Excellent work and service. This place is a Diamond in the rough. Don t let the lack of an expensive store front fool you they are great at doing what they say they will do, and that s fix your car. From the down home super friendly receptionists who answered every question with unpretentious and unannoyed candor, manager who took our questions seriously, head body shop manager did the same, promptness of the work, willingness to get us in quickly, ease of working with my insurance company increasing the estimate for additional undiscovered damage. If you want your car fix come here. I hope the next time I need body work (hopefully electively) I m coming back. They earned our business and I ll recommend them to others. Very nice result on my Mercedes GLK after I had made a horrible attempt to fix damage to my front bumper. It looks like new now! very nice work Nice people working here as well and the overall costs turned out being a little cheaper than they estimated when I first brought in the vehicle.

I had some paint chipped away by rocks and the areas rusted over. PDC did a great job fixing it up and repainting it. Can't even tell there was damage. Price was very reasonable as well. Kim in the front office is great to work with and will square you away.

PDC Body Works did a great job on my car. I had a broken tail light and a few scrapes on my bumper. They fixed it nicely. My car came out looking shiny like new. The staff was really helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them.

Ivan and Kim did an amazing job on color matching my after market fairing for my Harley! They were very friendly and kept me informed during the entire process. Their quote was beyond reasonable, 1/2 price of another shop in town! I highly recommend them, they really take care of their clients and make sure you leave completely satisfied with their work! I just can t say enough positive things about them!!!

I dont leave many reviews. So take this one for what its worth. PDC has hands down the best customer service I have ever recieved.From start to finish they were professional and helpful. They gave me a detailed and thorough quote to begin with, clear and concise list of parts and labor provided.Once the car was dropped off they handled every aspect of the insurance side of the transaction flawlessly. I was updated about my cars progress every tuesday, thursday, or whenever there was a major event. They truly care about your needs as a customer.However with me what really went above and beyond was when I picked up my vehicle. My radar and sensors were no longer working due to needing recalibration (as far as I could understand) this could only be done at the dealership.They didnt put me back on a wait list, they didnt ignore the problem. They saw me asap, sat me down, explained the situation, and went as far as scheduling me at the local dealership to fix the problem. Then when the dealership was having trouble, sent thier own tech to help address what was wrong.The work done was excellent, their service above and beyond, and should I be asked to recommend a body shop for any reason. PDC would be the place.

I took my mustang gt in for some dent removal and a full paint. When I got there I was immediately impressed with owners. They were both hard at work. The process was explained very detailed and things were pointed out that I never thought of. A very detailed estimate was emailed within 24 hours. Immediately I accepted and work began a couple of weeks later. As the repairs were started there were some trouble areas that weren't seen until the prep work. I was immediately called and informed there was frame damage. However, they honor the estimate and did the extra work. It took about 4 weeks and each week I would receive updates and pictures of the work. When the day come to pick my car up, I didn't recognize it at first. It was stunning. From a dark gray to a glossy black it is absolutely beautiful. No dents, pings, scratches..... I could not find 1 imperfection. They detailed it AND I'm not sure what they did but the plastic trim even looked refreshed. Now I'm scared to drive it and it's parked with a cover on it. I highly recommend this company. They stand 100 % behind their work and will not let me have my car back until it was perfect. And thats how it is.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had someone back into my vehicle and needed a body repair shop quick. PDC allowed me to just walk in without an appointment and get everything taken care of. They estimated exactly right for the repairs, and had it done in 4 days. The work included body repair, paint, and they even detailed the inside of the car. The inside looks better than it did when I bought it last year! This company is fantastic, their team is so friendly and bubbly, and they will work hard to make sure that you are taken care of in the best ways possible. They did an amazing job on my Land Rover! Can t give these people enough credit. They were incredibly nice and helpful every step of the way. No one ever expects to get into a wreck but if you unfortunately do these are the people you want to get ahold of. So my wife and I thank you for the fast and helpful service and for being an amazing company and just great people in general!

Really nice place of Business. Within about 30 minutes I was able to get a full estimate; nice and neatly printed out. Pictures were taken, all my questions were answered, the inside of the building was cool and water was available while I waited. All in all I would definitely recommend them. (Will update once the work is completed).

Okay, so I pulled the whole front end of my charger off after hooking it on a concrete block in a parking space. I took it to PDC for the repair, expecting it to take a couple of days. To my surprise, they completed it in less than 3 hours, and washed it too! The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. I am very happy!

My mom had her Infiniti front and passenger side repaired after hitting a dear and the work was impeccable. Paint match was point on. No difference at all. Car looks brand new. Kim is really nice as well.

I took them a 15yr old Mustang with 257,000 miles on it, the paint was dried, cracked, and looked like rusty alligator skin and what I got back was a car that hasn't looked this good since it was in the showroom in 2003. Everyone on their staff was extremely polite, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. The quality of their work is absolutely outstanding and they will have all of my paint and body work in the future. Kim ! Is ! AMAZING!!! I just met her & love her !!! My sunroof broke open and I just needed it closed no matter what it took & Kim did way more than Honda or any other body shop did ! Her husband (I think ) was able to close it !! They re amazing!!! Definitely coming back for any car problems I have ! This was my first time here & outstanding!

During the holidays, my car suffered damages caused by a botched windshield installation from a known nationwide glass company... Mrs. Kim and the artesanos from PDC came to the rescue and performed a superb repair job. I normally do all body repairs on my cars and know a bit about paint and body repairs. But I was too busy and the glass co. Paid for all repairs. I gave PDC the chance, and they came thru with flying colors. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you want friendly service and work done right bring your vehicle to PDC. They welcome you with a smile and great energy! They handle all the insurance work and had my car in and out in no time. If i or a friend and family ever have another vehicle that needs work i will recommend and use PDC always!

I have used PDC two times now and they rock! Two rear end accidents through my insurance and they took care of me every step of the way. The customer service is spot on - super responsive via all mediums, periodic calls to update you on your car and parts being ordered, and just rockstar employees who make a bad situation a little bit better with a smile!Every time someone asks me for a shop after an accident, I say PDC!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I went there years ago. If it is owned by the same people for a long time, beware! If it has new owners in the past years, ignore this review. Reviews were not available at the time I got ripped off. While I was in flight school, I took in my Porsche to have a complete color change. I picked this shop because they provided the most expensive quote ($3,000 vs. $1,500 of others). It took twice as long. The front emblem was shattered. The sanding marks looked like someone took a brick over the whole car. The owner accused me of 1) Bringing the emblem in shattered, 2) That the car already had brick-like sand marks when it came in (the 4-year old car had not been painted since new and had no accidents). Total waste of $3,000. Get EVERYTHING in writing, take lots of pictures before and after, record the conversations. If I had the time before being stationed 2,000 miles away, I would have loved to sue the POS.

I am extremely please with the work that Mr. Ivan and his crew performed on my wife's Acura MDX. The level that they go to, to make sure I was satisfied is not equaled in this area. I have had paint work performed on every single vehicle I have ever owned, and normally dread the experience when it come to dealing with a typical bodyshop. Mrs. Kimberly, in the office, accurately gauged the amount of time needed, kept me informed, and worked directly with my insurance get additional repairs that was necessary covered by my insurance. All of the crew that I interacted with during the repair was professional and nice. Ivan, Kim, Brittany, Abigail, and the rest of the crew are amazing and I can not recommend them enough. PDC is setting the standards of service awfully high, I cannot thank them enough.

One of the things I appreciate and respect is straight-forwardness. I had taken my vehicle to another collision center (JH..) in town for something small and got it back four days after their said "ready" date.Kim is honest when she gives you a timeline, even when it isn't what you want to hear. There is seemingly someone always present outside of the stated business hours to accommodate those on tight work schedules.

PDC just finished a rear-end damage on my VW GLI, and did an amazing job at a very fair price. This was the third vehicle they worked on for me and I can recommend them to anyone without any reservation.

Had to replace the windshield on my SUV, the staff was very helpful. It cost $150 less than going through my insurance company. Excellent work and very professional.

They have repaired 2 different vehicles for me. One with a flip paint one with pearl paint. Both turned out AWESOME!!!!! I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone! You can t go wrong with PDC!!
