Just got a quote from Cockrell's for a smaller repair and was in and out with my estimate within 10 min and it was cheaper than I was expecting! I have had a great experience in the past with them too.

I truly can t say great enough things about Cockrells! Jeremy was the gentleman who oversaw my repairs and he was amazing!!! He was extremely respectful of my work schedule and always tried to send me a text before calling so I could step away. They took all of the stress out of having these repairs done and I never spoke with an insurance agent after I handed them my keys. From the moment I left I felt such a relief of having them repair my car. I would go back time and time again if needed! You won t find a better body shop around!

Excellent work. Second car I have had to have them repair and this time was same as the first one, great.Tim and Lee are the best. Honest, hardworking and they do good work. Highly recommend them.

I brought my car in for an estimate. Two weeks later they lost the pictures, Would not call me back. Had to bring the car in again for pictures, two weeks later nothing! Lee will still not call me back. WORST service!!! Cancelled and going elsewhere.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This company was helpful, professional and did not leave one feeling taken advantage of. Explained everything in terms I could understand. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing paint or car repair or any other services that is offered.

Great service and they have your back. My insurance was going to try to total my car but the man who is working on my card told them no and said it is a very fixable car. I would recommend them to anyone. Great people who give awesome service!!

I wanted to tell you what nice employees you have, which I am sure you already know.My mother, my two kids, and I live in Spanish Fort. A few months ago, we were going to see family out of state. I started to load the van when I discovered the battery was dead. So dead I couldn't put the van in neutral to back it up far enough to use my car to jump it off. We didn't have a battery charger strong enough to use on a car, and didn't know what else to do. On two different occasions, we have used your shops for work on our vehicles. I called your shop in Spanish Fort, to ask how to get the car in neutral, but was unable to do it. Two of your employees came to our house to help. I don't remember their names, but they showed me how to override the lock on the gear shift, and jumped off the van. I can't tell you how much we appreciate what they did. We had a long day ahead of us, traveling with a 5 year old and a 2 month old. Your workers were a blessing that day!

A friend recommended Cockrells because of their quality. Went by to have a minor bump checked out for estimate. Lee Wright looked at it and pushed and pulled a little I you couldn't tell it was hurt. Sent us away no charge. Thanks Lee.

Thankful for an employee of Cockrells jumping my stranded car off this morning and for his boss being understanding. I believe his name is Alex. When I called to thank him his boss said he is proud of him for doing it. Gives me hope for the younger generation and humanity.

My husband had an automobile accident in my car the day I started my job. We were in the process of moving here, and didn't know about any reliable auto body shops to have the car towed to for repairs. The police officer at the scene recommended Cockrell's. Taking our vehicle there was a horrible decision. They have had our car for over a month, and it still isn't fixed. Our insurance only covers rental cars for 30 days, but granted us a one week extension. Now that is up and Cockrell's still doesn't have our car fixed. What's worse is we have no idea when and if they will ever get it fixed. When we call, it's one excuse after another and run around after run around. I would suggest you take your car to any other body shop in town or out of town, in order to avoid going to Cockrell's. It has been a terrible and stressful experience. I will never use them again, and I would never recommend anyone else use them either.
