Zack was supper helpful. I messed up my tailgate trying to customize it myself. I had the idea to line x my mess up, and these guys killed it! Very good quality work. 100% would refer these guys for any automotive work.

I want to give a huge shout out to Zac from Branham tire & and accessories! I noticed that I had a flat tire at the Lin Garden and he offered to help me get the tire off so I could get a patch at Walmart before they closed. Unfortunately when I got to Walmart they could not repair the tire and by the time I got back to my car he had just finished eating dinner at the Lin garden and came out and offered me assistance again putting my spare tire on! He went above and beyond to help me and I am so thankful for all of his help!

Chris the owner is super knowledgeable and professional when it comes to cars and his business. His entire team is awesome! They fixed and aligned the fronted of my 1966 Mustang along with putting on new tires. We had a slight issue afterwards and it was fixed immediately. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Had to have truck towed there and they had it fixed same day. It was a somewhat easy fix. So, be realistic about repair time. The staff is always nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I was on the road and needed repairs. They sourced the parts and worked with me to do the repair in a day or so. For somebody from out of stare and likely not to be a repeat customer, these folks are absolutely fantastic. Knowledgeable, cocourteous and pleasant. If you live in the area, these folks should be your go to! AND they sent me to the Busy Bee and a killer donut shop. Now that is service!

We took our Yukon in for some suspension work. We ran into some unforeseen issues and they worked above and beyond to get our vehicle driving perfectly. We appreciate all their time and effort they put in to make sure their customer was happy. They were excellent to deal with and did everything possible to make the experience an excellent one. Highly recommend them!

Bought a new truck from Mitch Smith, they scheduled a spray in bed liner for me. I arrived early on a Friday and they had my truck fixed up and rolling in 3 hours. Staff was friendly and answered all the questions. Make sure and ask for Jason when there!

I purchased my tires for my BMW roadster. 1st they had 2 counter weights on the same tire. Opposite of the other. Pointless. 1 counters the other! Then at balance & rotation. He told me I would be having a blow-out. I paid for road hazard on my tires. Why not just advise me and replace? Has Not been a few decent visits with this company...

GREAT EXPERIENCE all around. Everyone was so friendly and professional, from the man who greeted me to the young lady who took my payment. I was in-and-out in about 25 minutes, and it was $20 less than the "quick chain" oil change I had been using. Best of all, they didn't try to sell me anything. I actually went in asking if I needed new tires, and to my surprise, I was told my tires were fine. My husband had a flat, and they worked him in with no appointment, and again, fixed the tire instead of trying to sell him a new one. So happy to support a local business that treats its customers with dignity and honesty.

I ve been meaning to post this review for a little while. Last month I was having all sorts of tire trouble. First I had a tire blowout and had to be towed. Based on other reviews, I chose Branham, and I am very glad I did. Their service went above and beyond, and I was back on the road very quickly. They gave me a fair price, and because my other three tires were close to being due for a change, I half expected them to try and sell me the other three based on bad experiences at other tire places, but they simply said if I needed to replace the other three in the future, they d be more than happy to help me out. They wouldn t have to wait very long.A couple of weeks later, I had another blowout, and decided to just go ahead and have the other three replaced. It was a no-brainer to go to Branham and let them handle it. Unfortunately because of the nature of the second blowout, I had to have the entire wheel replaced, which took a little bit of time, but they were incredibly helpful and got me exactly what I needed.All in all, these folks provide great service, are incredibly helpful and friendly, and in my dealings, handle themselves with the utmost class. Highest possible recommendation.

Where do I start? Friday before Christmas when most places are closing early I get a low tire pressure alert on my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas and found a screw head sticking out of one of my tires. I pulled up to Branham Tire and Accessories, walked up to the door and It was locked. I thought, oh great. Then a person inside saw me and came and unlocked the door. The gentleman at the desk asked if I needed some help and I told him about my tire. He came out, looked at my tire and told me he had let his workers go home early but that he would fix it. He pulled my car in the shop, pulled the tire off, broke it down,and found the screw hadn t gone all the way through. He remounted the tire, aired it up, tested it, and put it back on the car. I was so surprised to find out that this man was the owner of Branham tire, Chris Branham. Out of the kindness of his heart he took the time to make sure we would have a safe tire for Christmas and did not charge us. He just wished us a Merry Christmas. It s people like Chris that make living in Cullman special

Just wanted to say thanks to all at Branham and share my personal experience. You guys did an awesome job on the truck. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity for any of your automotive needs. It s important to me to know that the actual owner of the business is present most all the time. I could tell he cared about my project just as much as I did. Him and his crew worked very hard to get the truck done and delivered as promised. For that I m grateful. The staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. The installer was very thorough and explained everything that he had done to the truck. Again l, can t thank you all enough for the great service you always provide!Ryan

Had a great experience with Branham Tire and Accessories, I had them order step rails for my Silverado and they came in right when the said they would, installation took less than an hour and the customer service was great, they answered all my questions with out having to go ask a manager or someone else, that really impressed me. They have fair prices and everyone was polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.

First time using them. Very clean nice and professional appearance. They replaced my back brakes. I didn't think it was correct, (loud noises coming from rear afterwards) they inspected them and fixed the issue. So yes I will be returning. Would recommend to anyone.

Chris team fixed the folding on my truck in about 20-33 minutes. Now this mirror out performs the mirror on the other door. If was a veribly reasonably price job. I let them do all of my automative work. They get you in and out and don t overly charge . BNB

Chris & Jennifer Branham went over the top to make sure my repair was done right and went smoothly. I had Line-X sprayed in my husband's new truck at Branhams. Absolutely love it! I like that they take time with their customers, make sure they understand what's going on and what is involved. They were very nice, welcoming and very friendly .I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in the Line x.

They are always busy, but they try very hard to get to you as fast as possible, knowledgeable and helpful in getting you exactly what you want. If you have any needs for your truck, suv, whatever, then go here first !!!! Been a costumer for a couple of years now and still haven't had an issue with these guys, excellent customer service

I took my 2017 Suburban in for an electrical issue, and I am so glad to say this shop restores my faith in humanity. First they were too busy to really dig into my problem, but a super nice mechanic, Phillip, spent a fair amount of time narrowing down the problem and advising me that he didn t want to charge me for unnecessary repairs. He further advised that he believed a Chevy dealership would need to look into it, as it I was probably computer related. This is how a business should operate. They have won my business forever and I recommend them to anyone reading this. Bravo! Thank you!
