We highly recommend Bennett; price was good, service was prompt and friendly. As an added bonus, the store is a museum/eclectic collection of history, stitchery and memorabilia.

My mother just came up there to get a new tire well long story short she works for a home health agency and she uses a company car and her boss gave her a list of tire places to go to and Bennetts was one of them, so she goes gets the tire put on and when it s time to pay she tells them they need to contact her boss so her boss can pay it because my mother shouldn t have to pay out of her pocket since she s using a company car. Well the owner I m assuming comes out and starts cussing at my mother saying he doesn t deal with my moms boss and he doesn t do things like that and that she has no business walking around with no money and she said I told you I don t have cash but I have a card and he said oh I didn t know. Well my brother was on the phone with my mom when he was cussing her and he comes in because he s out in the parking lot and the owner finally quit cussing her and started to apologize and one of the receptionist was waving her arm at my mom saying sorry to her too. And my mom had to pay out of her pocket and they said they wouldn t reimburse her so I highly do not recommend this place at all.

Called an was treated like I was stupid. One person told me one price and the owner told me people like me who buy tires from an individual and have them put them on are the people that put him out of business. I sat and listened to him complain finally I hung up. Talk to my husband about it. Turns out he was rude to my husband as well. I don't care if you been in business 52 years you don't have to be a jerk .

These people would win "friendliest tire store in Alabama" if there was such an award. They go the extra mile helping you with whatever issue you have. I've taken my car and my lawnmower tire business here and will not go anywhere else.

This is one of the few honest tire stores in Cullman. Mechanic checked my van for alignment and came back and informed me it didn't need an alignment. Charge was only $25 to check. Most shops would have charged full price and done nothing. Very honest business. Highly recommend this business. Even has a dog that will keep you entertained while waiting.

Scam business, make sure you get a written estimate and have two hours before letting them do anything for you ($160 to mount and balance 4 tires not even on the car) I took them off and installed them myself plus the old goat took over two hours, and was rude. The cashier was rude also. I will never go back and I recommend you go anywhere else plus I doubt the positive feedback is even real!!!!!!

I took my car in for a total front end job, it's old and needed serious repair. That is what I got, great fast service. I also bought new tires and had breaks done. The price was reasonable for the extent of work I had performed. The end result, the car performs like a new car. All the vibration and wiggle in the front end is repaired. I am very satisfied with them.

Kind, nice, professional and quick. They are family owned and operated, and you can tell! I use them for all my family's tire needs! I love Bennett Tire and would recommend to anyone in Cullman County.

At first I was a little skeptical after entering the business and not being helped right away. A few moments later I explained I had a nail in a tire and needed it patched. The serviceman removed the nail and found another that he also removed. Neither nails pierced the tire so it was not leaking. Due to this, they didn't charge me anything. Overall a good customer service.

Not happy! I trusted this company as they seemed to be a good Christian company. I went in the with a nail in my tire, they were going to plug it but said the tire was to damaged and refuse to. So they sold me a spare that will not keep air!!!!! They should have put my tire patched my old tire and let me get a new one as my old tire was in much better shape than this spare!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! I want my money back!

Very good service and quick, but it was something like $27 for a simple nail hole patch. I once got a set of 4 high tread pull off tires in Hanceville from college tire for $125, so it seems high priced comparatively. It's been the same half dozen guys working there for at least the last 15 years.

I was charged $168.50 to mount and balance tires on a Honda Accord. That's not including the price of the tires; just the labor to mount and balance. This was just a standard mount and balance, no broken or stripped studs or anything like that.I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

In my opinion to charge almost $35 to patch a tire and replace a stem is mighty expensive!!!! The job was done well and quickly; but I still think 35 was more than other shops...

Never will go there again. No one to change tire nor was told they have to order a tire, only one man there. Went to Walmart they replaced my tire that day !

$15 just to check a tire for a nail. Silly me thinking that part would be free, as most places will remover the nail AND patch the tire for cheaper than that

Stopped to get tires rotated and balanced. No customers waiting no vehicles being worked on . Said they couldn t get to me today bring back next week. . Ok that s fine McGriff fixed me up .

I had a nail in tire of my truck. They charged me $37.10 to patch.UNACCEPTABLE WILL NEVER BE BACK. I can see now why there is never any business there.

They are good to give you credit. They are not women friendly I would suggest that you send your husband or a male friend if you want fast and friendly service.

Called them to see if they could put pads on my car , I told him I already had new pads , guy got mad and told me they don't put on what they don't sell .
