Where do you start to explain the best experience you ve ever had with an auto repair shop? Let s go to the initial meeting with Ms. Wendy, the service manager This is one of the sweetest ladies you could hope to encounter when you re having an issue with your vehicle. We recently moved to the area, and I found myself needing to replace my wife s vehicle. We purchased a beautiful little Chrysler Crossfire from an elderly Air Force retiree. The vehicle had been in storage for quite some time, which cause the fuel to go bad, and even after refueling with top grade premium and Lucas fuel additive, it was shutting off, running rough, and backfiring . Prior to speaking with Wendy, I had taken it to the Chrysler dealer. They could no longer work on the car, and didn t have the computer programming for it???? Fast forward to meeting the man himself who owns 64 Automotive, Shane. He assured me that he could take care of the issue, and he knew these Mercedes built vehicles, and their quirks. He was a man of his word. He got us in and out in a timely manner, and we couldn t be more pleased with the service we received. Wendy had given me a quote that we agreed upon, but prior to picking it up, she contacted me, and told me the balance would actually be less, because she quoted me a procedure that didn t have to be performed. NO OTHER PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH would ve done that!!!! The honesty, and integrity of this small business is absolutely second to NONE!!! We have our car back, and my wife is tickled pink with it, and we made new friends in the process. Shane, yourself , Wendy and your team are top notch, and you have earned a customer for life. You both are proof that there are still honest, trustworthy people of their word in this world, and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for treating us fairly. If anyone out there is looking for a great example of customer service, and professional work done on your vehicle, look no further. Highly recommend! Wendy and Shane came through the next day when I was in a pinch. The alternator went out in my LX570 and it was super difficult to access. I called Thursday afternoon and they had the repair completed by 3:30 on Friday. Super friendly and very helpful.

My boyfriend brought his car here and was ensured the computer system was the problem with his car. Paid them twice, took his car here two different times, the car was there for 2 months. Car was still having the same issue upon pickup for the 2nd time. They then sent him somewhere else to get a new stereo system claiming that was the problem. He paid them for a new stereo system and installation in the car & it is STILL having same problem and is not being driven 3600$ later. On top of the going on 4 months of car note payments for a car he can t drive. Next time let your customers know you THINK you know what the problem is instead of playing a guessing game that cost people good money and time!

I highly recommend Daphne Detail to anyone in need of vehicle repair. You will not find a better professional establishment than this. I have taken my car to Shane and Wendy for years, and each time they have treated me with respect, kindness and compassion making me feel as if I was top priority. This is a wonderful, family owned business. I ve known Shane and Wendy for a number of years and can say they are fair, honest and committed to quality. We have taken all of our vehicles to them for various services that have been needed through the years. I can t recommend them enough.

Wendy and Shane are amazing. They have always taken care of all of my automotive repairs. I have a great deal of respect for them. They are very fair and honest, and they treat everyone with such kindness. Shane is also a very talented mechanic. He is very knowledgeable and is a very hard worker. They work hard to take care of everyone and ensure that everything is done the right way.

I highly recommend Daphne Detail. The customer service they exemplify is incredible and they go above and beyond for thier customers. This is a business based on honesty and integrity which is hard to find especially in the automotive industry. Give them a try it will be worth it!

I highly recommend Daphne Detail for any auto service, car maintenance or repair that you need. Most recently they repaired my 2012 Chevi Equinox. Made an appt for 8:00am for a Oil change the day before and har asked if they could have me out by 8:30 because I had a 9:00 appt. they assured me they could. As promised I was pulling out at 8:25am. No BS or up-selling you get from most garages. Refreshingly professional and friendly. I will definitely start bring all business to them. If you want to support small business I would highly recommend trying them out.

Horribly rude and did a poor job on detailing. Paid $225 to have complete detail and car seats were not cleaned, sticky still in cup holders, outside of car not buffed as told they would be. When we brought the car back we were treated very poorly and told they can't do anything about it.

Wendy and Shane are the best team in the mechanics shop! Shane will fix your vehicle, and Wendy has your bill ready for you when he s finished. Love these guys!

This is the only place my family uses for car detailing or repair. The staff there is amazing! They stand behind their work! They are a one stop shop for most needs detailing- oil changes - car repair- and if they can t do it they know people that can! Locally owned - take your car there you won t be disappointed!

wow I cannot believe how great a job this gentleman did on our vehicle . we just needed to be cleaned up didn't have a smell in it and it really wasn't super super bad shape . I can tell you now if you ever want your car detailed or truck or both this is the guy to bring it to

Cost $250 for incomplete detailing... Vehicle was still filthy in some areas, inside and out, and carpet was pulled up, twisted and put back incorrectly after it was cleaned. The carpet was also ripped during cleaning, which they tried to say it came in that way.. Find somewhere else before here, won't help resolve issues same day..

What a joke! I called beforehand, I stopped by there spoke to the owner about my truck having some overspray on it and he said it would be $650 and that he would have to triple buff the entire truck and then wax it for an additional $275. I advised him that I could simply clay bar it in 30 minutes for $25 kit of clay bar. He said ok see ya later... Lol! Didnt want to clay bar the truck for me when I asked if he would just do that, lol. Btw my truck is a brand new silverado. Now that's service lmao...Never will I recommend this place. I just finished detailing it myself completely inside and out in 1 hour for 25 bucks. Stay away far away people.

250$ wasted!! Very disappointed with the outcome. Not worth the money at all! They do not take pride in their work. Job was half-assed if not less! They made it sound very convincing over the phone, nothing stated over the phone was accomplished. Came out with more scratches than went in!! Only reason it's not a 1 star, is because they tried to compensate for the job but I wasn't satstifed! Would of rather them do their job correctly!!

If you have never been to a detail shop these are the right people to see they are very honest people and do a great job. The mechanic is also a very honest and fair person. I highly recommend this place

This place is great. My car was (ashamedly) filthy when I brought it in. When I picked it up it looked and smelled brand new. And it's an '06. They go the extra mile. I definitely recommend this place.
