Had a vehicle towed after collision. They did not hold up to their word for a meeting time to clean vehicle out so insurance claim could be processed. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything. Will never use

We had a Constant Velocity Joint break and threw grease from the boot all over the area. This is not something you can drive on when it breaks. They fit us into their schedule. After towing to their shop, All work was done and we really appreciate your quick help. Have to say, we were disappointed that none of the grease was wiped off. It was caked to the wheel and the entire area around the driver's side front tire. Nit picking, some, sorry Just thrilled with the turn around time and the nice help from Jessica in the office. These people are amazing!! I have never dealt with such awesome people. My daughters car broke down right outside of Mobile. My daughters roommates dad called Goens to tow her car in. Not only did they tow it but they also fixed it and communicated with me every step of the way. Being several hundred miles away, I thought what have I gotten my self into but when they gave me the total, it was several hundred dollars less than I expected. (Her car is a BMW). Robert and Pete are awesome and believe me you can trust them with all your mechanical needs. Thanks again so much for your great service and professionalism.

After AAA told me it would be 3 hours before a tow truck would be there at 2:45am, I called and reached someone immediately. She was so helpful and sent Dave immediately. Dave has towed our cars before - he is always so professional, friendly, trust worthy, and reliable! Thank you!

I cannot express in words how good these guys are. I had an issue come up with my Volkswagen Rabbit with shaking in the steering the day I needed to travel 5 hours north. Within 2 or so hours they had the car all put back together and completely resolved the issue. After only explaining what the problem was with the car, Robert the owner knew exactly what to look for. These guys are knowledgeable and know what they are doing.Highly Recommend.

Had my car break down in fairhope they were able to tow me in same day, very nice and were able to get to my car very quickly. 100% recommend this place.

We were stuck at a gas station an hour away from Goens at 11 PM at night and we needed a tow 4 hours away. Not only was Dave, the tow driver, punctual, but he was professional, honest & kind. In addition, Goen's had the best rate offered for such a long tow. I'll be forever grateful for their service!

I want to thank this AMAZING company and Adrian for coming to my moms rescue last night. While driving across county to move, my moms car started leaking oil, due to negligence by an oil changing shop previously. Adrian, went above and beyond to ensure that my mom and my aunt were safe and taken care of. As a fellow tow operator, this means the world to me. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, you were truly an angel for my family last night.

Blew my radiator up yesterday called glens auto he told me to come on down still open with this covid going on. Taking safety measures clean store and great service! Thank you glen! See your Friday for that oil change!

Goen's Automotive deserves a 10 star rating. The dealership tried to swindle me out of $2000, but I knew they were lying to me. I took the car to Goen's, and they knew way more about the issue than the guys at the dealership, fixed everything in a day and saved me $1700. They are as honest as the day is long, and I'd highly recommend Goen's to everyone in need of a mechanic.

I called them today for towing service and they wasted no time getting to me. I waited no longer than 15 minutes. The guy was very helpful and professional.

Great service!!!i was broke down at about nine pm on a Sunday.the tow truck driver checked out my car to see if he could get it started.he than towed it to the shop and the next day my car was fixed by noon and running well.my new go to place for auto service!thanks goens!!!
