The Firestone TEAM was professional & efficient.I expected 24+ hours to complete the job, so I got a hotel room for the night.within 3 hours of drop-off, my car was checked and diagnosed with a bad starter, I was contacted about the service and cost and within 3 hours my van was completed and returned to me fully operational.I could have had it sooner, if not for my delay in returning returning their missed to pick up the van.The service team even fixed a dash warning indicator seatbelt light that was on for years that other service teams could not reset.The absolute BEST vehicle service I received EVER - and I am 74 & Flo (my van) is a 2002 with 435,000+ miles.p.s.this all happened without an appointmentCONGRATULATIONS on such a super team!!! Run-A-Way Bill was here!

Excellent, professional and friendly service. At the location in Daphne is MY store. I brag about the service frequently. I leave Firestone with peace of mind, that my car has been inspected and given and update with quote at the cost of any service.

The staff was helpful and informative. They explained everything that they were doing and why and the cost, and kept me updated. As a woman alone at an auto shop I felt very respected. The wait was a little long but the store front was comfortable and everyone very friendly. Great price for what services my car needed.

There were a few issues that I was unaware of going in that the people helping me made me aware of, and while I wasn't super happy that there were issues, the whole process was transparent, they showed me what was wrong and gave me an estimate for all the work that needed to be done. I would definitely go back and actually have an appointment for next week to finish the necessary repairs. They also got everything they could done in enough time that I was only 5 minutes late for work.

My tire pressure light came on while driving to work, I wasn't able to call Firestone but drove there anyways. I got there and they immediately took my car to check it out. I had a nail in my tire and they were able to plug it. They were quick with everything and had me on my way to work. The guys were very nice. A great experience that quickly turned my day around and made it better.

Excellent service, the tech that assisted me went that extra mile for me. Specifically he triple checked my headlights and recommended lights that help with my night vision. This is second time at this location I am now a life time customer.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I've had work done to my Ford Explorer, and they have had the parts in that were needed and they've completed the work all scheduled.

Great service. Friendly staff.Big Ben Craft performed an alignment on my vehicle in no time. It drives so much better now. Thank you Ben and Firestone.3/30/2024Tire stem got sheared off. Samantha was able to help me out very quickly before it went entirely flat. It was close to closing and she fit me in. Evan repaired it in no time at all and got me back on the road. Thanks so much for helping me out today.

I would give this location 10 stars if I could! Seriously people, if you appreciate GOOD friendly professional customer service, USE THIS LOCATION. Not only did they start my appointment with a positive experience-accepting the online appointment within 10 minutes, they continued to blast it out of the park! Lauren was very busy when I walked in, yet greeted me when she could. She then proceeded to explain how things would go. With only one tech in the shop, she stepped in to do what she could do to expedite the services I had requested. She then professionally and efficiently explained about other services that were available and didn't patronize me like another Firestone location (ahem, store #543012, looking at you and YOUR techs and store mgr, Andrew). Even with a larger issue that walked in the door, and other vehicles there when I arrived, Lauren and Ted still managed to get me out the door in less than an hour and a half. I was never felt like I was being an inconvenience-as one review had for Mike H at #543012 for being on his phone. My car was waiting for me at the front door and I noticed my reminder for my next oil change was computer-produced and easy to read, not handwritten in a scrawl which was hard to read like the last place (yeah store 543012 that was you, too!)The drive was across the bay, but EVERY bit worth it. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

This location is the best. I ve been in the area for only a few years. They ve serviced 5 of my vehicles. You may can get cheaper repairs elsewhere but the warranty and level of service is priceless. They really treat you like a member of their family. They contact you prior to making any other repair with recommendations for other issues. You have the option of waiting or come back to pick up your vehicle. Even if it s the next day. Methods of payments are easy and convenient.

Very friendly staff and -fast service. Could have easily been a 5 star but I was WAY overcharged. After being quoted from 3 other stores to do the same work, I found that I was charged about $800 OVER the average cost of these types of repairs

Purchase tires online, and choose this place as a recommended place to install them. I was willing to pay extra for the installation, but they won t install them by saying that I did not purchase from them.

An actual major tire franchise store that cares. These folks know the work they do matters for people to be productive and safe. They take the time to do the job right, the first time. And if having aftermarket wheels, I still haven t had even a blemish with them putting on fresh rubber. It stinks to wait a few days, but good work usually is worth the rate as long as the car is running and can wait.

I miss when the twins were working here. This place is getting bad. I took my Altima there last weekend for an inspection & oil change. They only changed the brakes & not rotors so my brakes still squeak. Then, they just add make up issues just to get money out of you.I was told there was a new guy that did my car. I will never use this location again. Also, they stripped the bolt on my brake caliper.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

The people here are awesome. I ve been taking both of my vehicles to them for a couple of years and they always go above and beyond. They do a great job at explaining thing when I have questions. I truly appreciate the people here and recommend them to others.

Beware!!If I could give ZERO stars I would!!Worst place to take your car!I started experiencing problems with both cars shortly after I got service!!I personally believe they fix one thing and damage another! For a honest car repair I would go elsewhere! Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

Scheduled an appointment to get my door sensor/actuator fixed after my warranty company sent me there. Firestone cancelled the appointment stating that this very simple and common electrical problem was something that only Ford could fix, and their mechanics didn t how to do it. Took it to Pep Boys down the road, and they immediately diagnosed the issue and had no problems with their non-Ford mechanics fixing it.

Visit on 4/1/22 - Fred and the team there were outstanding in the services provided during this visit. They provided a set appointment time and status as they worked on my vehicle, as well as trustworthy and respectful quoting of services recommended. The work performed was great and fixed what was needed.Even with the challenges of the pandemic, it's many demands on us all and residual staffing shortages, this service center keeps it together and continues to provide quality service and support.

2nd time going to this place for an oil change.Had an appointment both times. Told when arriving on time for the second time that they were running behind an hour to an hour and a half.Why make a appointment.Had to bust my butt to get ther on time as I was in Creola handleing a customer issue and was greeted with"running behind" again.I will find another venue to get a simple oil change.

My daughter had a flat tire. Went looking for the tire had to go to the store because they would not answer the phone. They did not have the one she needed. Went and found it at pep boys that stayed open late so we could get it. Got the tire off the car and back to Firestone to have it put on at 6:15 PM. The lady says we close at 6. The door and the website says they close at 7. So they need to correct the times because it s been almost 3 years that everyone is blaming Covid.Would go the extra 1/2 a mile down the road to pep boys. They was very friendly and even stayed open late and offered to help us if we needed it.

Very nice place. Professional and easy to get things done. Took a lot less time than I thought to get brakes done. They work beautifully. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely go back.
