Kept my car over a month. Told them what it was doing. Went to pick it up today and it quit on me three times before I got it home. Which is exactly why I took it there. They didn't even drive it to see if it was fixed. Don't know what they fixed but cost me hundreds of dollars for whatever they did. Still can't drive it.

It's ALWAYS oddly comforting arriving at Affordable, despite whatever auto issue we may be having. Lavishly bearded, steady-focused & ever increasing in age, boss-man, Kelly immediately calms automotive storms, within a single bound. His transparent, tried & true testimony of personal integrity sets the foundation. Then, friendly, faithful, good Ole, gray-faced dog, Maggie makes everyone feel at home. Ever, dutiful & highly esteemed- still MUCH sharper than any thumbtack- family Patriarch Mr Duke naturally induces an atmosphere of professional confidence & then the much beloved,busier-than-most-productive-beavers are always customer-attentive staff & ready with a joke or a smile.

WORST MECHANIC IN CULLMAN we took our car there to get looked at and came back and it was missing a hubcap and a quarter tank of gas. When asked what happened the mechanic said it must have happened before he got it and that he doesn't know where it went. When I tried to ask more about it he got aggressive and I thought he was about to put hands on me. NEVER GO TO AFFORDABLE AUTO!

Honest people, fair prices. Repairs to my car were excellent. Took my mom s old, high mileage cart for repair and they called and advised we shouldn t put any more money into that car. They could ve easily said nothing, repaired and made money but they were honest.

For reliable, honest, and affordable repairs, I highly recommend Affordable Automotive for all your car repairs. I had a bad carburetor and was referred to this place by a neighbor. They attempted to actually repair the carburetor so I wouldn't have to buy a new one but were unable, which was honestly a lot more than I was expecting them to do. They apologized and replaced the carburetor with a new one and it ran great.On another occasion I had a freon leak. I took it to the Ford dealership and they correctly diagnosed it as needing a new compressor, however they wanted $2100 to replace it. I took it to Affordable Automotive and they diagnosed it as the same issue but charged me only $800 for the same repair.They are friendly, honest and true to their name, affordable.

Kelly was a godsend. My car had a radiator hose leak on my drive through Cullman. Although a Mini Cooper is not something they work on everyday, it felt like they went out of their way to work it out and was able to get me on the road again.Everyone was friendly and honest.

Only charged for the tow fee. Extremely busy shop so don't expect it to be ready to quick. Honest.Have a couple of relatives that use them, that is how they were recommended to me.

I was able to get my car in immediately. Air conditioner needed freon. Charge was minimal. Good people to do business with.

They do good work. They only fix what needs to be fixed and prices are reasonable. They've been in business for 20+ years I think.

Had a flat, they fixed it. Then found out it was the valve stem! Had to take it back, they changes it again!! Great service & quick too!

Called to get an estimate, was hung up on. Called them back, person on the phone was extremely rude and told me the mechanics didn t want to work on my vehicle.
