Just got an oil change from Express in Daphne. I came frustrated after leaving Walmart where there employees just stared and sat around talking and wouldn t help me. Tyler got me right in and out so quick. He had a great sense of humor and let me know everything he was doing. Because of Tyler, Express will be my oil change home from now on!!

The place does good work and they do it pretty fast. I got there and had to wait in line but they processed the vehicles through at a pretty good pace. The technicians were friendly and professional, they knew there job. I met a fellow Marine there and that was fantastic to see him. I would definitely recommend using this business.

This is my second experience with Kyle at Express Oil Change in Daphne - he s so nice, helpful, and great at what he does! Love this location and will definitely be back every 5k miles.

Brand new tires . Should be 65 front/ 70 rear. Got on the interstate a day later and the vibration is unreal. Going to have to take it elsewhere and pay more money to get it fixed.

Been going here for years and I ve got to say this has been the best oil change place around. Ever. Nathan did my vehicle and I am proud of him, and he did very well. Treated my car like his. Over all 10/10 business. Love the guys who work there

Being a young woman and going to any auto shop to get your cars maintenance taken care of or even to look and see if there is any issues, can be a nightmare. They ll overcharge you, lie to you and say they need to add extra charge for extra work that they didn t even do, because being a woman means you know nothing about cars .right? I find that every time I go to express I am not spoken too as if I am dumb and they do not lie to me or overcharge using pink tax . My most recent visit just today was peaceful and with the help of Nathan, and Robert. I not only got my oil changed but we figured out a few more issues with my car that they pointed out to me kindly and helped me figure out my best option to fix. Keyshawn made an appearance near the end of my visit to tell me how lovely it was to work on my car. What great customer service, friendly staff and my car thanked them too!! I recommend this place to everyone.

They re always the best at Express! Nathan serviced my car today and was so nice. Asked how my day was and checked all the things. Even put air in my tires for me.

Came here on Fat Tuesday for a fleet vehicle oil change. Was the fastest I have been in and out of an oil change place and I have drove over 1,000,000 miles for work. Very impressed with Nathan and the staff at this location!

When I was visiting in Fairhope AL, the under skirt on my car became detached and was dragging on the ground. I drove into this Express Oil hoping they could help so that I would not have to drive back to Birmingham with a scraping noise the whole way. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. They quickly tacked it back in place and didn t even charge me. If I lived in Fairhope, I would take my car here for all my service needs.

On a Tuesday an appointment was made by the warranty company to take car in for a very small oil leak for the following day. Wednesday I went in a few minutes ahead of time, appointment was @8:00 . Tech was putting tires out , he didn t acknowledge the fact that I was there , so I spoke to him and stated that I had an appointment. I asked , him was he okay due to the fact that he was dragging and wasn t polite at all , as if he didn t want to be there . I smiled at him and said it s a new day , he then said he was the only one that knew how to use the computer, to check for my appointment, there were two other guys there . So, I gave him my keys and he stated that he would be in the waiting area to speak with me about the cost and I told him ,I was just to pay the deductible he Never came.So, after about 20 minutes I went out only to see the hood up, door opened and car running. The older gentleman was sitting on a beach talking to someone, looked at me didn t acknowledge me at all, neither did the other guy working on the other vehicle. I was not believing what I was witnessing, I ask to speak to the original guy and I asked him to turn my car off, wasting my gas and he did.He Informed me at this point that he was waiting to get word from his manager and warranty company to see how the rest of the bill was to be paid. The car would have to be there for 24-48 hours, I questioned him on that and he told me there were other places I could take the car. It was clear to me that he had some Personal Issues. Thank God for a ram in the bush Daniel that came to the store for what ever reason, I believe his name was came and showed Great customer service and concern for not only myself but another customer as well. More to the story but I will finally leave it here , left with the car after about 3to 4 hours. Jacob I believe his name to be , I pray that what Ever it is gets Better for you . The crew on the auto side needs to be in-serviced on customer service.

Just what happened: used this companie much in nearby city but this store did my oil change & a few miles down the road my suv began to stink of oil & my engine light came on took it back to my home store they said not there problem, $600 later mechanic said canister @ converter messed up. Never had an oil change like their's they used a crazy vacuum machine to vacuum oil out & spilled oil everywhere if they're in a rush slinging oil everywhere pass em by!! And to think l gave em $20 tip!

Kyle at the Daphne, Alabama shop was extremely professional and has excellent customer skills. He had my cabin filter replaced in no time and I was on my way, that s why I keep coming back !

Went in for a basic oil change and Kyle up-charged me for synthetic oil without even being asked first. THEN they put the sticker on my car and claimed I needed to come back within 5k miles when in reality synthetic oil is good for 7,500 - 15k miles. Questionable business practices!

They didn't put the underside of my car on correctly. I'm missing screws and such. It drags along the road as I drive and I have to replace the screws and bolts. They also didn't drain my oil filter all the way.

We recently used Express to have the oil changed in my husbands truck and to have another issue with the back tires addressed. The service manager Jake went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that the problem was fixed right away. He kept us up to date with what was going on and worked diligently to get the right parts quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and we felt secure in our decision to use Express. Would highly recommend!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

I took my car there for an oil change a month ago, it is where my friend goes. Their service was friendly and so fast! I had an appointment today at 3pm to get some warning lights checked, and was not going to be able to make it. They fit me in yesterday afternoon and in under half an half an hour, had my car diagnosed and had a resolution and a VERY reasonable quote. I recommend this place to ANYONE who wants fast, friendly and good quality service!Service: General repairs & maintenance
