The guys here do excellent work and will take care of you!! I don t go anywhere else for tire work. My car aligns a little differently and they explained everything to me and got it adjusted back to the way I like it and it s perfect! I will always recommend pepboys. They are always very nice to me and I never have to wait long at all.

Joe the owner and Christian the technician are the best. I discovered a flat tire Sunday morning and needed it fixed fast. Their competition told me it would take 3 hours and tried to discourage me from going to Pepboys. I went anyway. When I got there Joe immediately checked me in and Christian grabbed the keys. My tire was fixed in 15 minutes and I was amazed how reasonable the price was. These people are awesome, especially on Sunday when only two major auto repair shops are open in Daphne. Called a little after 6:30 to see if I could get a nail removed from my tire and patched before it goes flat again. The person who answered the phone (Cody I believe) told me yes. I get some air and get here at 6:49 and the guy standing outside tells me no but that I can come back in the morning...no thanks, and thanks for wasting my time :(

The online information was very accurate, and when I went to my local Pep Boys the Manager was very helpful, timely and true to his word. My appointment for later that day was prefect for my schedule and the final price was less than expected. I will definitely recommend this service center!

0 stars. Dropped my Durango off this morning with a nail in the tire. The nail was visible to me a week ago but air wasn t leaking. Today was first chance I had to get it repaired. Took it to the shop, said I could leave it. Couple hours later I get a phone call that the nail was in the sidewall and they couldn t repair it. I d need a new tire. The nail was actually in the tread. I told them just leave it and I ll come pick it back up. I go to pick it up and the spare donut tire was on it. Supposedly they wiggled the nail causing it to leak and the tire went flat. If the nail was in their unsafe zone to patch why were they removing the nail? They should have just visually saw it was not in their policy safe zone and left it alone. It is my strong opinion they were trying to take advantage of a woman and upsell a new tire sale that wasn t needed instead of just patching a fairly new tire. No way was I buying a new tire from them. Drove away on a donut and will either get it patched or buy a tire from any where else but PB in Daphne.

We had a flat tire at 6:45pm on a Friday night. Joe stayed open late to help us. He and his staff were so nice and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to help us and had great service. The tire was fixed in about 15 min!

I went in with a tire that had a nail in it. They couldn t plug it but they took the time to discuss the pro and cons of my different options. They took care of the Mount and balance as well as giving me a military discount. They treated me like they were glad I was there.

Brought my car in on a Saturday with a check engine light on at 8am. It was an easy sensor that needed to be replaced. They had the sensor ordered and replaced and my car was ready to go by 10:30am. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. I will bring my car back for all future needs I have whether it be an oil change, tires, or a problem fixed. Thank you all for taking such good care of me and being fast.

Had my car towed there Thursday afternoon and called and told the attendant what the issues were. The next morning I received a call on what needed to be done and how much it would cost for a starter an oil change and a tire repair. I then pick up the car after it is done. As I m leaving I hear a slapping noise that was not there when I brought it up there first. I took the car back the same day about 5 minutes after I had left they had forgotten to reattach my skid guard under the car After stopping and trying to assess what it was myself I also discovered that the tire repair they were supposed to and charged me for had never happened as there was still a nail in my tire and the sensor had come on a night later.Also to add to this; this not the first time something like this had happened I also have had them knock one of my fuses out of its spot while they worked on it and when I came back up there they said they didn t touch it and looked at me like they had no idea what was going on.So all in all there quality has gone down the drain and I do not recommend going there and will definitely be looking for a more trustworthy shop to take it to.

I brought my truck to the Daphne, AL Pep Boys location the last weekend of September complaining of a smell. I thought it may be a coolant leak, but it turned out to be a rear differential leak.This location in Daphne fixed the leak. On November 3 when I was driving to my unit training assembly for the weekend in Florida my rear end started making a noise. The Ford dealership here in Daphne (Nov 7) let me know then that I had damage to my rear end and that the repair would be $2200 and it would take approximately 1 day once they had the parts. I opened up a chat on the PB website to complain about the fact that the damage should have been identified a month earlier and that further damage could have been prevented. I had it towed to the Pep Boys store, to let them fix this at a discounted price.Today it's been 13 days and I can't get a straight answer on my truck. I went to Ford to pay for my diagnosis test, took the keys to Pep Boys (on Nov 8) and went back to get the parts list for the repair from Ford. I've called the Daphne PB Shop every day to check the status of my truck. The district manager and the workers are telling different stories.It was going to take 2 days to get the parts and 1 day to repair the truck at the Ford dealership. It's been two weeks now and if this shop was not "equipped" to perform this repair work then that should have been verbalized when I told the district manager I did not trust this PB location to work on my vehicle. This is my personal vehicle. I looked at rentals when Ford told me it was to be 3 days to perform the repair. I've had to rely on my family and friends for all travel. I need my vehicle back at this point. It's either an intentional effort to punish me for making a complaint or a lack of technical competence at the shop.

Pep Boys was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Also, they noticed a brake issue that I wasn't aware of and fixed that at the same time. Everything was done with good communication and coordination.

I was broke down at the gas station down the road, a manager from this location happen to see me and completely SAVED THE DAY!! we were able to get my truck to pep boys and he continued to help me and make sure my vehicle was safe to drive! Thank you so much, the kindness of the employees here is very much appreciated. I wouldn t go anywhere else but this pep boys! Thank you again!!!

I had a GREAT experience at Pep Boys. I needed 2 new tires and they fit me in the same day. I had noticed some squeaking when I put on the brakes, so I also asked them to look at my brake pads, with the understanding that if my brakes were bad, I would only be able to do brake pads not rotors at this time and to please call me before they did any extra work. (yes I have been burned badly by this practice) But Stephanie quickly set me straight assuring me they would not do a thing without discussing it with me first!! I thought to myself "we'll see". Then the call came and turns out I did not need brake pads!! Now most places would have given me new ones no matter what they looked like, but these guys put the customer (and the customer's pocket book) first!! And when I went to check out, there were no hidden fees or little extras added to the bill. The "out the door" price the website listed for my tires was what I paid. Finally, they have a super knowledgeable staff....especially Stephanie. She knows her stuff! She was able to answer all my questions and explained all the issues they found very clearly. Us girls just explain stuff better :) It's real easy to feel ripped off or taken advantage of these days, even when you are not, but not here!! It was a truly pleasant experience and they will have my business from here on out :)

My front tire blew out at mile marker 48 west on I-10 and I called all the tire places in the area and no one had them. I stopped in Pep Boys in Daphne and taled to Les the Area Manager, he immediately ordered 2 new tires and inspected my rim and set me up to get them installed the next morning. I went in and they got my tires replaced and I was on my way by 1:00 P.M. So far they are working fine. Thanks to all the staff at the Daphne Pep Boys.

My husband and I found ourselves in a bad predicament in route to our vacation at Gulf Shores. We were in 2 vehicles, one being our son's older car. It began to have a couple of serious issues. It was a Sunday, and the nearest place open was your Pep Boys location in Daphne, AL. We drove straight there, discussed the problems with the manager on duty, and he said they would get right to it the next day, when the mechanic would be there to diagnose and do the repairs. To our great surprise and pleasure, the work was done the very next day, and it was not as costly as we had thought it would be. That was over a week ago, and our son's car is running fine! Thanks for your superior customer service and prompt and professional service!! You were a life (car) saver that day!!

Brought my car in for an estimate. The price came back very high and said I would have to pick up and get it fixed another time. They still charged me a $110 diagnostic fee without letting me know beforehand. The guy just said my bad and still charged me

I went it with a/c , wires were shorting already told them the diagnosis , waited around a hour for him tell tell me it was indeed what I said , quoted me a price with probably around 2hours labor and said part was on the way and it WOULD be done TODAY so I said that s fine to his price . Hours go by approaching 30 minutes until close no calls , I called them and they said part hasn t showed up yet but not to worry it only takes 5 minutes to put on ( but I was quoted 2 hours ) . No calls back after that so I show up and the service advisors are gone and they leave a technician to deal with customers and put their fires out . It s 110 heat index outside . And they took my wires off where I atleast had ac if I would wiggle it right but now they didn t put it back on and just screwed me out of no air until next week bc I work two jobs . I m sure if they were in my shoes they would want the same situation handled as if someone cares that it s summer time in Alabama

Went in to get an oil change for our car. We booked the appointment online for an oil change (80.00 before the $20.00 coupon). They charged us for a manager s special ($140.00) and couldn t explain why. There were oily handprints left on the outside of the car and within the interior as well. The guy in charge was more concerned about eating his lunch then taking care of explaining and fixing our bill.We have been loyal customers of Pepboys for years; however, we will be looking for a new place that takes care of our money and our car like their own.UPDATE:We called and spoke to the service manager, Samantha. (She wasn't there this day.) She refunded us our money and applied a coupon. Samantha was empathetic and very apologetic about the incident. She was great and has earned our business back (when she is present).

Being in the customer service all of my life, it's crazy to think that my first review of an establishment would be an auto repair service. But the service is that amazing. I feel 100% confident and trust that my car will be repaired with honesty and integrity. Thank you Pep Boys Daphne for keeping my car running for so long!

Schedule appointment online, and had to reschedule due to tires not being delivered yet. Associate was iffy during that process. Trying to persuade me to schedule for another day, which I couldn t. Once arriving to drop off, form was filled out for me which I was appreciative. With having an appointment, and after going to lunch, I arrived with my car not even started. Associate explained that my rep had a flat tire okay. Once receiving my car back, for a mount and balance service, my rims were covered in white lube , no sense of presentation. Just a wipe down would me nice. I have hard transfers on my rim. Also since I made an appointment on line, rates were never discussed once in store, not until after I had already paid and had to ask. Wouldn t recommend.

Pep Boys was professional and courteous while setting up my appointment, and throughout the entire process. They had my car fixed in less than 4 hours! Highly recommend!!
