I am from out of town and needed to get a chip repaired that I got while making my drive from St Louis, MO to Fort Morgan, AL. I called around to find someone that could repair the glass same day at a reasonable price. Precision was the ticket!!! Pricing was great, customer service was awesome (I was very late to my appointment due to roadwork) and I was literally in and out in 10 minutes! Highly recommend for you glass repair needs!

They found and had a new back window for my 2013 F-150 in less than 2 hours this morning. Then had it installed same day! Was ready at 2:00p. Can't say enough about Leo and his crew....highly recommend this business!! They even cleaned all the shards of glass from my interior and the bed of my truck!!! Awesome company.

The owner was so kind and professional. He was very quick to fix the nicks in the windshield and very informative. He made sure I understood that I was going to still see the nicks in the glass, but that it will keep the glass from cracking.The staff inside was also very kind. I had my children with me and they were super sweet to them as well. It was a very pleasant experience overall and I highly recommend this place.

They did a fantastic job with my windshield. Can't believe how nice it is. Got a great deal on it too. Best price in town and they fixed my wiper blades problem with the replacement. Front staff was so nice, professional, and personable. They do treat you right!

My daughters windshield seal became loose and coming off on the way from Maryland. They were the only ones who didn t try to convince me I would need over $200 dollars worth of work. They called me right away and we were able to go in the same day and waited less then 30 minutes. The owner came out and spoke to us about it and told my daughter to bring it right back if she had any issues. Southern hospitality still exists. I would highly recommend this business and will always go back for future needs. Thank you to the owner and staff, I can go back home to Maryland and leave my daughter with her new car knowing her windshield is safe. God bless y all!Service: Auto windshield repair

Very professional !After finding water on the dash of my motorhome, I was sure the seal around my windshield was to blame. Leo and his men checked the seal with two different methods and no leak was found. They continued the search and found the lights above the windshield to be the problem.I called two well known RV repair shops and both referred me to Precision Auto Glass and I am so grateful !

They replaced a RV windshield for me. Great job, very expediently, and let my RV stay at their location a few days before picking it up. Office staff (Lisa, Hailey) were very nice and helpful. Would recommend to anybody needing windshield replaced or repaired.

I love their direct customer service. A real person answers all calls plus they are clear and patient when helping process your claim. I was given options and no pressure to go with their services when my windshield was cracked. Everyone there was professional and my new windshield looks great!

Great friendly folks! I've had a replacement windshield done by them and chips fixed. They do great work and are very reasonably priced. The chip repair was done before I got done paying for it.

A precision did an excellent job replacing my windshield even though I didn't think they could seal do to storm damage, I have no leaks and for less money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks!!

While traveling out of state we had something break the rear side window. We found Precision on our route. They kindly saw us at closing time, removed broken window, adhered crash wrap to protect the car, ordered the new window. Next morning they replaced the window in less than an hour. Took me almost a month getting negative reports or even the it is impossible to do it from over 7 different places - including the authorized dealer. So, finally get a referral from a good friend about this amazing team! They not only were able to removed the old part from my windshield that NO other place was willing to do it , as they also quickly replace my rear mirror at no extra cost ! Don t wasting time anymore ! Next time I need assistance with auto glass, I will make one only trip : Precision Auto Glass in Daphne !

We were traveling from out of state, and got a rock chip on our windshield. They waited for us until 3 minutes before they closed, and repaired it immediately. Now that's what I call service! Recently I had to have my car's windshield replaced (rock thrown from large truck). Precision ordered the windshield from a local dealer, handled the insurance paperwork, installed it, and had me out within 90 minutes. More importantly, the replacement took place two days before all the rainy days we had courtesy of Hurricane Harvey. I have had no problems and don't expect to.

I got my window replaced here, and less than 2 weeks later it was cracked by a rock on our well-maintained interstates we have here in Alabama...Needless to say, this damage was not covered under warranty, but the Management offered to prevent the crack from spreading FREE OF CHARGE! In no way were they obligated to do this, but they were able to repair the glass and the crack is now barely noticeable. Aces for customer service!

My husband dropped his car off to get a window replaced under the car warranty. Picked it up and noticed it wasn't done right. Dropped it back off so they could redo it and yes they did the glass right but left scratches on the side of the car like they had keys or something hanging out of the pockets and left scratches. Didnt even bother calling them because this would make it a third time trying to deal with them.
