Mullins did a fantastic job on one of my cars! Dropped it off on Sunday, and as promised, it was ready by Friday. They repaired the front end damage, and now it looks like new again. I'll definitely bring my cars here for any body repair.

I am beyond livid at the abuse of charge for towing services; over double what my usual company charges!!! We called you personally, not the city rotation, and even when you were made aware of this, you refused to provide service at a reasonable price. Unbelievable what your company did to us.

Great body shop! They do great work and they are very dependable. We use them for all our tows, even if we breakdown out of the area. Very reasonable on the price .

I highly recommend Mullins Towing services in Cullman. My truck had broken down (alternator) at the nearby Rickwood Caverns State Park campground, and Devan was able to easily navigate the tight spacing between other campers to get to my vehicle. He then loaded it up quickly and effectively to tow away for repair. I cannot thank you all enough for the help! True professionals all the way around.

They ve worked on my car before and did a fantastic job. Fair pricing and ended up looking good as new. Went by today to see if they could get a large scuff mark out of my car, did it in less than 2 minutes and didn t charge a thing. Good people.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I love all the people who work at Mullins Body Shop! Everyone from the wrecker driver (Travis) to the Shop manager (Jim) took care of me and my car with care and compassion when I had a fender bender. They did excellent work in the towing of the car and in making the necessary repairs. I would recommend using them for towing and body work repair.

Thank you all, for being so helpful. I didn't want just anyone working on my car. I needed a Professional Auto Body and Collision Repair shop, so I called Mullins. They might do good body work but they are in cahoots with insurance companies told me a problem with my vehicle wasnt caused by accident when myself and they know it was. I took vehicle and got two other opinions and they told me thatit was caused by accident that the seals on a/c on vehicle this new dont just go bad. That tells me they most likely got payed by insurance to say it didnt( they take kick backs i know they do) only thing good i can say is the woman behind the desk was very friendly a great person so were the people that did the work but the man heavy set w/ glasses that sits behind desk is a hot head and a joke

Charged me 440 for a 1 night tow. 250 hook up fee and whatever else I guess.

I went there to get a quote for my car after I hit a deer. They refused to even look at my car. Said they couldn't get parts for it. 3 other other body shops gave me a quote with no problem. I will never used any of their services again.

My car was hit at this place, but they refused to check cameras to see who hit my pt cruiser. Damage is estimated at 1-2 thousand to fix.

We live out of state we ran out of gas before we could get to the car with gas they towed my car on Christmas day instead of helping me they cost me 500 dollars

Sorry service very disrespectful and no sympathy at all yes downright bad people I would never ever ever do business with them and I recommend anyone else not to do
