I cannot brag on this crew enough! After hitting a deer, they were able to get my car fixed in no time! Great communication, great customer service, and just an overall great experience!

We were absolutely amazed by the customer service we received. The communication was impeccable as well as the technicians. Brooke is so professional, hard working. We pulled in the parking lot and she is wiping our beautiful car down. From start to finish I could rate 10 stars if possible.

What a fantastic experience! Our car was towed here from the Huntsville location, and I m so glad it was. Brooke and her team are AMAZING! Prompt turn around, excellent communication, and they truly went above and beyond. My car looks brand new again! Can t recommend them enough.

Insurance scam artist. These thieves supposedly did more than 80 hrs of labor on my truck and only needed 1 part a tail light. You can make your own decisions and go there and have your car dramatically devalued. I live by the shop and my truck tells me when it's started and moved it may have been inside a total of 3 days. Here are pictures before they fixed it try finding the over 2 weeks of labor they charged for. Only 400 miles on truck

Can t say enough good about the repairs made to my truck. They met the time frames given to me and once my truck was complete there were issues with parts that were replaced. These issues were handled as warranty and the accommodated my schedule for the repairs. My truck looks amazing and I m very satisfied with the quality of service.

I am very impressed with Joe Hudson Collision Shop. They were professional, kind and courteous through the entire process. I ve used other body shops in the past and they don t compare to the professionalism of Joe Hudson; from staying in contact with me, my insurance and the rental company to doing an amazing job in my car. They surpassed my expectations and I highly recommend them.

Joe Hudson Collision Center in Cullman exceeded my expectations by a landslide!! Brooke and her team did fabulous work on my vehicle and even got it done a week before the scheduled pickup time. My daughter's car was put in on a Thursday and picked up the following day. Miss Brook was so sweet. I can't begin to say enough nice things about this business. They were exceptionally fast at repairing my car. However when I received my car, I had to return it multiple times for break light being out, AC not working, Water sound in the dash, and the vents blow when accelerating the car. They took my car back and worked on it with everything that came up until everything was fixed with little to no disagreement and no additional charges.

Very friendly service. Picked my car up today and it looks like the day I took it off show room floor beautiful!! They wash and detail my car before returning it. They even took my rental back for me. I had absolutely no worries throughout the whole process of fixing my car. They took care of me like I was family. Any concerns I had it was addressed immediately. Thank you so much!!!
