Wouldn t recommend buying anything from them. When I purchased my car I was missing a part on my dash, they put in the papers they would replace it. I have reached out MULTIPLE times to ask them about this & I either don t get a response or they tell me we are looking for it . Well I m going on a YEAR of having my car & I have yet to see this part. They got what they wanted(to sell a car) so now it doesn t matter to them if I have what I need.

freud. I was told that the car had a perfect service history and was 100% perfect. Well 90 days later.. engine is knocking and not drivable. I do NOT recommend cullman auto mall to anyone. they refuse to help. you or even be understanding of the situation. I have to get a WHOLE NEW engine in the car. I ve gotten multiple estimates worth almost TEN THOUSAND! They seen an 18 yr old girl ready to buy her first big girl purchase and completely took advantage and the REFUSE TO HELP!! NEVER GO TO CULLMAN AUTO MALL!!!

Corvette I was going to purchase had a traction control light system on dash, test drove the car and loved it and was told they would get it checked on Monday and call me once fixed, no call Monday and the car was sold, not a reliable response to a cash buyer, don't take a dealerships word get it in writing.

After 3 weeks of seemingly chasing unicorns, I purchased a car from here. Out of all the dealerships I had been to this one was BY FAR the best experience! Very welcoming & not pushy. My salesman Adam was great! Very easy to communicate with & was transparent with me during the process. Highly recommend!!

Impressed with the honest communication, reasonable negotiation, and personal service. Was about to drive an hour to look at a car, and the salesman called me to let me know the particulars of a check engine light they noticed on the vehicle that day. Could ve easily let me make the drive and hope I don t see the light. Got a solid deal and knew the pros and cons due to their honesty. Seems like an honest operation looking out for the best interests of the customer.

These guys are the BEST!! Mark was able to find the perfect car for me while I was living across the country. Once I was home and ready to pick up the car, Heath and Kevin made the transition process seamless. The car buying process was quick, professional, and easy! Won t be buying from anyone else from here on out!

Went to big GMC dealership looking for a good used Sierra. They would not work with me on price. I went to see if Mark could help me. When it comes to buying a truck I m not the easiest customer to deal with. I have a very strict budget and very picky about my truck. Mark went way out of his way to find me a truck. I ve never had a salesman work so hard to find me a truck in my budget. I turned down 2 trucks and he kept searching for me and the third truck he found was a keeper. I thought after turning down 2 trucks he would give up on me but he didn t he kept working until I found the perfect truck for me. Highly recommend Cullman Auto Mall. Thank you Mark for a great buying experience.

Amazing staff, friendly, VERY HELPFUL!!!! I will send anyone to them that s looking for a vehicle. They make the process so easy. Treated us as if they had known us forever. We drove 6 hours to purchase a vehicle. Will be purchasing again. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH.

I thought the guys at the dealership couldn't have been anymore helpful. I spent several hours on a couple of different occasions trying to find exactly what my daughter was looking for. Heath found what we were in the market for and arranged to have it delivered. They detailed it immaculately and we couldn't have been any happier with the amount of effort they gave making us happy. Guys gave 110%

You could not pick a better used car dealer. As soon as we walked in we were treated with respect. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and honest. I came across their add for a 2014 Camaro RS that was everything I wanted and more. The price was close to KBB value, with very low mileage, and all the tech you could ask for! This car looks like it's fresh out of the factory! If not for the mileage you'd never know it isn't! I've wanted a camaro since I was 10 years old and never gotten to own or even drive one. I test drove this car and knew I couldn't leave without this car! These guys are completely transparent and fair. They came down on the price too and they didn't have to. We had no problem with the financing and were approved in a matter minutes. The car I've wanted for as long as I can remember is now in my driveway and I could not be happier with this purchase! I cannot thank the team at Cullman Auto Mall enough for making my dream come true. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an excellent used vehicle at a fair price to look these guys up! Seriously. Look them up. Go by there. Look. Talk to them. They will work with you. They will show you what they payed for the vehicle and what they are making on it. They are fair, respectful, helpful, and we actually had fun! They even washed the car before I drove away. There was no stress, no tricks, no gimmicks, nothing! I cannot say enough good things about this place and am grateful that I made the decision to go check this car out.

This is a great place to buy a car! The salespeople there are very accommodating and helpful! They will do everything in their power to help you get a car. They are not too pushy and are very genuine people! 100% recommend buying a car from here!

Got to be the worst place to buy a car in Cullman.Bought an 03 Tacoma 3 months ago and all I've done is put money into it. Tried to take it back but was treated so rudely by Heath, he basically told me oh well you bought it. The owner hides in the back with his tail between his legs trying to avoid me. Never calls back when he does finally show up. I new i was buying a used truck but to spend 11,000 cash for something and it breaks down you would think they would do something about it. Best part is they claim to be a good christian family owned business..

Had a great experience here at Cullman Mall today found the Car of my dreams again. I say that cause we have gotten our last (4) vehicles from Cullman Mall. Wouldn't think of going anywhere's else. Heath Mauldin is one of the best Manager/Salesman in the county the whole Staff is so eager to please, very respectful and professional. Again we left filling like we got the better end of the deal. Felt like we were still part of their Family.

This place is just what we needed! Adam Heath and Bubba seemed to care about us and our needs. Not just a sale. If you need a good deal on a cool vehicle, you won't be disappointed with these boys! Now I'm off in my almost new CHEVY EQUINOX! Woohoo!

Hey listen up folks if you want a great deal on a vehicle fake gold Cullman Auto Mall ask for Mark he'll treat I bought a 2017 Yukon XL off of him for a great price he'll give you a great detail he will help you out anyway he can just put you in that vehicle so go to Colman Auto Mart and ask forMark

I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership. I suggest if you do decide to buy, you get the car/truck inspected first...I wish we did.

Very down to earth people. Also believe it or not they knew every answer I asked as well they have common sense!!!!!? Which as we all know common sense is not that common anymore!!! Would recommend this place to anyone!
