Just GM was very honest with us on our repair. Due to the vehicle using a recent crate motor install by another mechanic, they gave us each option and were ultimately looking out for us to save us money even if that meant they didn't get payment for the repair. They gave us the ability to make the decision. The repair was done by Just GM and the Tahoe runs great. Can't recommend them enough.

This place took care of me the best they can. Was there from out of town working and had car troubles one shop told me I definitely needed a new motor no if ands or buts about it. Took it to just gm and found out it jumped timing so the just put in a whole new kit which I was agreeing that would be best option even though it was pretty steep, but not new motor steep. My only complaint is they did get sloppy and forgot to tighten a few things up one being my water outlet wasn't clamped so it blew off and all my coolant blew out. I pulled over as fast as I could but I believe it's done some other damage and I'm scared to drive it back to them 3 hrs away

Ken seemed to know what he was talking about. He was friendly. I have to call him Monday to set up an appointment. I picked up my car and they did everything I asked them to do. Friendly, very professional and reasonable prices. I think I have found a mechanic I trust.

We have taken our cars here when we have issues. They are always helpful and don't charge you and arm and a leg. My mother in law took her car there that was making a screeching noise that her regular repair guy couldn't figure out. They found out what it was and it was a simple fix and they didn't charge her much at all. Very impressed with their customer service and prices!

If zero stars were an option they wouldn t even get one star. They are Very unprofessional. Every time I talked to somebody about my vehicle they gave me a different price, which always went up. And the worst part is I have to still have my truck towed to a different shop to get fixed after they fixed nothing and charged me a couple thousand for it. They will never get mine or any of my families business again.

Mr. Philips and the mechanics are always honest. I've been using them for 10 years for anything like minor work such as door handle replacement up to engine rebuild or installations. Great service highly recommend and BTW they work on foreign cars also don't let the name fool you.

This place is an oxymoron - meaning they are honest mechanics! It's a breath of fresh air when you find a mechanic who will tell you the truth and actually drop the price they quoted you when they see that your repairs won't be as expensive as they originally thought. Love these guys!

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU NEED FOR CAR AND TRUCK REPAIRS, GASOLINE AND DIESEL POWERED.First, Prayers for the owner for a speedy recovery from his surgery. That being said, most places today, if the boss is away, levels of proffessionism fall. This is THE EXCEPTION to that theory. They treat the business as if they paid the Bill's. The garage area is clean and organized. Lobby and service desk area, clean and neat. Ken and Chris are the face of the company and they represent very well. This is the template that other businesses should learn from. That all being said.My A/C compressor went out on my Nissan. I wasn't sure that was the issue. So, on the recommendation of my father in law , I took the car here. Ken had it diagnosed and it was the compressor. They applied the diagnostic fee to the actual repair, making the bill very affordable. I waited at the garage while the replacement was being done. I saw customer after customer smiling and appreciative of their service and repairs. Chris and Ken are good people. They make the business stand out in a crowd. The mechanics were professional. They took the time to assure no damage to the car by using fender covers. The car didn't have handprints or grease in the interior after finishing. I see small town neighborly care with highly qualified mechanics and Customer Service advisers. Any repairs I may need in the future will be going here and only here.

Really good mechanics shop. They take time to listen and don't try to sell you on things you don't need. They're not all about the up selling, they will actually try to help you keep costs down. They may take a little longer than some, but they provide really good service.

Very honest shop. Had rattle under the hood and took it in. Turned out it was a fan shroud not secured that had come loose from a previous repair. They could have charged for a new repair and we would not have known it wasnt required. Instead they repaired it at no charge. Hard to find a mechanic you can trust.

The service is not how the people say in the reviews I took my car here to get a axle and ball joint I'm disappionted my brakes are scrubbing the same sensors light is on from when my car broke down sounds like the axle is about to tear up at least the mechanic should of change my other axle on the right side now it seems my wheel is off balance terribly I took my car here to fix all the issues from the front end when the crash occurred and only 2 things was done.

This place is the best shop I ve ever used! They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. This is very difficult to find these days. I can not say enough good about Just GM Auto. Just leaving from a funeral, traveling alone, still had 6 hours to go and I broke down. I had the hardest time finding an auto repair shop that would take my car do to the age and type even though it was only a radiator hose. Stranded where I broke down....calling and calling I finally found Just GM Auto the next town over. The man on the phone, Ken was very friendly and caring. He ordered the part right away, had it overnighted and my car fix the very next day by noon so I could get back on the road safely.I give Just GM Auto & Truck Repair Plus 5 stars for being kind, quick, reliable and trustworthy. Their ability to "fix" a vehicle is sub-par....but I digress. I just don't want anyone else to suffer what my family has due to their false claims of putting on a large paid receipt as "problem solved"
