I had a great experience! Dakota took care of everything I needed and made sure to help how he could! After no other store was able to help me they took the time out their night even though it was cold and rainy!

Asked for help finding a screws to attach my new tag to my vehicle. Woman at the counter was so rude and just said "we can't help you" and sent me away. Tons of employees yet I talked to the one with the worst customer service skills. Someone could have easily stepped outside to look at my screw holes and advise me on what to buy. Terrible experience that I did NOT expect. If you want helpful service, don't talk to to the lady at the counter.

Sonya was amazing in helping us out. It was almost closing and our starter went out down the road. We paid for the part over the phone, and she brought it to us to help us out. Thank you so much, that was a Blessing and amazing how she went out of her way, after hours on her own time to help us. Thank you so much, we are extremely grateful.

I ordered a dip stick for my Chevy Cruze and some chick up there named Kasey also drives a Chevy Cruze and when I went to pick it up. It wasn t there and they said some old lady picked it up but I m certain good ol Kasey has a new dip stick under her hood!!!

Out of all our years of dealing with Auto Zone we have never been treated so unfairly and rude by both in-store managers. My daughters car broke down and she was approximately 1.5hrs away from us. My husband drove to several auto mechanic shops before finding one that could repair her car. My husband had to purchase the part before doing so. There was an auto zone near by where the cost of the part was $300.00, he purchased it and had it installed at the local shop. After waiting 4-5 hrs to have the part installed, the part was no good. He contacted auto zone to let them know what happened and they offered to exchange it. It was going to take the mechanic 45 minutes to take the damaged part off to replace it. My husband was trying to save time so he went to pick up the new one but they refused and stated it was against store policy and he d have to wait for them to remove it and return it OR spend another 300 bucks! We were told someone could bring a new one to him but we did not know how long that would take. Needless to say they were rude, sold us a damage part, time waisted and was not willing to assist us even though it was their mess up. We do not recommend this location at all and plan to never return unless we absolutely have no other choice.

This so great AutoZone store with an exceptionally helpful staff! I shop here on a weekly basis and they're always courteous and speedy and getting me the parts I need when I need them to keep me driving down the road! The best thing if they don't have it they get it quickly and efficiently! I definitely give them a thumbs up thanks to Wade, Riley and the rest of their staff.

Just bought a battery at Cullman Alabamas Auto Zone. The salesman Craig Orr was very helpful and polite. He made sure we purchased the right battery that we needed. He s very professional but still friendly. He carried my battery out for me. Which I appreciate very much.

I went in auto zone in Cullman yesterday to exchange a jump box I bought months ago that had warranty still and I m telling u the young lady that waited on me by the name of Casey T was AWESOME , very professional, kind, well mannered all the above plus a bag of chips lmbo but fr fr I have never n my 44 years of life have never been treated so kindly and I just wanted to give credit we re it is due so a GREAT BIG TY TO CASEY T WHO I BELIEVE WAS HEAVEN SENT TO B AT THAT STORE IN CULLMAN ITS WAS SUCH AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE that I WOULD GLADLY DRIVE AND WILL DO SO IN MY FUTURE VISITS TO AUTO ZONE AND I LIVE IN REMLAP 79 side it s an hr drive one way so CASEY GOD BLESS U AND YOUR FAMILY IN CHRISTS LOVE ALWAYS JESSE OH YEAH IF lake THAT WHEN U GO TO AUTO PATTS STORES ECT. And wanna have a great visit go c her and u tell me what u think from ur own view I know that I know that won me over and it s worth a 2 hr or even a 3 hr drive or more in my eyes to get that kinda service any were any place this day and time yeahhh Casey great job

The guys here were absolutely no help they told us what to buy when we bought that it did not work but it blew out our tail lights so I had to buy a new batteries we needed a ranch to put the part we just bought in and they refused to let us borrow one we had to buy it. What I went in there and tried to get help they just laughed we'll never go back to the store

The customer service is very well done in a professional manner. The people that work there try their best to find what you're looking for and to help you. I think my experience in every Walmart store has been excellent the people are very devoted Network care friendly and always very helpful.

Battery dying and drove there this morning. Purchased new battery for 2015 GMC Sierra. Young Lady checked me out, explaining differences in the two Batteries I was considering. Knowledgeable and pleasant in her method and I feel she helped me choose correctly. Then young man about 17-18 years old installed the battery. He was careful with all the hardware needed to remove to get old battery out and new in. We talked the entire time about college, his future, etc. He has his head on right and never missed a beat. Impressive and Autozone has two young performers there that they need to nurture. I d hire either one of them tomorrow. No relation to anyone there or Autozone. Just a customer, Thanks Autozone.

This place is terrible the lady there sold me the wrong break pads. I get to the place that is fixing my car they take them off and guess what. The break are for a dodge charger. I drive a Honda Accord they are way to big. Look at the receipt the numbers don't match the box not even close so this lady straight up gave me the wrong parts. Don't buy parts from people who know nothing about cars almost anyone would of looked at the pads and seen that Honda never made a car truck or anything with breaks that large come on. Worst experience ever. They refunded me but the money is to yet go back on my card I had to buy more pads from the mechanic to fix my car. Repeat do not buy parts from people who know nothing about vehicles.

Excellent customer service. That kid made me feel like I was the only one in the store and went the extra mile to make sure I was covering all possible bases so I wouldn't wind up stranded on the road somewhere, and did so after the end of his shift without hesitation. I'm extremely impressed.

Amazing service! I know nothing about vehicles and had been by two other parts stores that day to figure out what was wrong with my truck and got no answers whatsoever! So, I decided to stop at AutoZone and Parts Manager, Chris D. was quick to offer to help me out. He read my check engine light codes, checked my battery, starter and alternator, and also gave me a print out of everything the tests showed that was wrong with my truck. Not only did he diagnosis the issues, he also explained what the issues were and printed out the results, plus the pictures of the parts and their prices as well. He also recommended a very honest and friendly mechanic that would deliver his services no matter where I was broken down day or night. As far as I'm concerned, Cullman AutoZone is the best parts store with the most professional and helpful staff of any parts store in that area and I was visiting from another state vacationing with my children. It was an absolute amazing experience and I would recommend anyone and everyone to visit them first before wasting their time at other businesses that would try to take advantage of you. I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option! Thank you! Now my truck runs better than it did when I purchased it.*I'd like to add all those services were free of charge, cost me nothing, and were extremely fast!*

My fianc� prepaid for a part the guy asked if he wanted to pick it up or have it delivered. He chose it to be delivered, we it s was suppose to be there by Monday and no part came. We went up there today to see where the part was the manager was rude and said we don t deliver parts shipped to the house but if that s where it was going then it went there and said next.

Pouring rain, thunderstorm, wind and my windshield wipers just weren't working. Made it to AutoZone. They were so great. Got great wipers @ good price. Had to wait for break in storm or would have been out in 15 minutes easy. Excellent experience!
