Best garage we ve ever been to. My husband and I are full time RVers and stopped here for our truck maintenance. We found this garage thanks to our campground host that recommended it to us. It was the best decision we made !!The service was awesome, Jake was so helpful and considerate. Since we are travelling a lot our truck is super important and he understood it. He took the time to carefully check for mechanical issues and gave us advice on what we should and shouldn t do. He didn t try to overcharge us or anything, on the contrary !His wife was so nice and so caring. She drove us back to our campground and was extremely friendly even taking the time to talk to us and warn us about the upcoming tornado alert.We were really touched by their care and attention. We never found such a good garage and if we could we would definitely try to come back and make it our regular garage stop !Thank you so much Jake for everything !!

Used to work here a long while ago,. Still go here and highly recommend to friends and family. Staff is very knowledgeable. Jake, the owner, makes sure everyone is appreciated for choosing his shop and makes sure you get what you need with a hassle-free experience. Fred the manager does the same. The team of Fred, Jaime, Chris, Jesse, Tyler, and Jake are all amazing and work tirelessly to make sure your vehicle is running perfect before you leave. I ve had them do work on my family member s car as well as my own if I never had time to get to. Great place. Great staff. Great prices. Highly recommend from oil change to engine replacement.

If you bring your vehicle here and the price or the issue seems high go get a second opinion I ve been here twice and both times I was quoted for unnecessary repairs the last time I had my brakes inspected they told me it would be close to 800 and I needed pads drums and wheel cylinders that seemed extremely high so I ordered everything and did it myself my drums did not need to be replaced there was nothing wrong with them at all I only needed cylinders and pads but spent a couple hundred more because I trusted them definitely won t be going back

Customer service above all else! They really take care of you here. My car was fixed within the day, and they topped off my washer fluid and replaced my rear window wiper. They did say that they had the parts on hand so that s why there were able to complete the repair so quickly. I can t express how refreshing it is to have fantastic customer service from a smoothly running business where they know who you are and can confidently answer your questions. I stopped in for an oil change for my Mazda CX5 and the friendly staff took the car right back. I was able to see the work as it was done while I enjoyed coffee in the clean waiting room. The service was complete in under 30 minutes. While in the waiting room I overheard a gentleman telling a new customer that she had come to the right place! Jake runs an efficient, high quality shop and I would highly recommend!Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Took car for rotors and brake pads for front of car. They stretched out the struts while doing the brakes and rotors. When I picked up my car, it was all of a sudden real bouncy. Now they are talking about it. I need front struts for$1000. No I did not take my car back.

My truck needed damn near everything. Jake and his mechanics all did an amazing job from replacing entire engine to redoing suspension. Honesty and integredy are in abundance here. Highly recommend.

My son had car trouble and we had it towed to Precision. I live out of town and couldn t be there to deal with the issue in person. The staff were very compassionate and helpful given our situation. They kept me informed throughout the diagnosis process, calling me several times. I felt at easy with them making sure my son s car received expert attention, and that he would be safely back on the road. I thought their pricing was fair and didn t feel like they were trying to take advantage of our situation. Thank you to the staff

Called them close to 4pm Monday evening about replacing my rear brake pads and possibly my rotors, & needed it done that day. They told me to come on in. After some small-talk with another customer, I walked next door and did a little shopping at harbor freight. They called me when they were done and told me to take my time, no rush.Friendly service, fair prices, no pressure up-selling unnecessary parts, comfortable waiting area. I recommend this place and will be a returning customer.

I've had two great experiences with this shop. Both times they resolved my issue quickly and kept me informed. One was an A/C related and one was coolant related. Edited to add- This review is NOT due to the refusal of the tow. It is because of the lack of communication and concern.The old manager was great! I dealt with him only, and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, I will not be using precision anymore after their new manager, jake, has taken over. I called ahead and made sure my car could be towed without my bill being paid, a sweet girl in training told me it was okay. I find out THREE days later that my car is still sitting in their lot. No call, or anything. They refused my tow, after telling me it was okay, and didn t notify me when I went to pay that my car was still there. They never called me to tell me my car was still sitting in the sun in their parking lot for three days. Never again.

This is by far one of the worst shops you could take your vehicle to. About 2 weeks ago I called for an estimate for a rear end replacement. The technician quoted me $2100 with a 1 year warranty. It took me 2 weeks to save up enough money to tow it in and get it fixed. It was not until after I towed it in that he raised the price over a thousand dollars. His only response was that prices change. There is no way the price of a rear end raises 1000 dollars over 14 days. Then after I was pretty much forced to have it fixed there due to the non refundable service charge of 150$ and the price of another tow they forgot to bleed the brakes and I had to do it myself. I am waiting to recieve $50 back for this but who knows if I will actually recieve it. If it would let me leave zero starts I wouldService: Transmission repair

I was in there this Saturday morning with a low tire. They were very nice like they always are and got me in quickly.They found a roofing nail in my tire and was able to fix it right away. They always act like you are the most important customer.Thank goodness

I have had various services provided the last several years and thought the service and communication was exceptional each time. There has been several instances where the owner or head mechanic have directed me to check with my warranty company/dealership before they would perform a certain service because they thought it might still be covered under my warranty. I have sent several family members and friends to these guys also and all have had the same experience I have had.

My wife and I were passing through the area on a road trip and stopped by because her car was shaking pretty bad. Not only did they take care of the issue quickly on a busy Saturday, they were also very friendly and knowledgeable people. Most honest mechanics I've ever met too (they convinced a guy NOT to buy a replacement air filter because they didn't feel it was necessary yet). If I lived in the area, I'd absolutely go here for all my car needs!
