Good service and nice people -- work was done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!Graves is honest and explains everything they are going to do. I'm keeping my old car on the road because I can't afford car payments and these folks understand that. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could! Graves Auto Service is a wonderful family-owned business that made my family feel like their family. My Audi s radiator blew at 3:00 am on Good Friday and I was back on the road by 6:00 pm the same day!That is what I call quality service!Keith, Patrick, and the owner were amazing! The station is clean and spacious, I highly recommend taking every vehicle to Graves Auto Service!Thank you for all of your kindness and hospitality!Andrea

I stopped by Graves after seeing a huge screw in my tire. I didn t dare take it out knowing it would probably go flat fast. They were able to fit me into their schedule after a short wait and repaired my tire with a patch/plug combo and was very reasonably priced (about $30). They have a nice clean waiting room for your convenience. They were very friendly and very professional. Also, they even checked back with me the next day to make sure everything was okay, which is unheard of these days. I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Graves to do any work on my vehicle as they have shown to be a business that cares about their customers. Thank you, Jeff

I highly recommend. They conduct themselves with the utmost integrity and don t try to sell you services you don t need. I had a shop tell me I needed a $500+ repair on my truck. I took my truck to them for a second opinion and they were able to inspect my vehicle and save me $500 because the repair wasn t needed. They also stand by their work with an insanely good warranty.Again, I highly recommend. Few people still do business the way they do.

Brought my vehicle in for a transmission flush. I was told it didn't need a flush, and intact, had too much trans fluid and they removed some. And instead they said it needed a tune up and a fuel system flush. So i agreed to that. My vehicle has not run right ever since I got it back!! The transmission is slipping like crazy. It hesitates as soon as you accelerate, and the tune up and fuel flush made no improvement. I spent a LOT of money here to have my vehicle come back in WORSE condition than when I brought it in. This was my very first time using Graves, and my last.

The mechanics at Graves were so good to us. Our car broke down while on vacation and we were towed to Graves Auto. They immediately started working on our car to try to get us back on the road. They even stayed late the first night trying to get it fixed. When they realized there was more going on, they kept it overnight to make sure we weren't driving a vehicle that would continue to cause us problems. They got everything fixed the next day and got us back on the road. We were so grateful for their efforts and working hard to not only make sure we had a working vehicle, but to do the job correctly so we would have a safe vehicle. Thank you, Graves!

I cannot recommend Grave's Auto Service highly enough. Professional, fast, and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you things you don't need and are very honest people. Had the best experience with Graves Auto Service, I have always taken my vehicles to the dealership for routine maintenance but so glad to find a local shop that truly takes care of your needs at affordable prices and quickly! Love their inviting waiting room with a stocked coffee bar and drinks to enjoy during the quick wait! Plus they went over some future service needs so I had time to budget appropriately- much appreciated! Will be back 4 sure! Highly recommend!

I took my 2018 Toyota Tundra in for an oil change. They changed the oil and filter and verified that other fluid levels were correct and that my antifreeze was good for this winter. They were very professional and thorough with their work. Would recommend to friends and family.

Everyone, USE THESE GUYS! They are honest and fair, and reasonably priced. I feel very confident putting my daughter back in her car that they repaired, and she is the most precious thing to me, so that's saying a lot! Give them a shot- they are worth it!

Called to get our yukon serviced and they told us to bring it to them the next morning. Changed the oil, topped everything off and checked the entire vehicle , in less than a hour and the best part was the price was way less than we expected. Really nice people and we'll definitely be using them again.

I was in with a friend to get a tire replacementI asked about repairs to my Wife's car, he said sure bring it in when you canLater that week, I took it in, he put me on the list, and as I waited, his guys did the repair and oil change, without breaking the bank.They will be our repair and oil change spot from now on

The staff were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The parking lot was well organized and the office and waiting room were clean, and also organized. Patrick went above and beyond the call of duty! He called me by name when I walk in, I've had previous work done. He answered questions and provided information about work I need to have done in the future. He even gave me a diagram showing parts that were necessary. For work was done in a timely and efficient manner. I was out of there and under an hour!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Just recently moved here and someone suggested taking my car to Graves. They seem to do a good job and I have developed a trust in Keith. So many places will try to take advantage of you but it seems for now that Graves has been straight up. I took my daughters car there recently and it smelled of cigarette smoke after we picked it up but the problem with the car was identified and repaired. I would recommend them for any auto service needs on your vehicle.

I ve been here twice now for different issues on my truck and they have been amazing both times. Explained what was wrong and what they had to do to fix it and kept it cheap as possible.
