Service manager is very professional. Some of the guys mounting tires must not know what the red ( or yellow) dots are for when mounting new tires. Probably save Walmart lot of money in weights if they did.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

Took my truck in for an oil change. Service was great and the staff were friendly. I decided to ask some stupid questions that I knew the answers to just to get a feel for the place. The staff were knowledgeable and super helpful. I will definitely use their service again in the future! I end up doing some shopping while they do their work so its great for killing 2 birds with 1 stone.

I went to get a an oil change and put air in my tires they actually check the amount of tire pressure they put in my tires and most places don't. It was about 6:30 pm. 30 minutes before they closed the tire part.. The associate was very friendly and my car was finished in about 30 minutes. I heard it's a long wait sometimes but I had a good experience.

Extremely dissatisfied. I had new tires put on as well as new TPMS all the way around 3 weeks ago. What should have been an easy ordeal turned into a whole day due to "mechanics" not reading and knowing what to do. Came to pick the car up the first time, they forgot to install the TPMS...lack of reading. Came to pick it up a second time...FAULTY TPMS and vavle stem messed up, tire not holding air (still isnt)....back a third time and finally off we go. Less than a week later the TPMS light goes off again, showing 2 sensors OUT. I have photos showing this happened 3 times. Instead of them checking/replacing the sensor (as one was already proven to be faulty on day one!) They want to blame the "computer"...ok POSSIBLY! But at least replace and check the sensor first! Nope! They just hooked up their handy little computer and RESET it and yes it has already gone off again minutes after leaving. The lady told me "OHH ITS FUNNY IT NEVER SHOWS UP FOR US" 1st of all, this is the 1st time I've brought it back to address this! 2nd of all I HAVE PHOTOS and showed them to all of them including the manager.I asked the manager why we can't check the sensor before I go to dodge to get the computer checked as we already had one faulty the day of install. He showed me their screen saying "ohh it's fine" I said no it isn't and showed him my photos again showing them not working just as they weren't working before, hence adding them to the list to do at my last visit. Then he says he was trying to help me, I said no actually you aren't helping at all and I will never return...I'd rather pay someone else and lose out on all of these "warranties" they sold me covering everything.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND USELESS!NEGATIVE stars for my review! I guess everyone was right, they do just hire anyone even though they have no knowledge of vehicles

I showed up close to 5pm, the service center was pretty busy. I needed two tires and they had what I wanted in stock. I shopped for a while and checked back to find the car was already done. The price was what was quoted and the car rides great. I am happy:)

4 hours for an oil change and to patch a tire! I understand that things happen but I was standing there waiting where they could see me and not one of the mechanics asked if they could help or offered any explanation on the wait. When I asked, the service manager told me it would be "soon".... "Soon" is around an hour their time. Felt like they forgot about me or pushed my vehicle to the back of the line. People that came in AFTER me left before me.... Will not return. Would not recommend.

I arrived early in the morning before 8 to get an oil change. I got there early so I would beat the crowd. There was no one in front of me, however, I didn't leave there until 1 hour and 50 minutes later. Fifteen minutes was spent waiting on the lady at the register to come back to her register. She knew I was in a hurry. She could also tell I was upset but instead of apologizing for taking so long, she started asking me about my Christmas shopping. Not cool when you have just made me over an hour late for work.

I m only giving two stars because although I finally got the info I needed after asking three different ways, the gentleman s customer service/communication skills and price quoting skills needs some serious work. I won t give my money to anywhere that takes the tone this guy did with me. Don t take your rough morning out on your customers- or you won t have any!

First, I LOVE THIS WALMART....usually. I broke down today, flat tire, and I put a spare on. Well, my donut blew out too. Anyway, my dad met me on the road side, and took me to Wal-mart. Now, I had been calling around for prices before he got there. We go to Wal-Mart, and since we was pushed on time, we asked like how long it would be. We were reassured that it wouldn't be long. They were finishing up a vehicle, and he would have them mount my tire quickly. All they had to do was mount and balance. We were taking it back to my car. No big deal, I went to sit in the truck and my dad waited inside sitting down. TWO HOURS LATER, we finally got to leave. Apparently there were many customers going through a similar situation. It was really bad customer service, because they lied to us. The employees were nice, but there was NO reason to take that long. My dad said on the way up there how he hoped it didn't take long because their business platform is to make you wait, so that you will shop. I defended this store to the max, and was made to look stupid. Another customer in there had been waiting 2+ hours too, and his rim was bent? We witnessed the manager tell him it was no big deal, and they could fix it anyway. Then. after 2+ hours they come back and tell him they couldn't fix it. This is just so nuts! SMH, and by the time the 2 hours had passed no other places were open. Very upset, the only reason I didn't give it just one star was because the guy was nice, but they lied.

Well the only place open to have a tire put on since my daughter had a flat. That's about all I can say it was my only choice. We needed one tire they had right there by the door I got here at 430 thinking they are open till 6. Had two on the bay one getting a tire plugged (took them over an hour to do it by the way) I needed the spare pulled off throwed in the trunk old tire out of trunk and new tire put on rim install freaking rim after balance and you're done. Nope been here 1.5 hours and it has taken them 20 minutes after popping the trunk to get the old tire out.

Best part of buying tires at walmart north Cullman was the tire tech. Ordered tires on Sat. Someone suppose to call me Monday, they didn't. Called Tuesday morning at 10:30and guy said yes your tires are here but we're short handed. If you'll wait till 1p.m. after lunch we'll have extra help . Ok i show up they said you'll have to be in line. The assistant manager bumped 2 people in front of mine plus another. Got finished at 5:30 pm. What a day ! Lesson - don't buy tires at this location unless you've got time to kill.

Oil change done on my car $39. 88 and AIR filter 13.54 so I saved $10.00 on oil this time. Didn't take long at all. Synthetic oil 4.6. Nice men and women working there

If your in hurry find some other place to get your automotive work done. Two cars in front of me in the bay for oil changes, around 2 1/2 hours later they finally managed to put 2 tires on my car. Need new management.

Well took 25 min just to be seen .ordered a tire said it would take an hour because they had three people ahead of us came back in an hour . and said they still had two people ahead of us. But it was different people. I guess they put some people before othets...

They always have a problem. I went once on a Sunday morning at 8:00 and was told there wouldn't be any techs there until 9:00. I went this morning and was told only 2 tech's who were new and couldn't be left alone. 2-2.5 hour wait at least. I left and won't be back.

Took 30 minutes for them to even to look at my car, had to literally go inside and walk to the front of the store because nobody was going to the auto section even when I paged them. It's been over an hour and I looked through the glass window to see that it's taking 3 people to replace a battery.

Took my son's older model jeep for an oil change. It's first come first serve, and it took less than an hour. There are no longer chairs, so plan on standing or shopping.

Walmart amazes me with the team they have changing oil and had pointed out to me I had a transmission leak that GMAC was aware of and ignored to do anything with the problem on any of the vehicles if it wasn't for Walmart I would have blew my transmission out thank you Walmart

Nobody came to so-called stop place to check us in. Backed up ,because it was blocked, and drive up to stall and went inside only to be told to drive back to check . Woman then had to walk from inside to outside just to check me in. Wasted time and inefficient.

Glad they aren't fire fighters. 3.5 hrs to rotate and balance after being told oh the wait is short probably 30 min.
