledged me at all! That was rude and disrespctful. My sunroof is now leaking. This is a problem I didn't have before my car was painted. I want accountability for the problems I am now having since my car was in your shop.

I can't say enough good things about Rettig's. Had a minor issue taken care of both promptly and with very professional results. There are no words to describe the service the manager provides as he stays on top of things from start to finish. Highly recommended. The shop is as clean as a showroom in an auto dealership.

Unfortunately we chose a different route based on location and convenience but the staff at the front desk were amazing. Special thanks to Jim Patrick for all of his help. He made the experience top tier and memorable. They showed a lot of experience and professionalism which is why I would recommend Rettig's Auto Body.

I was recently involved in an automobile accident and was rear ended waiting at a stop light. Insurance asked me where to go and I went to Rettig's based off a recommendation. I'm glad I went there. I took my car (Lexus IS250) to Rettig's Auto Body in Daphne after the accident and had all the work done by them. The damages were in the thousands. My car undeniably looks better than the day I bought it. I would recommend them to anyone considering a body shop. They are professional, experienced, and even more they are friendly. When I got my car back I left my apartment key at the shop by accident and they helped me get it back the same day, even after the store had closed. You don't really get people who care like that anymore. 10/10

My friends car was totaled from a hail storm the insurance agent told me if I didn t tarp it ASAP I d be responsible for the damage. It got worse from there, I called and spoke to Jim he is honest and has the experience and education to back up his word! Long story short car was totaled because of Jim s honesty and dedication to his ethics! Can t recommend anyone I d go to for any automotive work but here! Thank you Jim! 2 million stars! After the accident I was in, insurance was an absolute nightmare. The only bright light in the entire two month ordeal was Rettig. They were always so nice and professional and really wanted to help me. I highly recommend.

What a great body shop. I can t compliment Jim and Devin enough. They were very professional, kept me informed on every step of the way, and smoothed out all of the balls that the insurance company dropped on me. They are now my favorite body shop in lower Alabama.

My husband and I towed his truck to Rettig desperate for help. They were not interested in helping us because the work was going to be out of pocket and not through insurance. Jim said he would be happy to write an estimate to give us an idea of how much it would cost and said he would email it to us by the end of the day. That was Tuesday and we haven t heard a word. Basically they were doing everything in their power to get us out of there. There is no such thing as a man giving you his word and honoring what he says he is is going to do those days are gone! And GOOD honest customer service is a thing of the past! If I m ever in need of a body shop in the future Rettig will be a hard PASS!

A while back the air deflector under my car came loose. I was in a hurry and stopped in. They took care of it as a temporary repair free of charge. Went back a few months later and had it repaired properly. They did a great job for a very reasonable price

Silverado 3500HD damaged in a parking lot, Rettig's Daphne location quickly repaired the damage, kept me informed of the status of the repairs and returned the truck to me looking just like new. Staff was incredibly helpful and easy to work with and their work was of the highest quality.

Jared at the Rettig Auto Body on the Eastern Shore was great. My vehicle was in a major accident and being new to the area I used Rettigs because they were suggested by the dealership. I'm glad I did because in the end, everything worked out. Jared stepped up and went to bat for me in dealing with the insurance company. Dealing with insurance companies is never easy, but Rettigs helped ease the process.
