Make Sure You Get a Second Opinion! I had the unfortunate luck of getting into an accident and being recommended to Auto Craft Collision Center in Daphne, Al. My insurance, Allstate, referred them to me. The collision didn't seem very extensive, but because of the age of my car, they totaled it. In my opinion, the repairs were overestimated and caused the insurance company to write it as a total loss. Once I did some research, I realized I had a few options to repair my car and not take the total loss option. Once I returned to Auto Craft Collision Center, I found my car had the radio and battery removed. After informing the management of my issues, everything went south. I was told to leave the property several times and ask to sign a Non-Dis closer agreement before they would pay for the repairs to my vehicle while it was in their care.The only good part of my experience with Auto Craft Collision Center of Daphne was I didn't take the offer of a total loss. I had my car towed to another shop, and it was repaired for under $500!I then resold my repaired 2000 Ford Expedition for $5000.Make Sure You Get a Second Opinion!Service: Body & Trim

When we came to pick the car up the first time, the bumper paint was not great. It was bubbled and scratched off in areas. They told us they were in a hurry to get it back to us after I explained several times I just wanted it done right and they could keep it as long as they needed bc I had an extra vehicle to drive. He said he d get it fixed by next day, I again reiterated to keep it however long it took. 3 business days later I called to check in and he said the bumper just dried enough to get it back on that morning. Came to pick it up and you can still see edges without paint and where some places were touched up. Which seems like the bumper was not taken off again to be done properly. Definitely disappointed with this being a Select Service shop for my insurance, and also that I communicated several times I was in no hurry.EDIT: The manager reached out to me immediately to make things right. They offered immediate service to correct the issues at my convenience. Very pleased with the final results and grateful for their awesome customer service. Thank you guys for all your hard work! Chris and the lady working at the front desk were great. Taking my car to be looked at is nerve wracking being a single woman, and I never felt taken advantage of or pressured. Chris was great explaining the issue in terms I could understand, as I m not mechanically knowledgeable. They were easy to work with, great communication, and affordable. These people are the best auto mechanics I have ever worked with. 2016 Tacoma was rear ended and had a bent frame. They did the whole job, backed up their work for minor issues which came up (which is to be expected when you are moving an entire truck to a new frame). Darian and Chris are amazing.

I followed all the previous positive reviews to choose Autocraft to repair body damage and a few other issues. I can t say enough good things about them. I gave them my car and never had to worry about another thing. They provided constant updates and the work was outstanding. The team at Auto Craft Collision in Daphne will ABSOLUTELY take care of you! I got into an accident, and the other insurance company handled everything. Auto Craft Collision kept me informed of the process and communicated with the other insurance company, taking a load off my shoulders. They even repaired some minor issues because they felt it wasn't right to return my car to me without it being in tip top shape. Their work ethic puts customers first and works in their best interest. If I ever have car troubles again, I'm definitely returning here!Services: Tires, Body & Trim

They entire staff was very professional and nice. With excellent work and did the job in the exact time that they told me that it would be done. My car was cleaned and returned back to me cleaner then I had left it with them. I would recommend all of my friends and family to do business with them in the future. I have used Auto Craft Collision Center formerly Jubilee Paint and Body for over 25 years. My most recent experience has been twice within the last month and just like anytime I have ever used them the service and repair has been nothing short of excellent. World Class customer service is important to me and this business delivers it! Brian and his team in Daphne are the BEST!!!

I put both of my cars in the shop here after hurricane Sally they painted my brand new sonic red camry the wrong color twice and it still the wrong color because they kept it two months or longer each time. First time original bumper color and a different color car. Second time a different color red but not the original color. Had a very good experience with Auto Craft. The repair was small, but they took me in on the day scheduled and got me out day early. The took care of some minor items as part of the exit wash/detail/buff. My car looked better than expected and the scheduled repair was perfect. I hope not to return to Auto Craft, but if I have the need I would use them again. Would also recommend them others.

I've taken every damaged vehicle I've had while living in Alabama to Auto Craft (formerly Jubilee) except one (that went to another Daphne paint and body-where I was so disappointed that I traded the car in immediately after getting it back) and have never been disappointed in their professionalism, quality of work or warranty. Jerry and now Brian have been amazing to work with, handle insurance claims "behind the scenes" with minimal intrusion into the customer's busy schedule, and work with integrity and efficiency. I now live an hour away from Daphne and still take my vehicle to Auto Craft because of their ethics. HIGHLY recommended

My wife had a few dents and dings in our van. I took it by and let Chad and Brian take a look. They gave me an upfront price and a time line for how long the van would be out of service. They kept their word and the van looks great. Their team was knowledgeable and honest with me. Definitely someone I would recommend.

I felt like I was in the twilight zone with Autocraft. They met me at the door, quoted me a price, called me when the part was in, took my car straight back to a service bay when I got there, finished the work within the time period quoted, and the final bill was LESS than what they quoted because they didn't spend "as much time on it as we thought." This business is the unicorn of all auto repair and maintenance shops. I may never allow another repair garage to touch any of my vehicles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Service: Electrical
